Because of this, I have a very flexible schedule and can easily adjust my day around walks, drop-in visits, or pet sitting. About: My previous experience in pet care includes employment at Holiday Barn Pet Resorts as a pet care associate, volunteering at Richmond Animal League, and pet sitting for a wide variety of animals. Pet sitting for pets around my neighborhood was my first job! Growing up with pets of my own my whole life has also allowed me to become accustomed to caring for animals of all different sizes, ages, and temperaments. As a college student on summer break, I am opening my schedule up through mid-August and plan to fill my days/weeks with pet care services! Help me keep busy :) I am currently offering walks, drop ins, and/or overnight services, and I have experience with caring for pets in others’ homes. As of right now I am unable to provide boarding services.

About: I grew up on a farm in Pennsylvania and really enjoy all the animals. That said, my favorite animals are dogs and they love me. I'm excited and honored to get to know your special fur baby! I got my Teddy, a Cockapoo, as an 8 week old puppy right before Covid and I crate trained him. He's real good with other dogs but he's not a big player. I work full time, so I’m available after work on Friday through Sunday. Time frame Friday at 6 pm onward through Sunday evening. I enjoy walking and I would be able to provide plenty of walks in the community or we can visit the dog park about 1/2 mile down the street. I could brush hair and wash face each day that I have your fur baby. I would care for your dog in my home. I can easily section off rooms by closing doors because my main living space is large. I can crate your dog if you desire and if he is comfortable. The outdoor deck is enjoyable because it's shady and another space to look around. Also feeding and providing water and stretching out and resting.

About: I’ve cared for dogs and cats my entire life. I am looking forward to opportunities to care for your dog(s) or cat(s) while you are away and love them like they were my own. I have a fenced in yard and live in a wonderful neighborhood with lots of walking trails. I have three children, ages 10, 12, and 14 that grew up with dogs and learned how to be loving and respectful to animals. I’m a high school teacher so I’m able to be home during the summer and school holidays. My routine includes a morning, afternoon and an evening walk after dinner. The fenced backyard provides opportunities for exercise outside of walks. I follow your pets normal feeding schedule and will only provide the food and treats that you provide to avoid any allergy or food intolerance concerns. On school days, my husband is typically working from home so there is usually someone home without long periods of being left home alone. Pets are cared for as part of the family and receive lots of love and attention.

About: Growing up my family always had at least one or more pets of various breeds so I have 20+ years of experience around animals. I have cared for dogs, cats, fish, lizards, rabbits, goats, and hedgehogs. Personally, my husband & I have 2 dogs currently, 9 & 10 years old, one having epilepsy & is dependent on medication. I have helped raise/care for/train puppies, kittens, baby rabbits, & baby goats. The only pet I'm not comfortable with is snakes, my little sister has one but I only look at it from 3ft away in its enclosure, haha. I work part time Tu/W/Th 8A - 5P, I do not mind caring for pets those days, however I will be gone all day. Otherwise, I'm available for your pets needs! My personal routine with my pets: My husband helps me care for our pets daily but his schedule is a bit different than mine, so our dogs are let out at least within 4-6 hours those days. Otherwise, we let them out every 2-4 depending on their needs (which they have been trained to lets us know if they need to go sooner). Our medical dog is on a 12 hr medication schedule. I'd prefer to care in my clients home due to one of my dogs having a reactive past, it was quite a transition when we inherited our other dog. If you have a specific routine, I'm ready to follow it to the T! I'm comfortable walking dogs on leash, hanging out/playing with them in a fenced yard, or just chilling inside. As mentioned, I have experience with medically dependent pets. I have an escape artist, so I'm always vigilant of their proximity to me and prepared to run/chase in the event something happens. I can stay at the home with the pets or I can visit throughout the day!

About: I look forward to welcoming and caring for your buddy. I've had pets my entire life, including dogs, a lizard, fish, a turtle, a guinea pig, a rabbit, gerbils, and even a salamander. I have done basic obedience training on my dogs. I mostly work from home and am fortunate to have a job with lots of flexibility. My children have flown the nest, so I have extra time to care for your pet. I have a fenced in yard and one playful and friendly dog that would love to keep your fur-baby company. Dogs are allowed on our couch, but never on the beds. Now the kids are gone, there is lots of room in our suburban home.

About: I grew up in our farm owning & taking care of all kinds of animals. Fostered cats/dogs with Humane Societies in different states before we finally settled after military life. Growing up on a farm surrounded by animals, I’ve developed strong intuition to sense pets' unique needs; if they are feeling sick, anxious, etc. I can follow with your pet’s medical needs/routine. I’m home all day except for quick errands hence pets under my care get lots of human interactions, cuddles & play time. Frequent potty breaks. Old habits from my hospital volunteering days + I’m a clean freak as per my family 😆 I'm a homemaker. I enjoy taking care of my indoor plants, garden, and our mini goldendoodle Hazel. I'm home majority of the day; hence your fur babies will get to have lots of cuddles, love, and playtime in our big fenced in yard. We have lovely, clean & spacious home; hence pups get to have a lot of space/freedom to roam. Or retrieve if they want some space. No choking hazard toys. I love taking pictures, videos & update with your precious pooch. You can FaceTime your pets if it’s extended stay or as per need. I love making pets stay as comfortable as possible & giving peace of mind to owners. As a pet owner myself, I know how much small things matter! I've a huge fenced in yard, Hazel, our super friendly mini golden doodle would give a company to any dog & make them feel comfortable. Lots of play, cuddles & free to roam. However, I've an ability to gate off the rooms if it's needed, or as per request. I live near the lake & take my dog to daily AM/PM walks. As a pet owner, I know the anxiety of trying to find a safe home to fur babies, someone who'd love/care for them as their own.

About: I have been taking care of my own dogs since I was young and love to be around all animals! I used to nanny for a family with 5 kids and they had a wonderful dog that I always helped to care for! Feeding and taking him to the groomers and vet appointments…all things that I was lucky to get to help with! I also used to care for 2 cats (both needing to take medication) and a bull dog on a daily basis! I have a Jack Russell (that just passed away) myself that I had for about 10+ years and no kids do she was my only fur baby! I have recently in the past year gotten a brand new puppy named Sugar! She is a beagle/terrier/lab mix and 25 pounds of Adorableness! She is so sweet And absolutely my little girl, as she follows me everywhere and tries to be wherever I am, and always under foot!!! She’s a little skittish and still all puppy at eight months! So I am no stranger to puppy needs at all! I also have Bella, who is a pit/beagle mix and she is a little over a year and a half old! She is 60 pounds of crazy but happy and smart and always at my husband side! What a love bug! But remember, with pets, there is no personal space! Lol I love pets of all kinds and will care for them as if they were my own! Snuggles are free!!! I am currently a part-time private nanny, to a bunch of different families who may need care for their little ones day a week, and my schedule is always changing from week to week! This is a little niche that I found that nobody was able to fill, and I wanted to dedicate my career to helping those families who only need four hours a day one day a week and that doesn’t necessarily need to be the same day. As my schedules always changing, my availability will always be changing so I will try to keep that up-to-date as I hope more of you reach out! I’m really looking forward to all the snuggles! I am always very mindful of the time for feedings and walks…any medication will be given correctly and timely…I will make sure your home is locked up after I leave from a walk and/or feeding! Even on the initial meet & greet. He confirms before every visit that he’ll be there, you know when he arrives and departs, and you get an update of the visit with pictures. He seriously reduced my anxiety while I was out of town. He visited midday (my hubby was home at night) to feed them and give them a walk. They were so happy during the week and I attribute a lot of this to Brian’s attention and his love of dogs we saw from him on the meet & greet. My 2 dogs are 100 lbs and a reactive 75 lbs and he walked them together.”

About: I've had various pets my entire life and been pet sitting/walking for over 25 years! I have experience with any species from hamsters, lizards, and bunnies, to cats and dogs, as well as livestock! My family raises and competes with oxen in the Northeast, and until recently moving south I cared for large animals (horses, cattle, goats, etc) as a side gig as well. There isn't an animal out there that I'm unwilling to work with! I love to care for and work with dogs. I'm happy to do regularly scheduled walks/hikes, or help out as needed. I don't have any official training certification but I do have a background in behavior analysis that has proven helpful when working with and training pets and farm animals. I'm available weekdays mostly during the day but have plenty of flexibility overall. Also available most weekends! Message me with your needs and I can check my schedule for availability. I have a German Shepherd and a Staffordshire Terrier. Although they love to play, due to their size and intensity of play, I'm not doing any care in my home at this time. If I establish a relationship with a client and know their pet well enough to know if it's a good fit, we can discuss the possibility of care in my home. I am willing to do care for small animals in cages in my home (hamster, bearded dragon, etc) In a client's home, I will follow whatever individual preferences they have!
