About: Hi! I'm Christynn, and I'm 19! I’ve worked with animals for years, starting at a boarding facility when I was 16, where I learned daily care, handling, and health monitoring. I also completed a two‑year animal science program in high school that earned me my Veterinary Assistant Certification. Now I’m studying Animal Science at Virginia Tech, continuing to build both hands‑on and academic experience with animal care and welfare. Now that I’m home for the summer, I have plenty of time to take care of your pups! I’m available throughout the week and on weekends, and the only day with limited hours is Sunday, I’m free after 1pm. I’m excited to spend my summer giving your pets lots of attention, walks, and love. I always focus on creating a safe, calm, and comfortable environment for every pet I care for. In your home, I follow your routines closely, feeding schedules, walk times, crate use, and any house rules you already have in place. I make sure pets get plenty of attention, playtime, and supervision so they feel secure while you’re away. I also keep an eye on behavior, eating, and overall well‑being, and I’ll always update you so you know how your pet is doing. My goal is to make your pet feel relaxed and cared for, and to give you total peace of mind while you’re gone.

About: My love of dogs started in 4th grade when my family adopted the best black Labrador ever! We named him Smoky. I fed him and cared for him. He loved to take walks and fetch sticks. I am organized and can follow a written schedule. My daughter has been doing Rover for a couple of years now. She has taught me the ins and outs of caring for pets in another person’s home. She has encouraged me to do this due to my capabilities and love of pets. I am retired. I have flexibility. My business background taught me the organizational skills to mesh together multiple schedules. And I know how to treat your home with respect. I will follow your written instructions. Feeding, medication, brushing, walking, sleeping. If your pet has had a trauma, I need to know about it. Communication is key. If I am at your home on trash day, I will take out the trash. Let me know what day it is. I will collect your mail. Your home will be treated with respect. Non smoking homes only. Your pet will be loved.

About: I have been pet sitting for years, ranging from bunnies to dogs to cats to tortoises! I am responsible, love animals and have had pets myself! I am a college student who will be home for the summer, so I will be free most of the day! My work schedule is flexible so I can accommodate you. I am very responsible and have experience with housesitting, pet sitting, and babysitting. I am respectful of everyone’s home and belongings, and would treat it like it’s my own.

About: I love dogs and would love to have yours keep me company while I work from home! I'm a software developer, I LOVE the outdoors, hiking, running, walking, rain or snow, I will be out and about with your pet tiring them out to the best of my ability in my free time. I have experience walking/caring for both dogs and cats, and walking more than one dog at a time. I check my phone and email regularly so I can always be contacted when needed and will send you updates and photos while you’re away. I am trustworthy, dependable, and punctual so you can count on me to care for your pet as if they are my own. I can't wait to meet your pet and love on them 💜 I’m working from home so I will be able to give your dog 24/7 supervision and love (except for when I run to the grocery store). I work a 9am-5pm and usually go on two walks a day, one around lunch and one after work. If I have your dog over the weekend I’d love to take them on a hike if they’re able. I have a split level home so your dog will need to be able to climb steps or weigh less than 50 lbs in which case I will carry them. I have a smaller yard that I can take them out to on a leash or lead and live in a walkable neighborhood.

About: Not only have I owned and cared for dogs and cats my entire life, I've also fostered at the Richmond SPCA, RACC, and Sanctuary Rescue for a cumulative 13+ years. I'm highly experienced in animal behavior, nutrition, and medical needs. I do know animal CPR and I have no issue administering meds. I love animals and I am extremely familiar with their behavior. Please contact me to care for your pets so you can be stress free! I work from home which allows me to make my own hours and I can drop in any time past 9am. I am also used to pets with medical issues and can come over whenever needed to issue medicine. I keep a tidy house with many rescue cats and dogs. We have numerous litter boxes that are scooped or cleaned daily. People who come to my house are always shocked that I have cats. It took one time for me to have someone stay at my home to watch after my babies that I realized, I want to make other pet owners feel at ease going away and knowing their fur babies will still be fed, played with and most important, loved. I currently have a Chihuahua named Nacho that gets along with all animals, loves making new friends and sharing his toys and a mini goldendoodle that’s perfect in every way. I recently started a full-time job Monday through Friday 8 to 4:30. I’m happy to help with your babies if they are used to being alone during the day, during the week. If not, I’m widely open during the weekends. I have a fenced in backyard and friendly fur babies to keep your fur baby company. If needed we can also crate your baby if you would prefer. Also if you would like we love sending pictures and videos while you’re away.

About: I’ve had animals growing up ever since I was little. I’ve grown up with 4 dogs in the household and currently have my own. I absolutely adore all animals and would love to take care of your beloved animal I work and go to school daily but during the summer, I can definitely be more free. I always take breaks to walk the dogs around the neighborhood. I always be adequate to feed them and give them water throughout the day at their assigned eating times! If the dog is crate, trained to sleep in the crate at night, they’re welcome to sleep in the crate or if the owner wants, they can sleep in the bed with me. I do not mind.
