About: I have loved animals my entire life and have had more than one family pet from the day I was born. I worked in veterinary care for a good bit of time, and I have been trusted by many families to care for their animals while they were away on trips. I am comfortable giving medicine, working on obedience, and giving more snuggles than your pup will know what to do with. My husband works from home 3-4 days a week, so your dog would have many opportunities to go outside and to be loved on. I am available Monday through Friday for lunch time check-ins and potty breaks, and I'm available for walks after 5pm Monday through Friday. We could also accommodate over-night boarding any day of the week, as long as we do not have a previously scheduled weekend away. While I do not have a fenced in yard, our family loves to be outside and take walks as much as possible through out the day. We also have our energetic 5 year old dog, Maverick, to keep your dog company through out the day and engage in play. We have ample space in our home for a crate. Our daughter also loves to throw the ball and makes sure her puppy feels loved all the time.

About: I grew up on a farm in Pennsylvania and really enjoy all the animals. That said, my favorite animals are dogs and they love me. I'm excited and honored to get to know your special fur baby! I got my Teddy, a Cockapoo, as an 8 week old puppy right before Covid and I crate trained him. He's real good with other dogs but he's not a big player. I work full time, so I’m available after work on Friday through Sunday. Time frame Friday at 6 pm onward through Sunday evening. I enjoy walking and I would be able to provide plenty of walks in the community or we can visit the dog park about 1/2 mile down the street. I could brush hair and wash face each day that I have your fur baby. I would care for your dog in my home. I can easily section off rooms by closing doors because my main living space is large. I can crate your dog if you desire and if he is comfortable. The outdoor deck is enjoyable because it's shady and another space to look around. Also feeding and providing water and stretching out and resting.
About: Growing up my family always had at least one or more pets of various breeds so I have 20+ years of experience around animals. I have cared for dogs, cats, fish, lizards, rabbits, goats, and hedgehogs. Personally, my husband & I have 2 dogs currently, 9 & 10 years old, one having epilepsy & is dependent on medication. I have helped raise/care for/train puppies, kittens, baby rabbits, & baby goats. The only pet I'm not comfortable with is snakes, my little sister has one but I only look at it from 3ft away in its enclosure, haha. I work part time Tu/W/Th 8A - 5P, I do not mind caring for pets those days, however I will be gone all day. Otherwise, I'm available for your pets needs! My personal routine with my pets: My husband helps me care for our pets daily but his schedule is a bit different than mine, so our dogs are let out at least within 4-6 hours those days. Otherwise, we let them out every 2-4 depending on their needs (which they have been trained to lets us know if they need to go sooner). Our medical dog is on a 12 hr medication schedule. I'd prefer to care in my clients home due to one of my dogs having a reactive past, it was quite a transition when we inherited our other dog. If you have a specific routine, I'm ready to follow it to the T! I'm comfortable walking dogs on leash, hanging out/playing with them in a fenced yard, or just chilling inside. As mentioned, I have experience with medically dependent pets. I have an escape artist, so I'm always vigilant of their proximity to me and prepared to run/chase in the event something happens. I can stay at the home with the pets or I can visit throughout the day!

I always follow the instructions given to me by the owners, and don’t stray away from those guidelines. I do walks when needed, and also spend a little bit of time with the animals to keep them company while their parents are away. I will cuddle with any pet that wants, but also give space for the ones that don’t. I’m very big on paying attention and reading an animals energy in order to make sure they are happy and comfortable, and also making sure all parties will be safe in the process as well.

About: I have been taking care of my own dogs since I was young and love to be around all animals! I used to nanny for a family with 5 kids and they had a wonderful dog that I always helped to care for! Feeding and taking him to the groomers and vet appointments…all things that I was lucky to get to help with! I also used to care for 2 cats (both needing to take medication) and a bull dog on a daily basis! I have a Jack Russell (that just passed away) myself that I had for about 10+ years and no kids do she was my only fur baby! I have recently in the past year gotten a brand new puppy named Sugar! She is a beagle/terrier/lab mix and 25 pounds of Adorableness! She is so sweet And absolutely my little girl, as she follows me everywhere and tries to be wherever I am, and always under foot!!! She’s a little skittish and still all puppy at eight months! So I am no stranger to puppy needs at all! I also have Bella, who is a pit/beagle mix and she is a little over a year and a half old! She is 60 pounds of crazy but happy and smart and always at my husband side! What a love bug! But remember, with pets, there is no personal space! Lol I love pets of all kinds and will care for them as if they were my own! Snuggles are free!!! I am currently a part-time private nanny, to a bunch of different families who may need care for their little ones day a week, and my schedule is always changing from week to week so my availability will always be changing. But,I will try to keep my Rover calendar up-to-date as I hope more of you reach out! The plan is is turn this into a full-time gig so I will have probably more availability as time goes on towards the end of this year, but I’m hoping to find some regular clients that will book with me on a consistent basis! Plus, I’m really looking forward to all the pet snuggles! I am always very mindful of the time for feedings and walks…any medication will be given correctly and timely…I will make sure your home is locked up after I leave from a walk and/or feeding! Please know that I will do my best to. Gain the trust of the animal! Cats too! I do highly recommend a meet & greet ahead of time so we can meet pet parents and also meet dog(s)! Let’s them see me and hopefully remember me and feel comfortable with me in their house! About: I have always taken care of other family’s animals and I am very passionate about giving your furry friend a safe, loving and comfortable environment! I currently work for VCU as a certified medical assistant full time. I am working Monday through Friday from 8-4:30. I am very active and open to taking long walks after work or anytime on weekends. My home is safe for every animal. I have one cat who is just one year old and loves being around other cats and dogs. My cat is up to date on all vaccines and is only indoor. About: I’ve taken care of dogs of any size and age. My neighbors, friends, and family have relied on me for many years to watch over their pets. From dogs, cats, and even horses, I have kept animals safe and happy. During visits I can take pets on walks, play with them, administer medicine, and provide proper clean up! I am currently home from college right now, so I have a lot of free time! For me, pet care will be a priority this summer. I’m available at all hours during the day, aside from a couple of weeks this summer where I will be out of town! I will have plenty of time to keep your pets happy! In your home, I will ensure your pets are consistently in a safe environment. I will remove any hazards in your pet’s space, ensure leashes/harnesses are intact before walks, properly lock doors before leaving, and I can safely crate your pet if needed.
