About: Hello! My name is Christian and I have been a dog lover since the age of 8 when we got a black lab named Charlie. He was a 100+ lb teddy bear who would go on runs, play basketball, and nap whenever he got the chance. Then, my fiancé (at the time) and I got a miniature long haired dachshund who is now seven months old. A year later, we adopted another miniature long haired dachshund from the same family (half-brother). As you can see, I love dogs of all shapes and sizes. Growing up, I strongly considered being a vet as being around animals makes me happiest. If you choose me to take care of your dog, you can be sure they will be loved, pampered, and given high quality care. Contact me today! I am currently off for the summer as a doctoral student and work remotely part-time during the school year. So, my schedule is pretty flexible and I am confident that we can work out an agreeable schedule. I will plan to take care of your fur babies in your own home unless you have a small animal that is particularly friendly with others. It is extremely important to me that your animals feel safe, loved, and cared for in the best way possible. During the meet and greet, I will try to get an understanding of their needs and levels of affection that are appropriate. I also have three young kiddos who love animals and have been taught the appropriate, safe way to approach animals that are not ours. If that would be helpful or meaningful for your animals, I know they would love to meet them too, but obviously at your discretion.

She listened to all my concerns and how to take care of my sweet boy because he is hard of hearing. She took him on a walk around the neighborhood and Maximus seemed to enjoy it. About: I’ve taken care of dogs of any size and age. My neighbors, friends, and family have relied on me for many years to watch over their pets. From dogs, cats, and even horses, I have kept animals safe and happy. During visits I can take pets on walks, play with them, administer medicine, and provide proper clean up! I am currently home from college right now, so I have a lot of free time! For me, pet care will be a priority this summer. In your home, I will ensure your pets are consistently in a safe environment. I will remove any hazards in your pet’s space, ensure leashes/harnesses are intact before walks, properly lock doors before leaving, and I can safely crate your pet if needed.

About: I love furry babies of all shapes and sizes! have had a dog ever since I was born. I have also dog sat for my sisters, friends, and in-laws. I am comfortable with puppies all the way up to elderly dogs and I love dogs of all sizes. My dogs have always been small, but I've always loved big dogs as well! I work with small children, so I am used to cleaning up messes when needed. I also have given medicine to my own dogs and am comfortable doing so to others. I am also comfortable bathing your dog, if needed. I had dog who was completely deaf and mostly blind, so I am used to caring for elderly dogs or dogs who need special accommodations.

About: I have two amazing dogs, Milo and Winter, that play constantly! They are best of friends and always welcome new friends. Milo is an 8 month old puppy still learning house training and making amazing progress. I found him at a rescue in Philly when I was visiting March 2026- love at first site! He clicked so well with my German Shepherd mix Winter, that I rescued in June 2025. Prior to falling in love with these two rescues, I helped foster several dogs through a local rescue- while healing from the loss of my dog of 13 years, Bella. She was a one dog household kind of girl, but Winter was just the opposite. I could tell she needed a friend, and Milo came into our lives at just the right time. I so look forward to helping care for your fur babies and will give them all the walks, plays, and cuddles they might need. I’ll ensure all your care is personalized to your dog’s specific needs. Also, would love to send you pic updates while you’re at work or adventuring! If your dog is in my care for doggy daycare, I will be home with them, unless otherwise discussed with you. If I’m hired to come walk your dog, I’ll give you a detailed update of our walk! I am home and available 7 days a week, unless I’m traveling. My dogs get lots of attention and walks. We love the James River Park system 🫶 I will ask for lots of detail about your pets specific needs so I can curate their care so they feel right at home! A home away from home.

“Bruce is great. He showed up minutes before the appointed time to be certain he was not late. He thrilled the dogs with their first ride in a convertible. He sent plenty of pictures including those that look like the dogs are smiling ear to ear. He was prepared with water during the walk and gave them breaks to rest from the heat. Our yellow lab is usually restless and constantly pulling my husband but she behaved for Bruce. I would highly recommend him.”

I grew up on farm taking care of dogs, cats, and horses. I also worked as a doggie day camp counselor at a pet hotel throughout college. I cared for every size/breed/personality of dog out there. I have experience handling all energy levels, as well as nervous/anxious/scared pups. I work from home Monday-Friday 9-5, so my schedule is pretty flexible. I can provide day care or boarding in my home. I can also do dog walks and drop in visits during lunch breaks, evenings, and weekends. First and foremost, you know your pets best, so I will always follow your instructions to the tee. I will communicate regularly and ask questions, as needed. I have a 1 year old beagle/Rottweiler named Lyla who is great with other dogs. I live in a house with a fully fenced yard. My neighborhood is also walkable and has a small dog park. My house is always clean and dog proof.

About: We (myself and my husband, Ricky) are pet lovers and currently have two "wobbly cats". They don’t freely roam the house due to their wobbly condition and the stairs, so we are able to keep visiting pets separated. Our beloved dog passed away a few years ago and we have had cats ever since. Our kids are 9 and 8, and love to help. I am home full time with the kids, but occasionally Ricky will take the lead on pet sitting in our home. I am home with my kids this summer and our days are filled with a balance of fun and responsibility. We are very flexible with our time, and able to help. We have a fully fenced in back yard. We have chickens in our backyard but they can be kept up in their run if needed.
