As a full-time teacher, my weekdays follow a consistent and predictable schedule. I am available for afternoon visits after school, evening care, as well as overnight stays when needed. On weekends, holidays, and school breaks, I have more flexibility and can provide extended care, additional visits, or longer stays. This structure allows me to offer reliable, attentive pet care while maintaining clear communication and consistency for your pet. About: I have always had a love for animals since a small child. My exposure and interest for neighborhood animals and pets brought on opportunities for pet sitting in my community growing up. This love grew into a passion/career as I have been working as a Veterinary Assistant for 10 years and received my bachelors in Agriculture at Virginia State University in 2020. My schedule is currently flexible until the October 19, 2026 allowing me plenty of time to tend to your pet(s) in need! After September, I will be available Monday-Thursday 6pm to 9pm and Friday- Sunday 9am to 10p. I have my own fur baby by the name of Sebastian. He is a 6 year old Yorkshire Terrier who loves to socialize with people and pets. We currently live in a suburban neighborhood that will make you feel safe to leave your fur babies in my hands.

Sadly, my senior pup, Ruth, just passed away at around 13 years old. I miss her presence and am hoping to fill my extra time with caring for other people’s pets. About: I've been caring for animals since I was a kid, so I have experience with just about every stage of pet life, from puppies and kittens to seniors who need a little extra patience and attention. I'm comfortable with basic training, quick drop-ins, longer stays, and pets with more specific care needs. I grew up in the country with a pack of Australian Shepherds, so I'm very familiar with energetic, intelligent dogs and the occasional four-legged escape artist. These days, I have five cats of my own, and my fiancé and I also rescue cats and kittens, so I have plenty of hands-on experience with feline care too. That includes everything from confident, social cats to shy, nervous, or newly rescued kitties who may need a little more patience while they get comfortable. My home also makes it easy to give pets their own separate, quiet areas when needed, which is especially helpful for shy animals, cats, pets who aren't comfortable around others, or those who simply prefer some privacy. I also have experience caring for pets recovering from surgery or dealing with temporary mobility and medication needs. Since I work from home, I'm around throughout the day and can provide plenty of supervision, companionship, potty breaks, and attention rather than leaving your pet alone for long stretches. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine because I work from home and already structure my day around caring for my own animals. I’m home throughout the day, which makes it easy to accommodate feeding schedules, potty breaks, playtime, medications, check-ins, and plenty of attention without pets being left alone for long stretches. I’m also used to adjusting my routine around an animal’s individual needs. Whether that means an early breakfast, extra walks for an energetic puppy, a quiet afternoon with a senior pet, or giving a shy cat time and space to settle in, I have the flexibility to make their normal routine part of mine. Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or yours, I try to keep their routine as familiar and low-stress as possible. I follow your instructions closely for feeding, medications, potty breaks, walks, playtime, sleeping arrangements, and any household rules your pet is used to. Because I work from home, I have a lot of flexibility throughout the day. That means I’m available for regular walks, extra potty breaks, drop-ins, play sessions, and check-ins rather than trying to squeeze pet care around a traditional office schedule. I’m happy to match your dog’s usual walking routine, whether that means a quick neighborhood loop or a longer walk to burn off some energy. In my home, I’m able to section off different rooms and areas as needed, which is especially helpful for pets who need privacy, a quiet place to decompress, or separation from other animals. I’m also very mindful about doors, gates, leashes, and other potential escape routes. In a client’s home, I’m respectful of both your space and your pet’s established routine. I want them to feel like life is continuing as normally as possible while you’re away, with plenty of attention and supervision. I’m also happy to send photos and updates throughout their care so you have the peace of mind of knowing how they’re doing while you’re away.

About: I have been taking care of pets professionally for 8 years and have been taking care of my own personal pets for 15 years. I love being outside and I love playing and spending time caring for animals of all kinds. I know some very good walking paths and parks in the area. I have a very flexible schedule and can spend as much time as is needed with the dogs and other animals. I have pet sat for many different kinds of animals and many breeds of dogs. I have experience both pet sitting where I need to stay in the house overnight and pet sitting where I just need to stop by throughout the day. I have a lot of experience dog walking in the area. I have also watched numerous cats and have had cats of my own. I am currently working part time so I have ample daytime and evening availability for pet care most days of the week and over holidays. About: I’ve been dog-sitting for about 5 years now. I’ve mainly taken care of small to medium sized dogs but I’m open to looking after larger dogs as well. I am very reliable and have a lot of energy to keep your dog entertained throughout the day. I love going for walks and and going to dog parks if allowed by the owner. I live in an apartment and it’s dog-friend and the apartment has a dog area where they can relieve themselves. I live in a studio apartment but there’s plenty of open space where your pup can lounge around. I’m very attentive of your dogs needs, so I stay on top of taking them out for walks and making sure their water bowl is kept full and following their feeding schedule. Also open to grooming and showering your dog, especially if they are staying overnight with me. If your pup is energetic and loves to play we will be a great match!!

About: I've been pet-sitting since I was 14 for cats, dogs and reptiles. I've also owned dogs, cats and birds so I'm well aware of how to take care of a multitude of animals. I'm open to watch all types of animals. I'm able to do house visits which would include checking up on your pets, making sure they're fed, spending time with them, and provide enrichment and fun play time. I do live in an apartment so the walks would be done either at nearby parks or walking throughout the neighborhood. If a backyard is available, I will make sure to have play time involving fetch, tug of war, tag, etc. I’m available full time for your pet care needs and I look forward to making friends with your furry ones! I offer dog walking, and in-house sitting/check ups. Pets will be taken cared of based on the owners and pets needs. I wouldn’t want to disrupt their schedule so I will follow their current schedule to make sure they’re comfortable and not cause any confusion.
