My wife is Japanese, and when I randomly found Yuiko I felt a real sense of destiny — especially since our trip was to Japan! We’re never without our dog, Mr. Spike Peeps Pasquale, but bringing him to Japan was too complicated because of all the regulations. I honestly wouldn’t have been able to take this trip if it weren’t for Yuiko. She sent us 10–15 pictures a day, and as a result I never once had a single concern during the entire two weeks. She and her kids showed so much love and attention to Mr. Spike Peeps Pasquale — it was amazing. She even picked him up and dropped him off! I truly can’t imagine ever using another dog sitter again. I had to travel out of the country because of an unexpected issue for a month and she was ready to take care of Marley at literally a days notice and was flexible with extending the stay too! She updated me regularly with pictures and videos and she kept Marley super happy throughout the stay. She followed all instructions to the letter and kept us updated on how our little boy was doing. At one point, Miki seemed to be feeling under the weather. Katherine was an absolute life saver and caregiver to our dog, Mandy, while we were on vacation. She had recently had some swelling due to a bug bite. It was horrible timing to go on vacation, but Katherine had everything under control and made sure to let me know everyday how she was doing. She had to give her medicine multiple times per day and had no problems. I appreciated all of the daily pictures, videos and even the way they included Mandy in their 4th of July celebration. Ivana was an amazing dog sitter for us. She loved on them from the moment she met them till the moment we left with them. You can’t tell she really loves watching them. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Iryna and her family. From start to finish, they took amazing care of my kitten, Whiskey, while my husband and I were away celebrating our anniversary. Ira sent regular updates and photos throughout our trip, which brought me so much peace and allowed me to truly relax knowing Whiskey was safe, happy, and well cared for. He got along beautifully with her baby (dog), and they became friends very quickly — it was so comforting to see how natural and relaxed he looked in her home. Whiskey truly looked right at home, surrounded by love and attention. When we arrived to pick him up, Ira had everything packed and ready for us — all of his belongings were neatly organized, which really showed how thoughtful and attentive she is. I’m beyond grateful for the care, communication, and love Ira showed Whiskey.
