“Marilyn is just great, we are always so calm when she cares for our cat! You know she is going to be on time and really caring with your furry family member. Our absolute go-to pet sitter for every time we are away.”

“Brianna is the best! I feel very comfortable leaving my dogs with her. And they are excited to see her. What better way does a dog acknowledge their love for someone. And the photos and reports definitely make me feel more at ease. Until the next time!”

About: About Me Having grown up with dogs for most of my life, I understand that a pet is a family member who deserves undivided attention and care. In my professional life, I am a Special Education Teacher, a role that has gifted me with immense patience, a calm demeanor, and the ability to follow strict routines to the letter. While I don’t currently have animals of my own, I channel my lifelong passion into being the trusted, go-to walker and sitter for friends and family. The Benefit of Undivided Attention Since my home is currently pet-free, your dog or cat receives my 100% devotion without any distractions. I have extensive experience with multi-pet households, managing everything from high-energy play sessions for large dogs to the specific, quieter needs of independent cats. Whether it’s maintaining a strict feeding schedule or providing extra cuddles, I treat every pet with the same love and respect I gave my own for years. Services & Personalized Care Focused Dog Walking: Tailored to your dog’s energy level and sensory needs. Drop-In Visits: Ideal for feeding, potty breaks, and playtime. Reliable Communication: I am highly communicative and will send frequent photo updates so you can feel completely at ease while you’re away. My Availability I balance my love for animals with my full-time teaching career, which means I have a very consistent and predictable schedule: Mornings: Available Monday & Wednesday mornings for early walks/feedings (before 7 am). Evenings: Available Tuesday nights and Friday afternoons (after 4:00 PM). Weekends: I am fully available every other weekend, from Friday evening after 4 pm through Monday at 7:00 AM. Bonus Holiday & Summer Availability: As a teacher, I have extended flexibility during Spring and Winter breaks, as well as major holidays. I am also very open and available this coming summer for more frequent walks and drop-ins! Possible boarding and house sitting in the summer. Availability Tuesday Evenings: Available after 4:00 PM for walks or drop-ins. Wednesday Mornings: Available for early visits before 7:00 AM. Weekends: Available every other weekend (Friday 4:00 PM – Monday 7:00 AM) for more frequent visits. Note: As a full-time Special Education teacher, I am used to following routines! While my weekly schedule is consistent, I have a lot of flexibility during school holidays and long weekends. My schedule will be wide open for summer break as I will be nannying only two days per week. If you have a specific need outside these hours, please reach out. I’m happy to see if I can make it work! As a Special Education teacher and a mom, patience and reliability are second nature to me. When providing walks or drop-in visits, I focus on giving your pet my full, undivided attention and maintaining the specific routine they need to feel secure. I am extremely detail-oriented. Whether it's following precise feeding instructions or ensuring your home is locked up tight, I pride myself on sending frequent photo updates so you always have peace of mind. My goal is to be the most dependable part of your pet's day while you are away.
About: I’ve grown up with dogs my whole life and most recently I had a yellow lab for 14 years. I have experience dog sitting, dog walking, or just spending time and playing with furry friends. I have a fenced in back yard and can play inside and outside with your pup. I can also create your pup inside if needed.
“I am so happy to have Brenda to help care for our family’s new puppy. It is very reassuring to me that he has a scheduled playtime with Brenda when we have other commitments. I especially love the pictures that she sends after the visits so that we can see how much fun our little guy had. She is a wonderful sitter!”

“Jillian was great! She made sure our 2 kitties were well taken care of! Our kitties were given lots of love and played with everyday! Very easy communication and she took great pics of the cats!”

“Anastasiia took great care of my 2 cats for a couple weeks while I was on vacation. She sent daily updates and that way I was able to enjoy my time away from home knowing they’re in good hands. So thankful!”

About: I have taken care of animals my entire life, primarily cats but dogs and fish as well. Most other animals I put extensive research into the care of when considering owning them, and I would be more than happy to use that knowledge to give your animals the best care possible. I am currently working on continuing my education, so having a way to cover my bills that allows me a flexible schedule doing something I love seemed the perfect fit. Raising my own cat, Tabitha, from a kitten to be a very social, outgoing, sweet girl who loves going for harness walks has left me with a healthy appreciation of how well it works if you treat an animal with respect and expect the same. That being said, house rules come first, and I will make sure to enforce them in your absence.
“Cathy was all I could have hoped for in a caregiver for my sweet kitty. She was loving and followed my directions carefully. Philly was happy to see me when I got home, but calm and content. She had eaten her normal amount of food and Cathy sent pics of Philly playing! The pics were very reassuring. Thank you Cathy.”

“Rosabella was great with Loki. She definitely became his friend. She was consistent in her visits time and very thorough. She spent a lot of time giving him attention and love. I highly recommend her!”

“Alyssa was amazing. I can’t wait to recommend her to all my family and friends who live in Fox Chase. Alyssa cared about my dogs, if they were eating their food, and she even went above and beyond and watered my flowers! She won over my grumpy dog and we will absolutely be using her services again. Seriously, a good gem of a dog sitter in Fox Chase!”

Huntingdon Valley pet parents share their Rover experiences
Sarafina did a great job caring for my cat, Lawrence! He just needed daily drop-in visits and she sent lots of photos. She stopped by beforehand to make sure she knew exactly what he needed and was friendly and knowledgeable! She did an excellent job with my instructions and gave him plenty of playtime while she stopped in. I highly recommend Sarafina for any of your pets needs!

We selected Julie when our normal Rover sitter was no longer available. I don’t have enough good things to say about her. She went above and beyond in every possible way. I felt like our cats were in great hands and I’ll be looking to her the next time we need our boys cared for.

Abby is great! She made sure my 2 cats were very comfortable and well taken care of. Every visit was on time and on point. She spent extra time with the shy one gaining her confidence, and getting her to eat when she wanted to hide at first. The way my cats responded to her you can tell she is a true animal lover. I highly recommend her services.

I cannot say enough great things about Emily! This was our first time booking with her and everything was seamless. She came for a meet and greet with our crew about a month ahead, and we communicated a few days before her sitting. Pictures and notes were posted daily. Even when I occasionally didn’t have cell service, no worries. Emily treated our pets like family, which allowed us to relax 😎
