About: I have many years of personal experience caring for cats, including senior cats and cats with chronic health conditions such as kidney disease and hyperthyroidism. My experience includes following detailed feeding and care routines, administering oral and topical medications, monitoring appetite and water intake, maintaining clean litter areas, and watching for changes in weight, energy, behavior and bathroom habits. I have also helped one of my own cats recover from a wound that required consistent cleaning, prescribed topical treatment and close monitoring. That experience reinforced the importance of patience, careful attention and following care instructions consistently, even when a cat is less than thrilled about the process! Caring for senior and special-needs cats has taught me to recognize subtle behavioral changes and respect each cat’s individual comfort level. Some cats welcome immediate affection, while others need time and space to build trust. My schedule is currently flexible, allowing me to accommodate morning, afternoon and evening visits based on availability. I keep my service area intentionally small so I can arrive reliably, spend the full scheduled time with each pet and avoid overbooking. Before a first booking, I prefer to meet the pet and review feeding instructions, medication routines, emergency contacts, veterinarian information, entry procedures and any household safety concerns. I follow written care instructions carefully, I will never force interaction with a nervous pet. I'll confirm that doors and entry points are secured, and provide photos and detailed updates after each visit.

I’ve raised my dog, Nikka, since she was 7 weeks old and am fully comfortable handling medications, special feeding, and high-needs care for pets of all types. Pet care fits around the day, not the other way around. Mornings start with a walk and breakfast, mid-day gets a longer outing or backyard time, and evenings are for hanging out. I keep a routine but I'm flexible when a pet needs something different. I treat a client's home like my own. Dogs get their normal routine kept intact, walks, meals, and meds on the same schedule they're used to, plus plenty of company so it doesn't feel like a kennel. I keep things clean, send updates with photos, and follow whatever house rules the owner leaves. Nikka comes along when it's allowed, but only after everyone had a successful meet & greet.

About: I've had one dog for 17.5 years and currently am the proud mama of two doggies now. They are my world and deserve the best. During my work breaks, I come home to hang out with the pups and give them plenty of time to get fresh air and smells outside. When given instructions by an owner, I am very thorough in how I follow them. If there are specific feeding instructions, I do not defer from the needs of the dog. I'd never leave a dog unattended when letting them outside and am always sure to keep a keen eye on them, as I do this with my own dogs at home. Drop-In Visits: I’ll come by at scheduled times to feed your dog, provide fresh water, and give them a potty break and some quality attention. Each visit includes playtime or a brief walk depending on your dog’s needs and energy level.
