About: I’ve lived with dogs as long as I can remember and have had a significant part in their care for about 10 years. The last 4 years I’ve been the primary caregiver for my pets. Since I was a teenager I’ve been the designated pet and house sitter for friends and family! I currently work full time but work from home two days per week. My mornings before work and evenings after work are dedicated to the pups. If necessary I am able to take a long lunch for some extra pup time. I have a fully fenced in yard where my friendly pups love to play and a puppy proofed home. Pets are welcome anywhere people are allowed, including furniture. My 2 dachshunds are super outgoing with other dogs and can keep up with big dogs! In a client’s home I will take into account any of the house rules of the pet parents.

Dogs are given mostly free range inside and allowed outside into the huge fenced yard many times a day. They get playtime with other pets and alone time when needed. Our yard is fenced and our house is doggy proofed to avoid trash cans, toilets, and non-chewable items from being accessed. Dogs are crated when they can’t be supervised.

Whether it’s walks, drop-in visits, overnight stays, or sticking to a specific routine, I’m able to be reliable, responsive, and accommodate a variety of scheduling needs—including weekdays, evenings, and weekends. I truly enjoy spending time with animals, and I love being able to give them the care, attention, and companionship they deserve. While I don’t host pets in my home because my own dog prefers to have her space, I’d love to care for your pets through house sitting, drop-in visits, or walks. I find many pets are happiest staying in their familiar environment, and I’m committed to keeping their routine as normal and stress-free as possible while you’re away.

About: My name is Nick and I am a teacher in Chesterfield county looking to use my love for animals as a way to make some extra money over the summer. I have had dogs and cats growing up my whole life and currently have a dog named Bagel and a cat named Friday. I also have lots of experience dog/cat sitting for friends and family over the years ever since I was in high-school. About: I’ve been dog-sitting for about 5 years now. I’ve mainly taken care of small to medium sized dogs but I’m open to looking after larger dogs as well. I am very reliable and have a lot of energy to keep your dog entertained throughout the day. I love going for walks and and going to dog parks if allowed by the owner. I live in an apartment and it’s dog-friend and the apartment has a dog area where they can relieve themselves. I live in a studio apartment but there’s plenty of open space where your pup can lounge around. I’m very attentive of your dogs needs, so I stay on top of taking them out for walks and making sure their water bowl is kept full and following their feeding schedule. Also open to grooming and showering your dog, especially if they are staying overnight with me. If your pup is energetic and loves to play we will be a great match!!

About: For the last 5 years, I've been volunteering care for a herd of goats on Gillie's Creek Park. I am also the primary farm sitter for several friends' homesteads and a frequent pet sitter for friends and acquaintances. She was kind enough to provide twice-daily feedback about their walks, sleep schedule, and general wellbeing, and that helped me relax and enjoy myself. My dogs sleep on the bed at home, and I chose Emily because she was going to be with them at night and because she has so many repeat customers; that tells me all I need to know!
