About: PLEASE READ: I currently work in McMinnville so while I am able to pet sit, unless you live within 15 minutes of McMinnville, I will be unable to let animals out in the middle of the day. I've been caring for friends and family's pets for 6 years. I like keeping our furry friends on their schedule and company while loved ones are away. I'm comfortable giving medication and taking care of senior pets. I'm detail oriented and am happy to give status updated as needed. I'd love the chance to care for your pets like they were one of mine. I currently work full time so while I am able to pet sit and do walks, it would need to be close enough to do on my hour lunch break., Currently I prefer to care for pets at their own home, as I feel that being in the same environment helps being with a new person

About: I have cared for a wide array of animals, including dogs, cats, rabbits, reptiles, insects and amphibians! I have owned many pets over my lifetime, and feel confident in caring for elderly animals and administering medication. I have volunteered at my local vet clinic on multiple occasions, so handling animals prone to stress is also something that I am familiar with Currently I attend community college part time on Mondays, Wednesdays and the weekend. Every other day I will be completely free, and will make it my priority to give your pets all of the time and attention that they deserve! One of my greatest goals, second only to the welfare of your animals, is to ensure that client privacy and boundaries are respected at all times. I will ensure to follow instructions given about the home to the letter.

About: Most of my life I’ve had a large dog. My experience has been with several different breeds. I also have over 30 years experience raising livestock including horses. I’m currently unemployed/semiretired and set my own schedule. If you have a schedule need that isn’t listed let’s talk. I am an avid hiker and plan my commitments around my hikes. I have a small acreage with a large fenced pasture for stretching the legs, playing fetch, etc. I also have a barn for exercise on rainy days.

About: What sets me apart is that I treat pets like family, not just a checklist. I pay close attention to their routines, personalities, comfort levels, and little quirks, whether that means giving a shy cat space, keeping a playful pet engaged, or sending updates so you feel reassured while you’re gone. While most of my experience is with cats, I’m also open to caring for dogs and have watched dogs in the past. I’m reliable, communicative, and genuinely care about making your pets feel safe, loved, and comfortable in their own home. Pet sitting is my full-time work, so my days really are built around caring for animals and showing up for them consistently. I love that I get to spend my time helping pets feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while their people are away. Since this is my main focus, I’m able to be thoughtful and flexible with each pet’s routine. Some pets want playtime and attention, some need a calm presence and a little patience, and some just want their meals on time and their space respected. I try to meet each pet where they are and keep their day feeling as normal and stress-free as possible. I also have my own cat, Mango, so I know how much the little details matter. I bring that same care into every visit, whether I’m checking in on cats, caring for dogs, sending updates, or just helping your pets and home feel settled while you’re gone I’m very respectful of both your pet and your home. I make sure doors, gates, windows, food, and supplies are handled carefully, and I pay attention to the little things that help prevent stress or accidents. I also like to send updates and photos so you feel comfortable knowing how your pet is doing while you’re away. My goal is to keep your pet’s routine as normal as possible and help them feel secure in their own space. Whether your pet is social, shy, playful, or more independent, I’ll meet them where they are and give them care that feels patient, gentle, and trustworthy.

Malie made it simple, and took great care of her! Malie was great at respecting Koda's cues, playing when she wanted to play, but also giving Koda space when she wanted it. About: If you’re looking for a safe, loving place for your dog while you’re away, I’d love to help! I grew up surrounded by animals on a Japanese maple farm with over 20 horses and lots of dogs, both indoor and working dogs, caring for animals has always been second nature to me. I’m comfortable with all kinds of personalities, energy levels, and training backgrounds. I am a student and only have one in-person class this term, giving me lots of availability for quality time with your pup! I live in a cute, quiet neighborhood near a park and walking trail, and I usually go for walks in the mornings and a couple miles before dinner when my partner comes home from work (weather permitting). I’d happily bring your dog along for those little adventures so they get plenty of exercise, fresh air, and stimulation. I believe mental and physical exercise is very important for all breeds! After walks and a lot of playing, I make sure to keep track of any supplements and food schedules needed (usually by setting reminders and alarms on my phone) I also know how important peace of mind is while you’re away, so I like to send regular updates and photos so you can see how your pup is doing. About: I’ve taken care of all kinds of dogs, from Mini Alaskan Eskimos to German Shepherds. I grew up around Golden Retrievers. I also have a lot of experience with cats. My other role is as a delivery driver, which allows me to have a flexible availability to care for your animals. I do what it takes to be fully committed to my agreements and responsibilities. I am adaptable and happy to follow the routine your pet is used to. I am a quick learner who aims to keep your pet(s) as happy and comfortable as possible. “If I could give 10 stars I would. I’m new to the area and having an anxious dog going through some major changes has been challenging. The first night Mickenzie came over to let him out, Beanie wouldn’t let her touch him and growled the whole time. He wouldn’t even eat a treat that she left in front of him on the couch! Mickenzie was gentle, patient, and communicative through the entire process. The following day she agreed to come out on her own time to meet beanie with me and let him get more acquainted in a safe space with mom. She was kind and understanding even as he barked and growled at her throughout the visit. That night she came back to try again. She took her time, was able to connect, Beanie let her pet him, pick him up, and put a harness on. She was able to let him out to the bathroom and get him back in without any issue other than the time and patience it took from her. Mickenzie is excellent. I HIGHLY recommend her especially for those who are anxious leaving their babies in the care of someone they don’t know. I’m so grateful and will continue to use her as often as possible. About: I've taken care of all kinds of pets. For over twenty years, friends, families, business associates and everybody's been happy and i'm even animal cpr trained I am currently not working. Uh, so I have lots of time to spend with your pets playing with them. I have six acres, and i'm always outside with the dog, so never outside alone. I have a partially fenced yard. I have 6 acres, and I have trails through the property. But I never let the dogs go out by themselves. I always walk them through my property at least four times a day.
