About: Hi there! I've taken care of friend's and family dogs and had my own dogs for over 20 years. Fortunately, I work from home. That, and my long pet siting experience prompted me to extend my services to others and create this profile. I live in a single house with a sweetest cat ever and 10 years old mellow bichon. My house has a fully fenced yard in is located in a very dog friendly neighborhood. Your dog will have constant companionship, frequent potty breaks, and plenty of supervision. My home is best suited for small to medium dogs, as my furry boy naturally prefers companions who are his own size or smaller. I can’t wait to welcome your dog into our home! I am working from home and able to provide frequent potty breaks and constant attention during the day and after work. I can easily adjust to your pets needs. I have a large fenced in yard. I also like to walk my dogs in the neighborhood or Pennypack trail. I live 5 minutes away from Lorimer park trail.
About: I have been an animal advocate since I was volunteering at the PSPCA during my childhood. I’m a former Humane Police Officer in Philadelphia. I’m a very experienced with pretty much any animal. Friendly and caring. I’m currently on medical disability and have a pretty flexible schedule minus a few appointments here and there. About: I have working experience with a vast array of animals. I enjoy learning about different animals, creating species specific care guides and following them! I have experience shadowing at both a dog day care, and a veterinarian hospital. I am in college for Conservation and Wildlife Management, and have a senior dog, and a hamster of my own! I am currently taking a semester off from college, and would love to stay active throughout the fall and winter! I often love to explore new areas, and I'm sure a pet would too! I am very responsible to make sure all doors, gates, etc are closed and locked before leaving to ensure no pet escapes. Once again could not be happier with Marilyn. We have 10 cats, one doesnt have teeth, 4 dont get along with 1 of the others, one cat doesnt eat anything but churus. We have A LOT going on but everyone was fed, taken care of, and happy when we got home from Disney. Shes wonderful and as long as she is pet sitting she will be our go-to! Thank you Marilyn!! Tiffany’s very caring. I’m handicapped with a spinal cord injury. I needed someone’s help to take care of my puppy, and take him on walks. She helped to make sure, my puppy had clean puppy pads/water/food/attention. She was such a wonderful person to work with. Absolutely!!👍🏻 I recommend Tiffany to everyone!!! We highly recommend Mary Rose. We have a senior cat with hyperthyroidism, inflammatory bowel disorder, and asthma, so getting his medication right is extremely important. She handled his care with no problems at all and followed his medical routine with confidence and precision. Our cat is also quite shy with new people, but she was able to build a connection with him. We received plenty of photos showing him enjoying petting and grooming time, which was very reassuring while we were away. She also provided detailed daily reports that truly put our minds at ease. It is clear she has both a deep love for animals and strong knowledge of their care. We would not hesitate to book her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and compassionate cat sitter.
This was our first time using Suki for our cats and she was GREAT! She said she would do evening feed at 5 pm and morning feed at 6:30 am and she arrived at exactly those times. She fed everyone, changed waters, cleaned litter boxes, cleaned up cat bowls from prior feeding and left everything exactly as she found it. We would absolutely recommend Suki and will use her as our petsitter again!
Lia was wonderful!! I’ve never used Rover before and I’m grateful she made it an awesome first experience. She initiated a meet and greet before our trip which made it super easy to get her a key and show her through everything she needed to know to watch after the cats. While we were away, she proactively sent lots of pictures and updates which I loved. She also quickly responded to any questions or requests I had. On top of taking great care of the cats, she even watered our plant. I could tell through the pictures just how comfortable the cats were with her which gave me peace of mind while being away. Overall, 10/10 and we are so glad we had Lia looking after Pepper and Periwinkle!!
Rosabella was great! I received lots of pictures as part of my rover card each time she checked in on my cat, Roscoe. It was clear from the start that Roscoe was comfortable with her (both from our meet and greet prior to her check ins and in the pictures throughout her time with him). I had no doubt that he was well taken care of while I was away, which is major considering I am a worried cat parent and often need reassurance while away from my cat.
Sarafina did a great job caring for my cat, Lawrence! He just needed daily drop-in visits and she sent lots of photos. She stopped by beforehand to make sure she knew exactly what he needed and was friendly and knowledgeable! She did an excellent job with my instructions and gave him plenty of playtime while she stopped in. I highly recommend Sarafina for any of your pets needs!
We selected Julie when our normal Rover sitter was no longer available. I don’t have enough good things to say about her. She went above and beyond in every possible way. I felt like our cats were in great hands and I’ll be looking to her the next time we need our boys cared for.

During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
