About: I’ve been dog-sitting for about 5 years now. I’ve mainly taken care of small to medium sized dogs but I’m open to looking after larger dogs as well. I am very reliable and have a lot of energy to keep your dog entertained throughout the day. I love going for walks and and going to dog parks if allowed by the owner. I live in an apartment and it’s dog-friend and the apartment has a dog area where they can relieve themselves. I live in a studio apartment but there’s plenty of open space where your pup can lounge around. I’m very attentive of your dogs needs, so I stay on top of taking them out for walks and making sure their water bowl is kept full and following their feeding schedule. Also open to grooming and showering your dog, especially if they are staying overnight with me. If your pup is energetic and loves to play we will be a great match!!

About: I have been involved with dogs and all animals since I was a child. I started with dog rescue 20 years ago and dog training 15 years ago. I believe in pawsitive reinforcement - my personal philosophy is not to use the word No, uh-uh, no pinch collars, etc. I also have taught dogs ASL (american sign language). This helps communication with you and your fur baby. I love when pet parents have a look of amazement when I work/watch their kiddo for just 15 minutes. It's important to me that your furbaby is happy and stress free when you leave them with me. You will get daily updates and photos. We can aslo video chat to say good morning and good night to you. :) When I housesit I am there 24/7. Your pets are my passion! I look forward to meeting you soon. This is my job - I am with your pets 24/7. Yon have to worry about them being alone for the entire time I am sitting. I currently do not board any pets in my home. This may change in the future depending on the pets. Case by case basis. :)

About: I have grown up with dogs my entire life and I've never met a dog or cat I didn't love! My childhood dog (Macy, 120lb Leonberger) could be quite the handful on a walk but learning to control such a large dog has definitely helped me with my dog walking experience. I am now a proud cat mom of my beloved Rotisserie and spoil him rotten ♡. I have been pet sitting / dog walking since I was in high school. I have worked in homes with all types of pet situations from new born puppies to homes with seven cats! About: Hi, my name is Alex! I go by they/them pronouns, mostly. I’ve been around every kind of animal at least once, and I’ve had all the pets you can imagine! I’ve been around animals even before I was born and I know how to read their moods like second nature. I used to work at Holiday Pet Barn, and I’ve only ever had jobs with animals. I get along with them better than people! I love sitting back with pets and curling up with them for a nap or a cuddle session; they’re the best cuddlers. I also enjoy watching dogs run around and play or chase a ball. Yuki loves to play fetch, so dogs at my house will always have a playmate with her! I have cats and dogs of my own, but the cats tend to keep to themselves. I will only board dogs who are alright with cats and get along with other dogs. Mine are always happy to see a new face. It’s easy for me to view other pets as my own and I’ll treat them as such. I guarantee they’ll be safe and happy. I hope they love my furry kids too! Pet care is my full time job now, but if I am watching your pet, I will sleep at your house to be with them as much as I can. When boarding at my house, if I’m not around, my mom will be, so the animals are rarely ever alone. Despite possibly jumping between different pets, I can guarantee no animal will go more than 5 hours without a potty break. I also have friends who can help me out in an emergency. I treat every animal like my own, including calling them dummies when they do something goofy! I let animals on the furniture (in my home), and if they are bad, they can be reprimanded and crated. My cats avoid most animals that come over, but some of them love dogs. Additionally, we have feral cats that we have adopted outside our house, so any dog coming over MUST be alright with cats. I currently do pet care full-time, so when I am watching your pets I am with them the entire time. The only time I would not be with your fuzzy kids is when I have to go run errands/check on other pets. I do my best to treat every animal I watch like they are my own. This means lots of cuddles and playtimes, along with paying careful attention to their needs.

About: Hi! My name is Demetra (I also go by Demi) I graduate from VCU in May 2026 with a Bachelors degree in psychology, and I am currently looking for some part time work. I love animals of all kinds- I strive to prioritize playfulness with safety. I have experience working as a kennel assistant at an animal hospital, as well as dog, cat, and house sitting for extended periods of time. I am about to graduate in May from VCU, and I will have a lot more free time on my hand! I would love to help take care of any animals/ house sit- my schedule is super flexible during the week I value myself on being a very patient, gentle, and compassionate person, and I would love to certainly bring those qualities to dog, cat and/ or house sitting as well.
