About: I've always been surrounded by pets of all shapes and sizes, which has given me a deep understanding and appreciation for animals. I have helped On-Command training, to train my Poodle and a few others. I understand the importance of patience, consistency, and positive reinforcement. A lifelong dream of mine has been to be a Veterinarian. Working with animals isn't just something I enjoy-it's my passion. I am doing online classes at TMCC, so i am very available for any needs! I do have any own cats to care for, but they aren’t very high maintenance, so i can help care for your animals as much as possible! FULLY AVAILABLE all other hours and days. (Mornings, evenings, weekends outside of listed times). I WOULD NOT MIND GOING TO YOUR HOUSE. I provide care in the comfort of your pet's home. OVERNIGHT STAYS: If need be, I can spend the night for consistent company.

About: I am a student at the University of Nevada, Reno and have loved animals since a young age! From walking my neighbors dogs to pet sitting for family friends, I look forward to meeting and taking care of your fur babies. Pet care fits into my schedule because I am free during the typical work day! Taking your pets on walks or just outside for some play time can make a huge difference in their day and for perfectly into mine. I do not have any pets so yours are my number one priority! I can come to you keeping you pet in a familiar space.

About: I had a dog from the ages of 2 to 15. Unfortunately, I have not had the opportunity to get a new one since then (I am 20 now), and I miss having a pup around! I learned how to take care of her from a very young age, and I also have experience with dog sitting for friends as well as babysitting my nieces regularly. I currently work part-time with consistent 8 hour shifts on Fridays and Saturdays from 10 am to 6 pm and a occasionally a few shorter shifts throughout the week. This makes me available to be hanging out with your dog Sundays through Thursdays for majority of the day, and before and after work Friday and Saturday! I grew up with dogs that I no longer have, and I've pet sat for friends and family many times! I also am an aunt to two toddler girls that I watch fairly consistently. I figure that if I can handle those crazy girls, I can handle your crazy dogs! I can follow exact instructions to ensure you know what kind of care I will be providing, and I can also just use my experience and knowledge of keeping babies alive!

“Kat truly went above and beyond while caring for our girls over the weekend. Luna and Popis absolutely fell in love with her! She was punctual, respectful, and took the time to really understand our daily routines by asking thoughtful questions. We especially appreciated the daily photo updates while we were out of town—it gave us so much peace of mind knowing our pups were happy and well cared for. Her communication was excellent throughout, and she was always easy and pleasant to talk to. Kat was our first Rover pet sitter, and she exceeded all expectations. We would absolutely book her again, and our girls would be thrilled to see her!”

About: I have had dogs and cats my whole life and have experience with breeds both big and small! I have experience with older dogs who need diaper changes and medications, as well as energetic puppies and kittens! Currently have two kittens of my own💓 I currently work M-F and am flexible throughout the week and on weekends for visits! With my schedule, I’m available in morning, afternoons, and evenings. Evenings and weekends are great for longer visits! I understand that not all pets warm up quickly to people in their home, so I offer a calm presence that is ready to feed, play, or just keep them company while their people are away!
About: I love the outdoors and don’t mind getting active with your puppy! Whether it’s in home or taking them on an adventure, I’m ready to go! I have a very flexible schedule but do work nights. I can work with the client on their pets specific needs to make everyone comfortable and happy! I follow all instructions given and ensure that i communicate on how the animals are doing and can include photos or video chat to connect the owner while gone. At home my fur babies are given lots of attention and love and i would do the same for anyone else’s.

I dogsit across my work, and I want to take the opportunity I have with my current work schedule to help owners across the community. I'm good with senior care, as well as deaf and blind dogs, and I work great with puppies and training! I work a part time flexible job, so I have plenty of time to come see your pets, whether mornings, afternoons, or weekends! I'm even available on the fly most of the time! I love to hang out with animals and devote my full attention to them! Whether it be a walk, playing, or just a cuddle on the couch, I love bonding with the animal I'm working with and making them as happy as I can. About: I've taken care of cats and dogs since I was 10. My neighbors and family friends have relied on me for pet care in emergencies or for leisure. I'm currently working part-time and am a full-time student in college. I am passionate about art and am super creative. So being able to hang out with furry or non-furry pet(s) makes me super excited! I currently have two cats and a dog of my own for 12 years. But have lived with animals my whole life, so I feel confident in being able to provide you and your pet with whatever you need!
About: I have been a pet owner my entire life. I have a lot of experience caring for all different kinds of dogs. I am a dog lover. I am a mental health therapist and I have my own business/private practice, so my schedule is pretty flexible and I am available fairly often for dog walking and drop-ins. About: I'm quite loving around animals and I will treat them like my own. I have watched over a neighbor's dogs in my neighborhood a few times though out the years and her dogs love me. I will play with them and give them a ton of attention. I will do extra work like, if you would like for me to rake leaves or water plants, I will. I'm available for most of the week and I am flexible. I am very patient and kind and I will make sure your dog(s) have a lot of exercise and fun with me. I am willing to watch over any breed big or small, but I am a little uncomfortabe with pits. I love playing with puppies and get along with them just fine.
About: I’ve had the privilege to be around all sorts of animals since I was 2, all from Terriers to German Shepherds, cats, and different birds as well. I grew up with all sizes so I’m used to big dogs and small dogs. I’ve also raised two puppies of my own in the past 6 years and have also been around many older fur babies as well. I currently working full time Monday-Friday 8a-5p but I’d still love to care for your fur babies as long as we can workout a schedule that benefits both of us! My number one priority is to always make sure your pets are as comfortable as needed since it can be stressful enough for their humans to be gone. Whether it is lounging on the couch with them, taking them outside, or simply playing with toys with them I like to make sure to keep their routine as similar as they have with you.

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Hidden Valley
I cannot say enough good things about Andee! She began working with us during the chaotic process of moving both my parents into a senior living facility. She initially started walking my parents’ dog, Angus, every day, and has been open and flexible as her school and my parents’ schedule changed. Andee is extremely reliable and takes excellent care of Angus. Angus is always excited to see Andee when she's at the door! Andee also has excellent communication skills and is very easy to work with. I highly recommend Andee for all your dog walking needs!

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
