I have taken care of animals most of my life. As an adult I have worked as a board member for an animal rescue and fostered animals through them. I'm very familiar with transitioning pets with unknown spaces or unknown people. I ran my own 5 acre farm for 3 years and now currently have 3 cats. If I'm unfamiliar with any breed specific traits I research to be the best informed caregiver I can be.

Larissa was wonderful! Communication was clear and easy from start to finish, and I really appreciated the photo updates during my dog’s one-night stay. When I picked him up, he was happy, relaxed, and clearly comfortable. I could tell he felt safe, cared for, and right at home. I would absolutely book with Larissa again!
My boys (older doodle and younger dachshund mix) were excited to meet Larissa and I was grateful to see that they settled in quickly. They stayed for 2 days and now I know I have somewhere that they will be safe and taken care of when I’ve got to be away. I received updates that included both pictures and actual descriptions of how things were going with them. If you are looking for a safe, loving, family experience for your fur baby, Larissa is my number one recommendation!
Our dog Ruby was clearly very comfortable with Larissa and her family. Her home and yard were safe for Ruby and gave her different types of spaces. Larissa communicated with us very promptly when we had any questions, she was good to work with, and sent wonderful photos. We were very pleased.
She took wonderful care of my dog, who can sometimes be a bit of a challenge, and handled her with patience and kindness. I received many photos showing my dog happy, comfortable, and enjoying time with her loving family, which gave me so much peace of mind. It was clear my dog was being treated like part of the family, not just being watched. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone trustworthy, caring, and attentive to care for their pet.
Lola had a great week with Larissa and the boys. I appreciated all the updates and photos and the love and care that she was shown. We will be back!

Harmonogram
I work from home so I'm able to be flexible with pet care. I have my own pets and they get a lot of time and affection due to my flexible schedule. My kids have extra curricular activities twice a week that take us out of the house for a couple hrs in the evening.

I have two kids aged 5 &8. They love playing and snuggling but know enough to respect boundaries to. In my own home if there is any need for a pet to be secure they would be in a room overnight when not directly supervised. In your home I take time to spend quality time with pets I'm caring for. I don't just feed and leave I sit down and give affection or play with toys based on the interests of the pet I'm watching.

I have a property with a fully fenced in backyard. Dogs love to smell and enjoy watching squirrels. Cats are good for lap snuggles during long work meetings.
