They were very professional and communicated efficiently with us on exactly how Joy would be cared for, gave great details and daily updates, and were very kind to both Joy and our family during this transition. Joy was too nervous to eat much of her food, but Elizabeth kept us posted on her condition and sent pictures and videos to show that despite her anxiety, she was thoroughly enjoying getting to run around the yard and getting lots of loving attention, fresh air and exercise. We really appreciated both of them and the set up and experience they were able to offer!”

I received the usual photos of Ollie with a ball or snuggling humans, but was surprised to also receive photos of Ollie playing and snuggling with the other dogs, which was a whole new experience for him! About: Working with my mom and brother since 10 I am now setting out on my own, we have made sure every pet in and throughout has gotten their proper care and I will continue to today. I am a vet ACE center student at Hermitage High School and a senior in high school at Freeman so be assured I am taking the time to learn about your fur baby and will do my best to succeed in their best liking. Currently I take care of pets at home through my mom but I am going on my own and at my ACE center, as I have at past jobs of mine. So after school and on the weekends is best for me. If you write out your schedule, what time for feedings, walks, when bedtimes are, and preferences, I will do it to the best of my ability while also updating suggestions and places to get supplies. You will get updated with pictures and other chores you would like done at your will.

KiKi is amazing! I was nervous for Romy’s first boarding experience as he has some quirks, but it was no challenge for KiKi. She sent the cutest pictures and kept me updated throughout our trip. Romy had the best time playing in the backyard, swinging, and cuddling.
My dog LOVED staying with Michelle. He got to do all his favorite things - running around outside, lay in the sun, play with the kids, snuggle on the couch. He had so much fun and I can tell he was well taken care of. Michelle sent detailed updates and photos each day which was very reassuring. I will definitely board with her again!
Susan and Josh were wonderful with our Lab, Abby! They were very responsive throughout the booking process and during Abby’s stay with their family. Ashley and her partner were wonderful! This was our puppy’s first night away and they made both us and her feel immediately comfortable.
