I could not find anyone to sit for my 2 cats with such short notice, I was in a pinch. Susan came to my rescue and responded quickly! I'm till this day very grateful to her! When I came back from my trip and picked my cats up from her, I had a hard time getting them back in their carrier! They didn't want to leave! I was so happy that my cats felt comfortable with Susan. Susan is loving, caring and very knowledgeable about cats and she has given me pointers on challenges I have had with my cats, so she is not just a person that watches your pets.
