About: I’ve grown up with dogs all my life and love them more than people so let me put all my dog-loving energy into spoiling yours! I work in education so am off during summer break (all of June through mid-July) and available to meet your dogs needs whether it’s a puppy working on training or a senior who needs to take it slow :) I work full time in education so have long break availability (winter and summer break). During the school year, I am mostly only available on weekends but can be flexible with some evenings during the week. Just let me know what you need! I will be respectful of your space when in your home. I can come in and out or sit and stay awhile to keep your pup company.

About: Hello!! Just as much as I love hugging people I love snuggling with dogs! My name is Kayla and I recently moved to Brookside MO! I am just a 4 minute walk to a nearby trolley trail. I got my first whiff of being a pet sitter when I became roommates with a couple of friends and their golden poodle! From there on out I became a dog/cat sitter for Rover.! I also shared a beautiful German Shepard / black lab with my best friend! If you are looking for a flexible schedule and a caring friend for your family then you are at the right place! I look forward to meeting your furry family! I am able to work from home if needed! Depending on what your pet needs and if they are being boarded my schedule is pretty flexible. About: My heart has always been devoted to dogs ever since I was little. We’ve always had a family dog(s) and I was blessed with my very own little furbaby April 2017. I have a 7 yo golden retriever who is a ball of energy! I am very active; love running and have volunteered at multiple animal shelters. I’m familiar with insulin injections and pill administration. I do work from home now and have a fairly flexible schedule. I recently bought a house.. for my dog ...and he loves his big backyard. It's fenced in and gives him plenty of room to run around and play fetch. Feel free to ask me any questions :) I work from home and have a fairly flexible schedule during the day. My personal gets let out whenever he wants and am open to mornings, evenings and weekends Safety is first. I always check that dogs are not prone to jumping fences, are okay on walks or ask if there’s anything I should know (dart after squirrels or cars, pull, etc). When they stay over they are let out frequently and I’m usually home aside from running errands or going to dinner/ movies. Always fresh water.

About: I have taken care of all sorts of dogs through the years and find joy in going for walks around the neighborhood and playing and meeting every single dog I see. I work full time, 3 12 hour shifts a week and my other 4 days I love having something to do whether that is going on walks, popping in to make sure dogs have everything they need and having potty breaks. During drop ins or walks I like to follow the owners instructions carefully so that each pet can maintain their normal routines and reduce stress. I make sure each pet has water, any food they need, toys if able, exercise, and attention. With walks I stay very mindful of potential dangers or triggers to avoid any unwanted situations and pay attention to any sins of overheating, exhaustion or discomfort. During drop ins if a pet uses a crate I always make sure it’s locked and checked before leaving as well as leaving the surrounding how I arrived and with locked doors. It’s always fun to send the owner updates and pictures of their pet while away to ensure they are safe and getting the care they need.

About: I’ve had pets since I was a child and have been a natural with all pets for as long as I can remember. I am knowledgeable on animal body language, specifically dogs and cats. Being aware of animal body language helps me approach and interact with animals within their comfort zone and not stress them. Your pets are your family and I strive to treat them as such! I’ve cared for people’s pets for 2 years, including dog walking, taking dogs to the dog park, pet sitting. I have also worked with reactive dogs, and leash reactive dogs. I am not a professional trainer but as someone who has adopted a reactive dog and worked with him through it to the point he is no longer reactive, I know it can be stressful. I will strive to keep your animals away from scenarios that pushes their boundaries or causes them stress. I have been called a pet whisperer, as I haven’t met a cat or dog that doesn’t warm up to me quickly and trust me. Your dogs comfort and care is important. Your fur baby is safe with me 🐾 I have a pretty free schedule. So let me know what times or days you need and I can make it work as this is my main job right now. I follow their lead first on their trust and comfort with me. To gain this trust I read their body language and allow them space to approach and interact with me as they see fit! I try to stay present and in their sight, typically by sitting on the couch or floor to show them I am not a threat and I am calm. I talk to softly and only pet if it’s invited! Once your pet shows they trust and feel comfortable they get all the lovings and pets they want. I’ll play with them and walk with them. You tell me what your pets need and I got them!
