**Absolutely Wonderful Experience with Ms. Ilana** We could not have asked for a better sitter for our Bomi. Ms. Ilana cared for Bomi for 10 days, and from the very beginning, we felt that she genuinely cared about her and treated her like part of her family. Throughout Bomi’s stay, she sent us thoughtful photos and videos every day, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were traveling. I especially loved seeing the videos of Bomi on her walks. She never seemed rushed, and it was clear that Bomi had plenty of time to explore and enjoy her surroundings comfortably. Bomi is very afraid of thunder and heavy rain, and there were a few days when the weather was difficult. Ms. Ilana went out of her way to make sure Bomi felt safe and comfortable during those times. She even had a movie night with Bomi on Friday, and from the photos and videos, we could truly see how lovingly she included Bomi in her daily life. We were also traveling to Florence during our trip, and Ms. Ilana shared so much helpful information about Florence with us. Her recommendations and knowledge were incredibly helpful and made our trip even more enjoyable. When we picked Bomi up yesterday, we could immediately tell that Bomi had been very happy and comfortable there. Of course, Bomi was excited to see us, but at the same time, she seemed completely relaxed and emotionally settled. Even after coming home, she has shown no signs of anxiety or stress. Seeing how calm and comfortable she is now makes us feel even more certain that she was very well cared for during her stay. One thing that also really stood out to us was how incredibly clean and well-maintained Ms. Ilana’s home was. Everything was spotless, especially the beautiful hardwood floors. We felt completely comfortable knowing that Bomi was staying in such a clean and safe environment. When we first booked with Ms. Ilana, she already had wonderful reviews, although she did not have a large number of them yet, so we were naturally a little unsure since it was our first time. Looking back now, I can honestly say that choosing her was one of the best decisions we could have made. If we ever need someone to care for Bomi again, I would choose Ms. Ilana again without hesitation — 100%. We are so grateful for all the love, care, and attention she gave Bomi over those 10 days. **Ms. Ilana, thank you so, so much for taking such wonderful care of our Bomi. We have an anxious and very clingy rescue dog, Frankie, who we couldn't take to our typical dogsitters (thanks mom and dad! 😁) during vacation. He's a 5 year old chihuahua/mini pinscher, a little dude with a lot of needs. A regular boarding facility would make him fall apart from stress with so many other animals around, so we looked for a dogsitter who would watch him for a week, with no other pets or clients. Ilana was so nice and friendly, my nervous little dog wasn't super welcoming right away as expected, but he warmed right up after a day. The meet and greet definitely helped, he was already more comfortable the day we dropped him off because he had been there and met her once before. We received multiple updates daily on how Frankie was doing, and photos and videos of play time, walks, eating, etc. Ilana stuck with Frankie's usual routine with feeding and walking which helped a lot, everything was very smooth and as normal as could be for him. He wasn't anxious when we picked him up, and he's settling back in easily. My husband and I were nervous to hire a dogsitter for the first time, but the experience was so easy, our doggy is happy, and so are we. We would 100% book again in the future! ❤️

Ilana was amazing with my 7-year-old tabby, Spinach. I just moved to the area and had to leave within a few days of arriving to go to a week-long conference. Ilana answered my booking request right away and was very friendly and responsive throughout our whole booking. I was scared to leave my cat for a week in a new place after a long weekend of travel, but Ilana eased both mine and Spinach’s anxiety with the situation! My cat is very anxious and does not warm up to strangers quickly. Ilana sent me photos/videos/updates every day, multiple times a day, to keep me updated on how it was going. This included updates anywhere from food intake and if she was eating, to her safe places in the house. She was also very attentive to Spinach’s needs, likes, and routines, and attended to them throughout her stay (e.g., pets and scratches, medication, etc.). She was also flexible when I needed to extend my booking for an additional day. Spinach loved Ilana and it was great seeing her get more and more comfortable during her stay. Ilana was a lifesaver and I definitely will be using her services anytime I need to make sure my cat has a safe, reliable, and loving space while I’m away!

Ilana has watched Lexi twice now, and she’s been wonderful both times! I love the daily photo and video updates she provides; they really put my mind at ease while I’m away. It’s clear Lexi is comfortable with her and well loved. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a consistent, caring sitter!
