About: Hi, I'm Kim! I have been taking care of animals for as long as I can remember. I'm a mom of 4 fur babies of my own and have had animals all my life. I am currently transitioning from a 13 year Nanny position into my dream job of caring for animals full time. Three years ago, I started pet sitting part-time and have gotten rave reviews and I absolutely love it!! (References available on request) My schedule is very flexible for drop-ins and overnight stays on a first come, first serve basis. I will come to your pet's home where they are most comfortable. Offering pet care services in your home, I follow the typical routine you and your pets have already established. They will keep their routine and not go through any traumatic transitions. The best part? Your fur baby is there when you get home. Your home will also have that "lived in" look. Mail will be picked up, plants watered, lights will be switched on and off, trash rolled to the curb, and any house issues that arise can be addressed. Especially for overnight or vacation services, I would love the chance to meet you and your pet(s) in your home ahead of time. I always encourage new clients to schedule a (free) 30-minute meet-and-greet before the first booking (either at your home or a public location) so that I can meet your pet(s). If I am doing a sitting or drop-in, then these are perfect for showing me where the food supplies are as well as bowls, litter box(es), and anything else that may be needed for the booking I send daily updates while you are away so your vacation is worry free. I am looking to establish a regular client base and consider pets as part of the family.

About: I've had various pets my entire life and been pet sitting/walking for over 25 years! I have experience with any species from hamsters, lizards, and bunnies, to cats and dogs, as well as livestock! My family raises and competes with oxen in the Northeast, and until recently moving south I cared for large animals (horses, cattle, goats, etc) as a side gig as well. There isn't an animal out there that I'm unwilling to work with! I love to care for and work with dogs. I'm happy to do regularly scheduled walks/hikes, or help out as needed. I don't have any official training certification but I do have a background in behavior analysis that has proven helpful when working with and training pets and farm animals. I have a German Shepherd and a Staffordshire Terrier. Although they love to play, due to their size and intensity of play, I'm not doing any care in my home at this time. If I establish a relationship with a client and know their pet well enough to know if it's a good fit, we can discuss the possibility of care in my home. I am willing to do care for small animals in cages in my home (hamster, bearded dragon, etc) In a client's home, I will follow whatever individual preferences they have!

About: I’m a pre-veterinary student with a huge passion for animals and a strong background in pet care. I currently foster cats, kittens and dogs through the Rockingham County SPCA and work alongside a veterinarian as a veterinary assistant, giving me hands-on experience caring for animals with a variety of needs. About: My previous experience in pet care includes employment at Holiday Barn Pet Resorts as a pet care associate, volunteering at Richmond Animal League, and pet sitting for a wide variety of animals. Pet sitting for pets around my neighborhood was my first job! Growing up with pets of my own my whole life has also allowed me to become accustomed to caring for animals of all different sizes, ages, and temperaments. As a college student on summer break, I am opening my schedule up through mid-August and plan to fill my days/weeks with pet care services! About: I love furry babies of all shapes and sizes! have had a dog ever since I was born. I have also dog sat for my sisters, friends, and in-laws. I am comfortable with puppies all the way up to elderly dogs and I love dogs of all sizes. My dogs have always been small, but I've always loved big dogs as well! I work with small children, so I am used to cleaning up messes when needed. I also have given medicine to my own dogs and am comfortable doing so to others. I am also comfortable bathing your dog, if needed. I had dog who was completely deaf and mostly blind, so I am used to caring for elderly dogs or dogs who need special accommodations.

I’ve also pet sit for my family and neighbors since 2010. I have pets of my own so pet care is a daily necessity. We have lovely, clean & spacious home; hence pups get to have a lot of space/freedom to roam. Or retrieve if they want some space. No choking hazard toys. I love taking pictures, videos & update with your precious pooch. You can FaceTime your pets if it’s extended stay or as per need. I love making pets stay as comfortable as possible & giving peace of mind to owners. As a pet owner myself, I know how much small things matter! I've a huge fenced in yard, Hazel, our super friendly mini golden doodle would give a company to any dog & make them feel comfortable. Lots of play, cuddles & free to roam. However, I've an ability to gate off the rooms if it's needed, or as per request. I live near the lake & take my dog to daily AM/PM walks. As a pet owner, I know the anxiety of trying to find a safe home to fur babies, someone who'd love/care for them as their own.
