About: I have five years experience in taking care of pets, I have mostly taken care of cats and dogs. I am versed in walking dogs, including non-dog friendly pets. I also have skills in taking care of animals that need special care, such as older or with health conditions that require medications. I truly enjoy being around them. Traits that are important to my success with animals are my patience, reliability, and integrity. I also have a desire to aid people, and engage with them. I am flexible and willing to learn new techniques if given the chance. I'm a student at UNR with one more semester to go and have plenty of time on the weekends and some weekdays to take care of your pet. About: I have always grown up with pets (dogs, cats, birds, fish…even a reptile or two!) I adopted my pup, Hurley, nearly 15 years ago and it has been one of my joys to have her in my life. I am experienced in caring for dogs of all ages, helping you practice any training you might be working on with your pooch, dispensing medications and other care needs, as well as keeping your furry friend safe if they have any anxieties or other difficult behaviors.
