I had to travel out of the country because of an unexpected issue for a month and she was ready to take care of Marley at literally a days notice and was flexible with extending the stay too! She updated me regularly with pictures and videos and she kept Marley super happy throughout the stay. Marely had never stayed away from me for so long and is usually a bit clingy but I could see that he was super happy throughout the stay from the videos Jayla shared. She trained him, groomed him and fed him as per his requirement. I was super happy with the experience and would definitely choose Jayla in the future too. As it was my 60-lb Golden Retriever’s first time at a house with a cat, I set up a meet and greet and I could tell my dog felt right at home. Jacqueline was super communicative and warm prior to and during the boarding process. I could tell by the photos that my dog was comfortable and I was afraid she wouldn’t want to come back with me! Nick (Xinhao) came through on a last minute holiday request and he took wonderful care of GG for multiple days while I was out of town. He send regular detailed updates with photos without me having to ask. He also graciously accommodated an unavoidable delay on my part during drop off and was more understanding than I could have hoped! Will certainly ask him again if he is available.
Ilana has watched Lexi twice now, and she’s been wonderful both times! I love the daily photo and video updates she provides; they really put my mind at ease while I’m away. It’s clear Lexi is comfortable with her and well loved. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a consistent, caring sitter!
Greatly appreciate Veronica for taking care of our big oaf of a dog. This is the first time we have had to leave him and so all of the updates, photos and responses to questions were really reassuring during our time away. His needs were met and he also seemed to benefit a lot from socializing with the other dogs at her place.
Ivana was an amazing dog sitter for us. She loved on them from the moment she met them till the moment we left with them. You can’t tell she really loves watching them. This was our first time using Rover. Gabriela came highly recommended by a friend whose dog she had previously cared for. We could not have been any happier or more pleased with the exceptional care she provided to our 16 1/2 yr old chihuahua. Having an older dog with poor vision and hearing impaired made us so nervous but Gabriela immediately made us feel comfortable and had such keen instincts for our pup's needs. Our dog immediately bonded with her. We received pictures and updates from Gabriela and upon picking her up also received a full report. Gabriela is such a kind and caring person, you can immediately pick up on that and it truly showed in the loving attention she gave our pup. Would not hesitate to use her again and have already booked our pups next stay with her.
I can’t say enough wonderful things about Iryna and her family. From start to finish, they took amazing care of my kitten, Whiskey, while my husband and I were away celebrating our anniversary. Ira sent regular updates and photos throughout our trip, which brought me so much peace and allowed me to truly relax knowing Whiskey was safe, happy, and well cared for. He got along beautifully with her baby (dog), and they became friends very quickly — it was so comforting to see how natural and relaxed he looked in her home. Whiskey truly looked right at home, surrounded by love and attention. When we arrived to pick him up, Ira had everything packed and ready for us — all of his belongings were neatly organized, which really showed how thoughtful and attentive she is. I’m beyond grateful for the care, communication, and love Ira showed Whiskey. I would absolutely trust her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring, responsible, and loving sitter.
