“Very satisfied with Kat’s services. Only hired her for dog walking but will happily hire her again for any service. Our pup loved her instantly, falling asleep on her lap at the meet and greet. She kept me well updated and sent good photos. Do not hesitate to hire her. She even reads books on dog physiology in her spare time, just to learn more! She takes this job seriously.”

About: Hey there! I’m JinAe-a lifelong dog lover to my core & a proud parent to a playful 1 year old pup who believes every dog is a potential new best friend. I've had dogs throughout my life from a spirited Irish Setter to a reactive rescue who needed extra TLC, plus many more. Whether your dog is up for a calm walk, game of chase, or a good old-fashioned nap, I’m here to offer care that feels like home-belly rubs included. First time using Rover? Click on the link for $20 off! Happy you are here! https://www.rover.com/sit/jinaeb95494 Caring for dogs isn’t a side gig, it’s part of my who I am. Every morning starts with a walk (rain or shine!), a round of play, and cuddles with my own dog before I dive into the day. I carve out time daily & weekly for client pups, whether it’s neighborhood strolls, park play dates, or home visits. I thrive on the structure & joy that dog care brings-it’s a welcome constant in my schedule. I plan my calendar around wagging tails & happy paws and wouldn’t have it any other way. Pet safety, comfort, & happiness are my top priorities-always. In my home pets are treated like family, with cozy spaces to relax, regular playtime, & routines to help them feel secure and loved. I maintain a clean, pet friendly environment and tailor each day to fit their individual needs. When I’m caring for pets in a client’s home, I take the same attentive approach: following instructions closely, keeping schedules consistent, & making sure pets feel calm & cared for, even when their owner’s are away. For anxious pups, I bring extra patience & calm energy. I avoid overwhelming stimulation, offer gentle reassurance & give them time to adjust at their own pace. Whether it’s using their favorite toy, a scent from home, or simply sitting nearby, I focus on what makes them feel safe. I’ve found that a steady routine & lots of positive reinforcement go a long way in helping nervous dogs build trust and relax.

About: Hi! My name is Ella and I am 18 years old. I have had both cats and dogs in my home since I was born and have loved being around animals from a very young age. I feel very comfortable caring for and being around both cats and dogs. I currently am a cat foster parent for The Bond Between, a cat and dog rescue organization and have adopted two cats and a dog from them. Aside from fostering, I also volunteer there as an animal caretaker where I get hands on experience with both cats and dogs. I have a pretty open summer with time to take dogs for potty breaks or stop in for some cat playtime! I am happy to spend time with your furry friend. I leave to college starting late September! The safety and comfort of both you and your pet are my top priority. As a caregiver, my responsibility is to provide a trusting and comfortable environment for your furry friend. I am attentive and organized which will help me successfully provide top notch care. I am confident in my abilities to feed, walk, play and clean up after cats and dogs.

About: In addition to owning cats and dogs my whole life, I work at an emergency vet clinic. I love all animals and can't wait to meet yours :) I work full-time at a veterinary hospital while preparing for veterinary school. On my days off, I am available for drop-in visits as well :) I unfortunately can't take any additional pets into my home, but I love to meet pets at their level. Sitting on the floor with a dog is one of life's true delights.

“Taylor was super great and so sweet. She made me feel much less anxious about leaving my dogs home alone for so long and the complicated process she had to go through to get into my apartment. She also made it a point to hang out in my apartment with my pups if she got back from their walk early. Definitely recommend!!”

About: Hello👋🏽I’m a passionate dog lover and pet stylist at a doggie daycare, with 6+ years of experience leading playgroups and 3 years as a professional groomer. I’ve developed a deep understanding of dog behavior, body language, and individual needs.🐾 I currently have the sweetest babies, a 12 year old lab and 2 laid back cats. I grew up caring for our rescued beagles from an animal testing facility, which taught me how to support sensitive or nervous pups with patience and compassion. Through daycare and grooming, I’ve worked hands-on with all kinds of breeds, coat types, and personalities. I can’t wait to meet your furry friend and help them feel safe, happy, and loved! I also offer nail trims if your pup is comfortable with it.✂️ I also enjoy cleaning in my spare time, so I’d be happy to offer light housekeeping or general tidying if that’s something you’d find helpful.🫧 Pet care fits into my routine really naturally. I work as a groomer and often have shorter days, usually finishing around 2 or 3 PM, which gives me plenty of flexibility for pet sitting in the evenings. I’m also available most weekends for drop-ins and walks. Since I already spend my days caring for animals, it feels like a natural extension of what I love to do! I typically pet sit in the owner’s home, where pets feel most comfortable and secure. I always follow the owner’s instructions closely—every pet is different, and I do my best to stick to their usual routine, whether that’s feeding times, walks, play, medications, or just extra snuggles. I’m respectful of your home and treat it with care, just like I do with your pets!

About: Retired engineer and animal lover. High level of empathy and compassion for others. I look forward to taking great care of your animals. Thank you. I am a retired mechanical engineer and I have plenty of free time. I am able to assist for short and long periods of time. I will follow any and all rule you have with your animals. I do not have a fenced yard but would take multiple walks per day.

About: I grew up taking care of animals and having a passion for it. I am currently a full-time Certified Veterinary Technician. I have a lot of knowledge on animal care and behavior for all types of animals, mainly working with cats and dogs but in the past have owned different exotics and work with them from time to time in the veterinary setting. I can't wait to meet your furry friends! I am currently working full time at a veterinary clinic. We have longer shifts so I have off on Mondays and Thursdays as well as on weekends. Looking to fill my time with more animal care outside of the veterinary setting. I am comfortable with any size animal and any age, I've worked with all different variations of animals. I would love to provide company to your pets in their own homes and give them lots of love, exercise and enrichment while I care for them.

About: I have been a dog / cat sitter for my friends, family and neighbors since I was 13. My family had both dogs and cats in the house when I was growing up. I love spending time with animals and getting to know their unique personalities. I especially enjoy taking dogs for walks and playing with them outside to help expend their energy. I currently work from home in a corporate position. I have plenty of free time and would love to spend some of it taking care of animals. Typically, I am staying over at the client’s home for the duration of their trip / vacation. The client will often have me over to their home prior to their departure to meet the animal(s) and go over their needs and any other special requests they may have. It is very important to me that the client feels safe entrusting me to stay in their home and take care of their pets.

About: Our family simply adores dogs. I personally have owned a dog for the majority of my life and have raised two puppies. My kids (13 and 11 y.o.) love dogs and dogs love them too. We have a very spacious fenced yard and my kids love playing with dogs and keeping them active in our backyard. We also take dogs for nightly walks. Our 6-year old (29lbs) cockapoo does great with dogs of her size or smaller, also with dogs that have moderate energy. She does not seem to feel too comfortable with high energy dogs and that are significantly bigger than her. We don't crate (unless your pooch prefers it) and our guest dogs will sleep with us in bed (if they want). As a rule of thumb, we will not have more than 3 dogs at our house at the same time (our dog + 2 guest dogs). Your furry child will feel right at home with us as we will shower him/her with love and LOTS of cuddles and will treat him/her as part of our family 🐾❤️ I work mostly from home so I'm usually available to spend time with your dog giving them the love and attention they need. We currently have a dog of our own ( 6 y.o. cockapoo) who we care for daily. She is a very friendly dog. We have a fenced back yard and one dog of our own to keep your dog company. We also walk our dog on daily basis to give her extra exercise. My 13 and 11-year old kids love playing with the dogs.
