About: I have one dog of my own that I care for daily. I thrive on making sure her daily life is better than mine, from food to recreation! When you trust your pet with me, you can rest assured that your family member is in good hands with an attentive caretaker. Additionally, I understand the importance of being able to rely on your pet's caretaker to be punctual and reliable, so this is also my top priority. I excel at following directions, so when you leave me instructions about your fur baby, please know that these will be followed to the T! Finally, I have no issues updating you on your pet's contentment while you are away via text or email - just make the request! I look forward to meeting you and your fur babies! I currently work from home full time, which allows me the freedom to care for your furbabies during the week in my home, or on the weekends as well! While my preference is to care for your pet(s) in my home, I do have availability to house sit in your home on the weekends as well. I live in a townhome, however my pets go out on frequent walks around the neighborhood. My neighborhood tends to be quiet with minimal traffic. If I’m keeping your pets in your home, I will of course adhere to any requests that you have!

About: I have a Great Dane who is sensitive, so I know how to be patient with animals. I also have the ability to handle XL sized dogs. I have also fostered dogs before and have always had an animal in my life. I'm currently focusing on just working for Rover so my schedule is wide open for all your dog and cat needs! The passion for animals is my routine! I have a Great Dane and a cat who have free roam in my apartment. I also have a giant crate if needed. I take my dog out multiple times and day and provide exercise to ensure optimum health.

About: I have been involved with dogs and all animals since I was a child. I started with dog rescue 20 years ago and dog training 15 years ago. I believe in pawsitive reinforcement - my personal philosophy is not to use the word No, uh-uh, no pinch collars, etc. I also have taught dogs ASL (american sign language). This helps communication with you and your fur baby. I love when pet parents have a look of amazement when I work/watch their kiddo for just 15 minutes. It's important to me that your furbaby is happy and stress free when you leave them with me. You will get daily updates and photos. We can aslo video chat to say good morning and good night to you. :) When I housesit I am there 24/7. Your pets are my passion! I look forward to meeting you soon. This is my job - I am with your pets 24/7. Yon have to worry about them being alone for the entire time I am sitting. I currently do not board any pets in my home. This may change in the future depending on the pets. Case by case basis. :)

I have also worked for a small animal hospital in Carytown in the past where I regularly scheduled spay/neuter surgeries and vaccination appointments. I have an extensive amount of experience handling dogs, cats, and rabbits of many sizes! I loved learning about the medical side of pet wellbeing from the veterinarian and vet techs I worked with - I regularly use this clinical experience combined with my compassion for animals to provide the best care possible. Not only do I love providing detailed notes for each visit (either via Rover card or Google Keep), but I take lots of photos throughout my stay so you're always kept in the loop with how your pet is doing. I provide professional petsitting/Rover services on a full-time basis. You can be rest assured that I will dedicate the quality time & care you are looking for. When housesitting, I ensure your pet(s) are comfortable & double check all locks in the house before leaving & going to bed! I take the same precautions for drop-in visits and walks. About: Hi, my name is Alex! I go by they/them pronouns, mostly. I’ve been around every kind of animal at least once, and I’ve had all the pets you can imagine! I’ve been around animals even before I was born and I know how to read their moods like second nature. I used to work at Holiday Pet Barn, and I’ve only ever had jobs with animals. I get along with them better than people! I love sitting back with pets and curling up with them for a nap or a cuddle session; they’re the best cuddlers. I also enjoy watching dogs run around and play or chase a ball. Yuki loves to play fetch, so dogs at my house will always have a playmate with her! I have cats and dogs of my own, but the cats tend to keep to themselves. I will only board dogs who are alright with cats and get along with other dogs. Mine are always happy to see a new face. It’s easy for me to view other pets as my own and I’ll treat them as such. I guarantee they’ll be safe and happy. I hope they love my furry kids too! Pet care is my full time job now, but if I am watching your pet, I will sleep at your house to be with them as much as I can. When boarding at my house, if I’m not around, my mom will be, so the animals are rarely ever alone. Despite possibly jumping between different pets, I can guarantee no animal will go more than 5 hours without a potty break. I also have friends who can help me out in an emergency. I treat every animal like my own, including calling them dummies when they do something goofy! I let animals on the furniture (in my home), and if they are bad, they can be reprimanded and crated. My cats avoid most animals that come over, but some of them love dogs. Additionally, we have feral cats that we have adopted outside our house, so any dog coming over MUST be alright with cats. I currently do pet care full-time, so when I am watching your pets I am with them the entire time. The only time I would not be with your fuzzy kids is when I have to go run errands/check on other pets. I do my best to treat every animal I watch like they are my own. This means lots of cuddles and playtimes, along with paying careful attention to their needs.
