To my surprise, they went on a “field trip” where they were allowed to run off leash and smell and play in a very large confined space . About: I am very familiar with all types of dogs! I grew up with german shepherds and most recently have fostered a Great Pyrenees. This was my first time leaving my pup with a sitter after having him for over five years Miss Melissa insured that at every stage of the weekend, I knew what he was doing, and how he was doing and took him for many walks. Sent lots of pictures. She treated my baby like one of her own I would recommend her and we’ll keep having her watch my pup as I was very comfortable with her care.
Charlotte is the absolute best, and my puhpeh girl Winter loves her stays. She's super understanding and flexible if able. My girl always comes home ready to nap so I know she was well taken care of and probably a little spoiled. Communication is always great/consistent and I get some cute pictures while I'm away. Your fur kid(s) will be in great hands here.
If I could give Amy and Grant more than five stars, I would! Leaving your dogs with someone else is never easy, but from the moment we met them, they made us feel welcome and at ease. They took the time to show us both the inside of their home and their yard, which was very important to us, and it was immediately obvious how organized and prepared they are. They asked thoughtful questions about Charlie and Roscoe's personalities, routines, feeding schedules, medications, supplements, allergies, and habits so they could care for them exactly the way we do. Amy and Grant took the time to understand each of their individual needs, and it was obvious from the beginning that they truly wanted to provide the same level of care our dogs receive at home. We had a last-minute schedule change that was completely my fault, and they were incredibly understanding and accommodating without making me feel like it was an inconvenience. Throughout their seven-day stay, they sent multiple updates every day with photos and videos that made us smile and reassured us that our boys were happy, safe, and loved. It was especially sweet to see their children spending time with Charlie and Roscoe and treating them like members of the family. The thing that impressed me most was the incredible attention to detail. They sent home a spreadsheet documenting everything—from feedings, medications, and supplements to personalities, allergies, and routines. Because we have a very specific way of caring for our dogs, that level of organization meant the world to us. Amy and Grant cared for Charlie and Roscoe as if they were their own, and that's something you simply can't put a price on. We are so grateful for everything they did, and I would trust them with our dogs again in a heartbeat. I recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone looking for caring, dependable, organized, and genuinely wonderful Rover sitters.
