I began dog sitting to earn some spending money when I was still in high school and have been hooked ever since! When I went to college I continued to sit and walk dogs, to break up the monotony of lectures and studying. After I was out on my own, I began working in the veterinary field (while still dog-sitting on the side of course) and learned a lot when it came to dog health and behavior. During my years as a veterinary assistant, I became comfortable with many different health issues and am comfortable with special needs, elderly dogs, and those requiring medication. After 5 years as a veterinary assistant I sadly had to step down as the long hours were no longer sustainable after the birth of our son. However, I am now happily a work from home momma and have a much more balanced life! I am thrilled to meet your fur baby and make him or her happy and comfortable while you enjoy your trip, guilt-free. Happy Travels!

Abby was accommodating for a meet and greet, which I greatly appreciated; Oliver gets scared when I drop her off to stay with a stranger. Abby provided daily pictures and updates on how Oliver was doing and she came back very happy. I would use Abby again to pet sit.

Schedule
I am currently working from home which allows me a pretty flexible schedule for drop offs, pick ups, drop ins and walks! I hope to be able to accommodate any needs you may have!

While your pet is boarding at my home, they are treated as one of the family. Pups are allowed on the furniture and have run of the home as they please.

A typical day
We have a spacious fenced in back yard and can let your pup out as many times as they would like. As we ourselves have a digger, pups are never left outside unsupervised.
