Also, Eric was highly flexible when my return flight was delayed by a day, and quickly agreed to extend the stay. I couldn't have asked for a better experience from start to finish.”

Ashley and her husband were AMAZING! I had a last minute trip and she was available and so accommodating to me for my yorkie poodle. I’ve used Sue and Josh a number of times now and they’re wonderful! They always take great care of my dog. This past weekend she was having itchy paws and they went above and beyond to make sure she was comfortable and cared for while I was away. They provided lots of updates to me as well. I had to get very last minute dog care and don't use Rover very often. Terry was great and communicated throughout the entire process, even messaging to help me out with booking. MeiLin and Ben took such wonderful care of our dogs while we were out of town. From the moment we dropped them off, it felt like we were leaving them with good friends, or their favorite aunt and uncle. MeiLin is an excellent communicator and kept us updated with plenty of messages and photos, which gave us so much peace of mind. One of our dogs is a little anxious, so we’re always nervous about leaving him, but they went out of their way to help him feel safe and right at home. It didn’t take long before he settled in. Our other dog, Bacon, was clearly living his best vacation with belly rubs, treats, walks, and lots of love!
