I also specialize in hospice care for our are geriatric puppies, because no matter how old they are, they are always puppies to us. I am currently pet sitting for people Part-Time. my goal is to make caring for animals my full-time job. While I continuemaking commissioned pet portraits! Along with other commissions for various prints and paintings. At my house, dogs will eat separately from other dogs for safety and have long line leash walks for potty breaks. If a pet is known to have toy aggression, toys will be taken out of the equation. I do have a service dog that comes with me everywhere including my clients homes. If a client 's pet is dog aggressive or the cats are scared of dog, I will not have my service dog interact with them to give comfort and safety for all.

About: Hello, I’m Max! I’d love to care for your fur babies. I have experience with a wide variety of animals. I currently own a one year old Red-Nose Pitbull and been working with him since he was a few weeks old. He’s one of the many dogs that I’ve trained throughout my life. I’d love to experience life’s opportunities with your Paw-some companion! I’m currently a Substitute Teacher for CCPS so during the summer I have full availability to care for your babies. During the school year I’m available weekends, with weekdays have a bit more of a limited schedule. I feel as though it’s best to not only physically stimulate animals, but also mentally. Whether it be going for walks, training, mental exercises, or something as simple as love, I’m committed to do it all.

“Carlita is super responsible, knowledgeable, and incredibly friendly. The dogs love her and we truly appreciate how she's been able to help us get their leash training back on track after a lazy winter. Thanks for being a great new best friend to the pups!”

About: Hi there! 👋 I’m a lifelong animal lover with over 10 years of hands-on experience working with a wide range of animals—from dogs & cats to dolphins & elephants (yes, really!). I’ve spent most of my career in high-energy, professional animal care settings, but these days I’m embracing a more low-key lifestyle and focusing on what I love most: giving animals the personal attention and care they deserve. I’m happy to work with any furry friends, but I specialize in animals that are more difficult to handle—whether they’re shy, reactive, high-energy, or need extra patience and support. With years of hands-on experience with many different species, I’m confident in my ability to manage a wide range of behaviors and needs. I bring a calm, steady presence that helps pets feel safe and understood, and I focus on keeping their environment low-stress and consistent with their routine. If you’re looking for someone with a professional background, and a genuine passion for animals, I’d love to meet you and your furry (or not-so-furry) family member! I have a flexible but consistent work schedule, which makes it easy for me to fit in care visits throughout the week. Since I already spend most of my time around animals, being with your pets will be a natural part of my day! I’m happy to work out a schedule that fits your pet’s needs and keeps things running smoothly for everyone. Whether I’m caring for pets in your home or mine, I focus on keeping things calm, comfortable, and consistent with their routine. I’m attentive to each pet’s personality and needs—whether they love playtime, quiet companionship, or a little of both. My goal is always to make them feel safe, happy, and well cared for.

“Great communication and timely arrival!”

About: I’ve had dogs all my life. I currently have 3 and they are loads of fun and truly part of the family. It helps instill the responsibility in my kids as well, helping to care for them. We are complete dog people and really enjoy having them in our lives! Though i can’t board cats, I’m more than happy to do drop ins for your kitties as well! I can also offer pup drop in visits as well if you’d rather your pups stay in the comfort of their own home. My dogs are great with other dogs as well and enjoy extra friend playmates! My dogs are also crate trained at night so all fur babies feel safe and secure in their relaxing place to sleep soundly. I care for dogs full time to be able to fully care for your pets and their needs! While i do have a part time job out of the home, it’s only a few days a week for a few hours. We have plenty of space to play and run and nap when they’re worn out from fun :) my downstairs is set up with gates for the spare rooms to give pups their own space while we have downtime or for feeding or sleeping. I have a large privacy fenced yard with plenty of run room for high energy and play time! We also have plenty of space in the house for the times we’re inside or weather is bad.

About: I work from home, so have the flexibility to care for your pets. I can care for your pup or kittens or even an older pet with special needs. My schedule is flexible, so I can travel to you as needed. Weekdays after 3:00 pm or weekends are the best times, and I can discuss other times as my schedule allows. I will work with you to provide the best care for your pet. If your dog or cat has special needs, we can talk about what will work best.

About: I have had the luxury of taking care of animals my entire life, including dogs, chickens, and rabbits. I recently moved from El Paso, where I volunteered to walk shelter dogs every Sunday morning. I love animals and have often watched dogs for my friends and neighbors. I now have two dogs of my own and I love the dog mom life! My schedule is open right now most days so feel free to reach out whenever! For the most part I will be at work most mornings but have afternoon and evening availability. I am able to crate and walk dogs at my home, but prefer house sitting or letting them out at your home. I can take them on walks, runs, or even hikes if your dog wants an adventure. I will ensure they get some play and attention with the recommended food/treats you desire.

About: I grew up around dogs and a cat. I love spending time with fur creatures. I would be happy to check on your pet if you can’t. Summer is here, and you may need some extra help. My summer hours are very flexible. Please let me know how I can help you out. I accept same day requests. I don’t mind sitting with your pet and keeping them company. I can also take your dog for regular walks to ensure they are getting the exercise they need in your absence.

About: I’ve cared for both dogs and cats for over 7 years, starting with my own dog who’s been with me since I adopted him when he was 1 yr old. While I haven’t done formal training or grooming, I’ve handled daily care routines like walking, feeding, playing, and making sure pets feel safe and loved. I truly see animals as one of life’s biggest blessings, and I care for every pet as if they were my own. Whether it’s companionship or daily care, I bring patience, affection, and a calm presence to every visit. I work full time but work Monday and Thursday’s from home. I can check in on your pet those days along with weekends! Would love to take them on a walk. I do my best to keep their routine as normal and comfortable as possible. I follow your instructions closely whether it’s feeding times, walks, playtime, or medication needs. I also provide regular updates and photos, so you can feel confident they’re in good hands while you’re away.

About: I was born an animal lover and have enriched my lifelong passion with many furry family members and friends. Neighbors, family and friends have repeatedly entrusted me with their pets to care for them in their absence. I have decades of experience caring for and training a wide variety of animals, big and small - from gerbils to horses and nearly everything in between. I have raised, shown and trained dogs of many sizes and personalities. I am comfortable with dogs of all sizes and breeds and enjoy getting to know every dog I meet. My background and interactions with your pets will help you to feel comfortable knowing I'll continue to care for them in the same manner as you with the same love as if they are my own. I am committed to working with pets exclusively and anxious to meet yours soon. My schedule is now open to pursue the passion that I've always wanted to follow - spending my time caring for animals. I retired early, am extremely active and look forward to filling my time loving and caring for animals. I diligently follow all instructions to ensure continuity of care and training while spending quality time closely monitoring pets. We go outside together to exercise and have some fun. I am very in tune with pet behaviors enabling me to recognize and address changes. I am also very experienced administering a variety of medications and special diets/feeding so meeting special needs is not a problem. From puppies to seniors, and everywhere in between, I understand how to meet needs based on each animals stage in their lives. You can count on this experience and detailed updates to help you feel secure in knowing your pet is in excellent care.

About: I have volunteered with animal rescues over the last five years. I have handled dogs of varying sizes, as well as cats. I have taken care of puppies at community events, and I have evaluated whether particular animals with their needs and wants would fit into a potential adopter's home. I have had cats and dogs all my life, but I have been the primary responsible person for my pets for ten years now. One of my dogs has allergies and requires sublingual meds twice a day. I have also given pills to both cats and dogs and had to follow strict dietary regimes. I work full-time Monday through Friday, so I am able to do pet care work Friday after work through Monday mornings. I do get an hour lunch, so I can come let dogs out for lunch on Mondays and Fridays if you are within fifteen minutes of my workplace. I can also do drop ins after work on weekdays, which may be preferred for cat care. I do not have space in my own home to watch your pets, so I will come to you. I do require a meet and greet for both our sakes, so I get to know you and your pets, and you get to know me before having me in your home without you there. I can scoop litter boxes, clean up pet messes, watch pets in a fenced yard, and walk small dogs and larger dogs (I can only walk larger dogs if they have good leash manners due to health reasons.). I will leave everything exactly as you left it.
