They took the time to show us both the inside of their home and their yard, which was very important to us, and it was immediately obvious how organized and prepared they are. They asked thoughtful questions about Charlie and Roscoe's personalities, routines, feeding schedules, medications, supplements, allergies, and habits so they could care for them exactly the way we do. Amy and Grant took the time to understand each of their individual needs, and it was obvious from the beginning that they truly wanted to provide the same level of care our dogs receive at home. We had a last-minute schedule change that was completely my fault, and they were incredibly understanding and accommodating without making me feel like it was an inconvenience. Throughout their seven-day stay, they sent multiple updates every day with photos and videos that made us smile and reassured us that our boys were happy, safe, and loved. I immediately put out a Sunday morning last-minute Rover requests for a sitter, with very low expectations that anyone would even respond, much less accept. Within a few minutes, Eric responded and then accepted. He totally saved my vacation! After that, he was extremely communicative, but even better, he was perfect for my highly energetic doggo. He gave long dauly walks and play sessions. I knew that my dog would love having his Bucky as a 24/7 playmate, but I was very concerned that he has cats, since Sheba had never seen a cat before. Since she has a high prey drive, I thought there could be serious problems. Eric, however, seems to have a natural understanding of pets, and he was able to safely introduce Sheba to his cats, and apparently there were no issues. Also, Eric was highly flexible when my return flight was delayed by a day, and quickly agreed to extend the stay. I couldn't have asked for a better experience from start to finish.”

About: I've been dog sitting since covid; things have changed but not the love for animals. Since my start I've dog sat for a wide varity of dogs. Puppies, oldies, big, small. About: I have a lot of knowledge with most exotics as well, I’m happy to help with any bird, turtles/tortoise, fish, snake, any lizard, monkeys, any rodent, rabbit, chicken, horses, pigs, cow, goats and sheep. I’ve taken care of animals my entire life. I also work with The Wildlife Center and do some small animal rehabilitation. I currently have 2 dogs and one fish. I’ve recently fostered 3 tortoises, a senior dog and a bearded dragon. I am able to do some puppy training and very knowledgeable in senior care for dogs and cats. I am currently a stay at home mom and my kids are in school full time. I have my real estate license as well as degree in pharmacology but I’d much rather work with animals at my own pace. About: I have two dogs of my own one of which I trained to be my personal service dog. My second dog we originally were fostering and we adopted her because she fit into our family perfectly and became our other pups best friend. I actively foster puppies and kittens. I’ve done crate training and all the potty scaries with puppies. I’m extremely patient with them and try to meet each dog where they are at. I have experience giving medications to pets as one of my cats has to have daily oral medication. “Julie took great care of my dog Dakota while I was gone. Dakota can have some separation anxiety at first, but Julie and her pups helped her feel comfortable and home during her stay.
