I own my own business & work from home Monday through Friday. About: Hi! I’m Jonathan, a lifelong dog owner/lover with years of experience caring for pups of all sizes and personalities. I’ve had dogs since I was 5 years old, and grew up pet/house sitting for neighbors very regularly. I currently pet/house sit locally for my neighbors and am happy to give references! Good with puppies, elderly dogs, and all in between. I currently have a 3/yo Husky mix named Miko. I know how important it is to have peace of mind about your furry family while you’re gone, and I’d love to help out. Talk soon! I work on my own timeframe right now, so I am very flexible and open to whatever your schedule needs! Let me know and I’ll be there. I’m a very active person and run every day with my dog. I’m more than happy to run with your dog (if needed), or just go on long/short walks as is needed by your pet. My dog needs high activity, so I’m not intimidated by that at all.

About: BIG dog guy here. As in I'm a BIG fan of dogs of all shapes & sizes. I’ve cared for & trained dogs since I was ten (first 'chore' was daily dog walks) & lived with doggos for better part of the last 20 years (from goldens, labs, huskies, pitties, and several mixed). I've cared for dogs as young as sassy six weeks, all the way through the wise whiskers teen years. Even helped my brother raise a litter of 10(!) puppies before they went to their forever home! While I don't currently have one of my own, I love all dogs and I'm too often 'that guy' that asks to pet strangers dogs (fortunately they're always game)! I'm working 100% remotely and have plenty of time on most days to care for your dog. Typically only need 24 hours notice and often available same-day. I'm happy to care for your dog via home visits, long walks on the (dog) beach or around town, and/or just being a shoulder for them to drool on.

About: Grew up with dogs and cat and wanted a ton of animals since i was a kid! Have a reptile, cat, and dog and am tappped out on room in my apartment but want to be around more dogs. I hate leaving on vacay and leaving my animals so i know the feeling of not feeling like you have someone safe to watch your animals. I will truly treat your animals like my own! I have a flexible schedule and work in sales so my schedule changes but normally always feel in evenings. Always trying to find an excuse to get out walking as well so would love to have a walking companion. I love animals and would take care of them exactly as you would! Give some instructions and happy to adapt so your animals feels comfortable.

About: I've taken care of dogs since I was a teen, before Rover existed :) On the days that I am available, I am very flexible! For house sitting- I might be completing some assignments online (I am currently a student), but I am VERY active person. I cannot sit for long. I love going on adventures with dogs! I also recognize each dog is different- some can really only walk about the block once and then they are tired and that's their routine! So based on your furry child's needs, I will be sure to take care of their needs, and send as many pictures as the owner's would like! Currently most available on weekends and and some Wednesdays. I sometimes work from home so I'm often on my computer or outside w/ my phone! Very quick responder! Just let me know! I’ve looked after dogs for very long time and take pet care seriously. I’m familiar with different leashes and willing to help out if there are specific needs.

About: Good to be back in Sunny CA! ☀️ I am an avid animal lover since childhood and have 5 years experience on Rover (I’ve moved a lot!). I started out as a certified Rover Walker in NYC and have since seen many happy furry friends across Dallas and Orange County. 🩷 I know that taking care of pets is time-consuming but incredibly rewarding, especially when you want to treat them like your own--with all of the care and attention they deserve! In my experience walking dogs, doing home visits, and overnights, it is not uncommon for me to be responsible for: - Providing measured-out food 2-3 times a day - Changing water 2-3 times a day - Cleaning up puppy messes inside of the home - Administering various medications and supplements (including oral and ophthalmic) - Providing basic training and/or structured playtime for those energetic puppies - And whatever else your pet needs! If it is within a reasonable skill level, I will do it for the dog (or cat)! Right now I’m going to school online and have a flexible nannying job. Taking care of others’ pets brings me great joy and I would love to assist you as my schedule allows! Anything your pet needs, feel free to communicate with me. I have been sitting for a while and am used to getting acquainted with another pet’s schedule. Please be sure to communicate their social needs as far as being around other animals and/or people.

“I was a bit skeptical having Vivian walk my 105 German Shepherd/Belgian Malinois dog after I met her. She was quiet and small and my dog knows his commands but sometimes he can be stubborn. She did ask questions about my dog and offered to feed him and water him along with asking where other items for him were at. This was great. Even being a bit skeptical, I still did hire her to walk him. She did great. She showed up consistently for 3 days of walking, took pictures and they looked like they had a good time together. I would hire Vivian again. Thanks Vivian !”

About: I’ve grown up with rescue dogs my entire life and understand dogs specific needs and concerns. All dogs have a unique personality and deserve unique care based on everything about them! I’ve raised my 3 year old vizsla since she was 8 weeks old and have definitely learned how to care for a pup that can be needy & require a unique way of living. She grew up in NYC and has travelled to many states over the past year and has adjusted to changes in life seamlessly while I maintain her care. I am currently home full time and available to care for your dogs needs at any time. My vizsla and I love to go on walks/hikes around town and play in the backyard often so any dog would be a great addition to our routine. I have a fenced yard and ample space for dogs to play indoors. My vizsla, Molly, is great with other dogs and loves to have a playmate and snuggle buddy! Butt scratches are essential to our daily life and your dog will get ample snuggles if they choose.

About: Since I was 5 years old, I've cared for dogs of all shapes, sizes, and energy levels - from playful puppies to calm adult dogs, and from small breeds to large ones. Having owned multiple dogs myself, both active and laid-back, I understand that every pup has their own personality and needs. I've also spent years dog sitting for friends and family, which has only deepened my love and experience with canine care. Whether your dog loves long walks, belly rubs, or just a cozy companion, I’m here to provide reliable, loving care tailored to them. I work full-time during the week, but since I work remotely, I have the flexibility to pop in during my lunch break for quick check-ins, walks, or feedings if needed. I’m also available in the evenings and on weekends for more hands-on care, giving your pets plenty of attention and love when you can’t be there. When caring for pets in your home, I treat it with the same respect and care I would my own. I follow your pet’s routine closely—whether that’s feeding, walks, playtime, medication, or cuddle sessions—to keep them comfortable and stress-free. I make sure your pet feels safe, loved, and well-cared for while you're away, and I keep things tidy so you can return to a clean, peaceful home. You can count on regular updates and lots of love for your furry family member!

“Best dog walker ever. My fur babies were so happy to see Shannon every time she went over for their walks. Shannon is reliable and will take time to play with your fur babies”

“Dayna has been amazing! We have used her now a few times to check in and walk our 2 chihuahuas. They love her and she always does a great job of capturing precious moments and sending us the details of the visit. Can’t wait to book her again!”

About: I’m from Seattle and love pets! I am a registered nurse currently taking some time off to enjoy the California sun and hang with some pups. As a nurse I have a very flexible schedule. I am open to one time walks/sitting or creating a recurring schedule if that is needed. Pets are a part of the family! I will follow your training regimen all the while giving your pet all the love and attention they deserve!

“Cici was fantastic! She kept our girls well fed and well cared for. She kept us informed regarding any situation that came up. The best part for me was the daily videos of the girls on their walk, with their little tails wagging as Cici approached them with her camera phone!”

“Thank you Kristin!”

Ashton U.
“Ashton LOVES animals!! She would probably consider herself equally a dog and cat person (she grew up with both). She’s very active, so she can keep up with any doggie, but is just as happy hanging out on the couch with a cat.”

Jonathan F.
“Jonathan is truly the best caregiver we could ask for when it comes to our 12.5-year-old pitty mix. From the very first stay, he has gone above and beyond to make us feel at ease—and more importantly, to make our girl feel safe, happy, and loved. He sends photo updates every few hours, checks in regularly, and is incredibly responsive. Whether it's just a quick 3-day trip or the 12-day vacation we took a few months ago, we never have to worry. Every time she sees Jonathan, her tail starts wagging like crazy—it's clear she absolutely adores him. She's always relaxed and content when we pick her up, and we know that's thanks to the warm, attentive care she receives. Jonathan is also an amazing dog dad to his own pup, Miko, who is so well-socialized and sweet. Miko and our girl get along beautifully, and it's been such a joy to see their friendship grow. We feel so lucky to have found Jonathan, and we wouldn’t trust anyone else with our fur baby!”

Christopher B.
“Chris has been watching our two big ol pooches for years. Our dogs are super active and both about 80 pounds of high energy each and Chris has these dogs pooped when we get home. Chris is the kind of dog sitter where when you return from your vacation you hope your dogs haven’t completely forgot about you while he spoiled them with all the parks and beaches. We are so lucky to have him sit our dogs while we are gone. The only downside is he books fast so If you are able to book him jump on it.”

Had an appt set up with another dog walker who no call/no show on the day of so I reached out to Cassidy who responded within minutes and was able to come walk Kira. Cassidy has been amazing with my husky Kira and American bully pup Reinhardt. From day one she’s been kind, reliable, and clearly has a natural way with dogs. It’s such a relief knowing my pups are in good hands.

Couldn’t recommend Tiana enough! She was so kind and patient and worked with me on a last minute weekend booking. She was prompt and incredibly communicative and took such great care of my pet! Definitely book Tiana if she’s available next time you’re looking for help!
