Kaylee is great with our cats and great with us! We’ve had to make multiple changes to our schedule and Kaylee was responsive and flexible every step of the way. We will absolutely hire her again for our babies!

We had 3 weekend trips planned for August, and we booked with Kaylee to watch our two cats with multiple 30 minute drop in visits daily for each trip to make sure our cats were comfortable while we were gone. We have a ring camera and door sensors that notify us remotely when there is someone at the door as well as when the door is open and closed. The camera and sensors are obvious when walking up and opening the door. That being said, we noticed a pattern over the first weekend Kaylee was watching our cats where she was not arriving at the agreed upon time, not communicating that she was running late, not spending the full 30 minute visit inside our home with the cats (with one visit being 8 minutes) but documenting on the app that she spent much longer in the home. Our cats are very social, and when we got home from our trip, they were very anxious, there was cat vomit in different stages of age scattered about the kitchen, and it took them hours to settle down which is unusual for them. Cats thrive on routine and socialization, and it was obvious they were struggling with the lack of that. I professionally addressed these concerns with her, and we did not get an apology, any kind of refund, and she cancelled our future bookings, one of which was 5 days away, leaving us to scramble to find coverage. We found another sitter that was punctual, stayed the entire visit, and engaged well with our cats. The difference coming back home was night and day, and our cats were very calm when we returned home. There’s needs to be some accountability when things go wrong when taking care of someone’s animals. They are a part of the family, and the person whose animal you are caring for needs peace of mind they are well taken care of while their parents are not home.

Kaylee was awesome with my dog. They got along so well. She kept him company and made sure he was well taken care of. Will definitely book in the future and hope to see you soon Kaylee thank you!

Kaylee did an amazing job and went above and beyond! She even cleaned up the cage/food area. We would recommend her for anyone needing a pet sitter.
