About: My boy kitty passed away last year at 14 years old. He became very sick in his last 2 years so his care required daily shots, weekly vet visits. I became very proficient in giving pills by mouth as well. He was big and strong and didn’t like the vet or car rides so i learned how to best manage a very scared kitty. My mom had a senior dog who developed diabetes so I cared for him in my home for the last few years of his life. I gave him insulin shots twice a day and performed his medical care. I gave him meds by mouth and performed other care duties. I work part-time and am in school at ODU online so my hours are flexible. I live in the Richmond area and service a fairly wide range as I have my own reliable transportation. I prefer to pet-sit in the clients home as I have a cat myself. My grandma rescued hunting dogs, particularly hounds and beagles, when I was growing up, so I am safety minded when it comes to pets, especially ones who get scared easily.
About: Hello! Our names are Darling and Kolby. We have experience caring for dogs of all sizes and a wide variety of breeds. We have plenty of space to host your dog, including a fully fenced yard where they can safely play and explore. We currently have two cats and a Golden Aussie of our own, and we grew up surrounded by animals such as Rottweilers, Pit Bulls, Chihuahuas, Poodles, and more. Because of this, we are very comfortable managing a multi-pet household. If your pet has any allergies or special dietary needs, we are happy to accommodate them. About: I have a lot of knowledge with most exotics as well, I’m happy to help with any bird, turtles/tortoise, fish, snake, any lizard, monkeys, any rodent, rabbit, chicken, horses, pigs, cow, goats and sheep. I’ve taken care of animals my entire life. I also work with The Wildlife Center and do some small animal rehabilitation. I currently have 2 dogs and one fish. I’ve recently fostered 3 tortoises, a senior dog and a bearded dragon. I am able to do some puppy training and very knowledgeable in senior care for dogs and cats. About: I’ve watch dogs and cats for four years when needed, from a one time visit to 2 weeks of checking in three times daily. I’ve also handled turtles and fish in the same capacity. Am happy to clean out a litter box, take a dog on a walk, or do more. Any added bookings within 24 hours of the first check in, or during visits, is subject to an additional 16$ fee. Any bookings more than a 15 mile drive may be subjected to an additional one time 20$ fee! I’m a student full time and therefore am out of the house from around 9-2 most days but am otherwise available for your pet care needs.
