I felt that Vinny had been treated well and was comfortable with Olivia because he did not show signs of anxiety when I picked him up or in the following days. The one thing that I would have liked was a little more unprompted communication even just once a day, such as; "had a good walk", "seems comfortable with me and the house", "he rested well", etc.
Olivia showed up on short notice for our girl that is injured and couldn't travel with us, giving us peace of mind that she was not home alone. Her soft,gentle nature was very inviting!
Olivia was great at taking care of Ella. She was responsive and flexible with time adjustments too. Can recommend her 100%.
Olivia was great with my dog! I would totally use her again :)
