Loving your dogs like they are mine
Hi everyone, My name is Terry and I enjoy taking care of animals and giving them the best care they will ever get when you are away from home. If staying with me they will get lots of playtime and free rain of the house when I am home.They will have other dogs to play with and get to go on walks around the neighborhood. I can give meds if they need it and they will get tucked in at night with lots of kisses and hugs. I have a 20 yr old daughter that will be helping me when she is home from college. She loves playing tug of war with the dogs or just cuddling with them on the couch if they prefer that. Your fur babies will love being here with me as a home away from home. It will be like having a vacation of their own. I will be taking pics of their playtime and sending them to you and also you will be able to see the pictures here. I have had lots of experience with dogs and cats and I know we will have a bond by the time they leave and will be happy with tails a wagging. You can rest easy knowing that your furbabies are safe, happy and well loved. About this sitter: I have always loved animals and enjoy watching other peoples animals while they have to be away on business trips or just need to take a vacation. I have been doing this for 20 years now and also have volunteer for the abused and unwanted animals to help them get adopted. Why I love dog sitting I have been working with dogs for the last 25 yrs. I have worked with the rescue groups and have gotten to know a lot about the different breeds and how they react to different situations. I can also train dogs to do the basic commands. Meet my pets I have 3 dogs of my own. A Doxy a Yorkie poo and a Terrier mix. They are very sweet and love other dogs. I also have a cat that is dog friendly. I have worked in a vet office in kennels with the boarding animals and take care of them. I live in a great neighborhood where everyone just about has a dog and takes them for walks. We walk our dogs 3x sometimes 4x's a day. They love getting out and greeting everyone and seeing all the things that are going on. About my yard I don't have a fenced in yard and that is why I will be walking the dogs and playing with them in my home.

Charlie had a great time with Terry. They are incredibly accommodating, especially given Charlie's separation anxiety. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs their doggie watched.

⸻ I would not recommend or book this sitter again. Communication was poor—I did not receive the promised photo updates while I was away, despite being told they were sent. This lack of transparency was concerning. Most importantly, my dog, her toys, her bed, and the bag they were returned in all came back reeking of cigarette smoke. This went well beyond what I expected and was completely unacceptable. Overall, this experience did not meet even basic standards for care, communication, or professionalism. I strongly advise others to be cautious before booking.

A typical day
Here's where we'll take our walks We will take walks around the neighborhood and see other people walking their dogs. We will walk about 30 min on each of our walks. Your dog's sleeping arrangement They would sleep down stairs in a crate or in dog beds depending on the dogs and what it likes. Time I'll spend with your dog As much as they would like. We take walks in the early morning, lunch time. and a late night walk weather permitting. We play until they just need to rest. I love spending time with the animals. They will also be able to run around the house and play with my dogs or any other dogs that may be here as long as everyone is getting a long well.
