I would highly recommend her!”

It’s such a relief to find someone who genuinely loves animals and treats them like her own. Thank you, Laura, for taking such great care of our pup. We’ll definitely be booking with you again!”

“Chelsea provides a safe and nurturing environment for the pets she watches. We feel so lucky to have found someone like her and highly recommend her services.”

“We had our dog, Flyer, stay with Kathy for 3 nights while we were in town for our wedding. It was our first time having him stay with someone new so we were a bit nervous, but Kathy provided the great updates and photos of him having the best time. About: I have always grown up with pets (dogs, cats, birds, fish…even a reptile or two!) I adopted my pup, Hurley, nearly 15 years ago and it has been one of my joys to have her in my life. I am experienced in caring for dogs of all ages, helping you practice any training you might be working on with your pooch, dispensing medications and other care needs, as well as keeping your furry friend safe if they have any anxieties or other difficult behaviors. While I am not a trainer, I have kept up regular formal, positive reinforcement training with my dog and we’ve also taken lots of fun classes like agility and nose training—meaning I know lots of fun games to keep your pup engaged during my visit. I will follow all instructions, ensure your dog is safe in its environment—whether we are walking or playing. I have experience with dogs with medical or other special needs and will always ask about your preferences for care.

“Was very relieved we had someone come to our house. Our cats aren't the most social with strangers, but towards the end whintney got a few sightings of Momo and actually let her touch her. She gave updates every visit. And showed the food and water bowls. I will definitely use her again.”

About: I have hands-on experience working as a veterinary technician, where I learned safe handling, medication administration, basic first aid, and how to keep pets calm in new or stressful situations. That background helps me confidently care for puppies, seniors, pets with medical needs, and shy or nervous animals. Outside of clinical work, I’ve grown up caring for family pets. I’m patient, gentle, and attentive — whether your pet needs enrichment and long walks, or quiet cuddles and routine comfort. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness are always my priority. I currently have a very open and flexible schedule, so I’m able to match your pet’s routine — whether that means early walks, midday visits, or cozy evenings at home. Safety and comfort are always my top priorities. I treat every pet with patience, respect, and the same level of care I’d want for my own. When I’m caring for pets in their home, I follow their established routines — feeding schedules, walks, training cues, boundaries, and any house rules. I make sure doors, gates, and crates are secured, and I always keep a close eye during outdoor time or new environments. At my home, pets have a calm, clean space where they can relax, play, or cuddle depending on their energy and personality. I’m attentive during introductions, supervise closely, and provide plenty of enrichment, exercise, and affection. Whether your pet needs structure and long walks or quiet time and a soft place to nap, I’m committed to keeping them safe, happy, and comfortable.

About: I've always been around cats, in fact as a child we had 13 cats in our house, the majority of whom were kittens that we cared for. I have dealt with cuddy cats, stray cats, and very independent cats who like little attention.

About: You will feel safe knowing that your cat will be happy and taken care of so you can actually pay attention to what needs to be taken care of while you are away. I have had cats of my own over the years along with watching a neighbor’s cat for years. I have had much experience with cleaning out a litter box or two!

“This is my third time with Megan for dog sitting, and I would definitely leave my pup with her again in the future. My pup clearly has a positive experience with her and her dogs/cats — she always comes home energized and happy. Thank you Megan for your thoughtful care!”

About: I've grown up with pets ever since I was 5 years old, so I have about 17 years of personal experience with dogs, cats, birds, lizards, guinea pigs, rabbits, etc. Despite the experience being personal, I am professional, calm, and work extremely well with animals. It is important to me to be their voice when they aren't listened to, and to provide help in any way I can, as I know that life can be very busy, but that doesn't mean we shouldn't make time to take care of those that take care of us. Animals always love unconditionally and provide unwavering support in all ways, so I'm here to give that to them, and to take some of the stress off your shoulders when you have to give your time elsewhere. Services: Daily Walks Food, water, and treats as directed by pet parent Playtime :) fetch, frisbee, catch/chase- anything they like to do! House Sitting and Drop-in visits Give medication or maintenance care if needed. Light Grooming like coat brushing and baths. Take to Vet appointments, Dog Park, or other errands related to your pets. (Depending on distance, gas, time and price negotiation for those factors) Energy Healing ☆ please ask me for more information if interested :) I work from home and set my own schedule, so I'm available to care for the animals and spend time with them throughout the day. We go on daily walks, and hikes on the trails several times during the week. There's space in the backyard to play, run around, and go potty when needed. I will actively keep you updated during the entire stay, and send lots of pictures. I will stick to the routine you have for your pet, and make sure they feel as comfortable as possible. I treat every animal with respect and as if they are my own- with lots of patience, understanding, love, kindness, and empathy. I do my best to understand their temperament so I can cater to their specific needs in order for us to gradually build trust at their own pace.
“I recently had the pleasure of using Melissa to care for my dog, Mocha, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that Melissa genuinely cares about the dogs she looks after. And when she says, “you don’t need a dog bed”, you really don’t! Lol Mocha looked so comfortable and relaxed in her home, which immediately put me at ease. Melissa was incredibly accommodating, addressing all of Mocha's needs and keeping me updated throughout the stay. It's such a relief to know I have a reliable and caring person to leave Mocha with when I'm away. Highly recommend Melissa's services!”

About: I've taken care of a variety of pets for almost the entirety of my life--dogs, cats, rabbits, birds--you name it and I have had them as friends. I've also taken care of large houses, farms, and gardens over the last decade. Most recently I became a cat foster mom helping socialize cats and kittens while giving them a loving transitional space before they find their furever homes. As much as I love pets I don't currently have one so I have plenty of availability for yours! The dog on my profile is my mom’s, I sometimes help her find care for him. I'm a writer so I work from home, freeing me up for all kinds of fur family adventures and care taking opportunities. Since I'm home you can be sure that your fur baby will be well watched and loved upon. I'm available seven days a week. As a responisble, professional house sitter, I have house sat homes and farms all over the world and I treat each space with the utmost care. I ensure that each home is returned in the same condition it was given to me in, fresh sheets and all. I treat every pet like they're a member of my family because they're a member of yours. I learn the personalities of each fur baby and accommodate them as necessary. I have experience with senior pets as well as special needs pets and those with quirky personalities--it just makes them all the more lovable to me!

About: Hi, I'm Shaylin. I'm a recent grad in the USC area with a flexible schedule and genuine love for dogs — I've pet sat through Rover before and I'm back on the platform for dog walking through mid-May. I'll show up on time, send you photos and updates, and treat your dog like I'd want mine treated — patient on leash, attentive, and happy to match their pace whether that's a sniff-walk or a real workout. I'm traveling internationally starting May 18, so I'm best for clients who need walks in the next few weeks or who are open to a great walker for a defined window. If that works for you, I'd love to meet your pup. I am available to house sit and am happy to stay in your home at night if that makes your animal the most comfortable. I can drop in or go out for a walk throughout the day -- very flexible schedule. I would love to meet you and your animal before the stay if I am house sitting, or dropping in. I am happy to meet your pet the day of for walks. I understand that every animal and home is unique - I would love to be acquainted with your preferences.
About: As a lifelong animal lover, I understand the special bond we share with our pets. Growing up with both cats and dogs, and having been a dedicated cat owner for the past 30 years, my life has always been enriched by furry companions. I know firsthand the mix of excitement and worry that comes with leaving your beloved pets when you travel, as I feel it every time I'm away from my own. Because of this, I've come to rely on and deeply appreciate the services of amazing pet sitters on Rover, and I've loved the comfort they have provided me. I would now love the opportunity to offer that same peace of mind to you. My goal is to provide reliable, compassionate care that allows your pets to feel safe and loved in their own environment, giving you the freedom to travel without a single worry. I currently take care of my sisters 4 dogs when she is traveling but would want to get to know a pack larger than 2 before agreeing to care for them multiple days to make sure they are comfortable with me and I am able to manage all of their needs. Currently, I am in a period of career transition, which provides me with a highly flexible schedule. This allows me to be incredibly adaptable and available to your pets' specific needs, whether that means multiple visits a day, extended stays, or last-minute requests. I can easily fit pet care into my daily routine, ensuring your furry family members receive the consistent attention and care they deserve. I currently have 2 senior cats (Ollie & Georgie) who are not particularly fond of other pets in their space so I would lean towards caring for pets in your home or taking them for walks. Where ever I am I respect the property and would follow any suggestions or guidance you provide. I will treat your pets and property as if it was my own.
About: I'm a dog lover who's been caring for dogs since I was 10. My first boxer was with me from when she was a puppy, and I handled everything—walks, feeding, playtime, baths, and even taking care of her paws when she got cuts. We later adopted another boxer, and I gave her the same love and attention, including medical care when needed. I really enjoy taking dogs for walks and making sure they’re happy and well-cared for. If you’re looking for someone who will treat your dog like their own, I’d love to help. I work full-time, but during my spare time, I would love to care for your dog. I’m available on weekdays after 6 PM, and I have flexible availability on weekends. I'll take care of your pet in your home, following your instructions to make sure they're comfortable. I’ll keep things clean, respect your space, and keep you updated.
About: You will feel safe knowing that your pet will be happy and taken care for so you can actually pay attention to what needs to be taken care of while you are away. I have had many dogs growing up and have watched family friends’ dogs for years now. From puppies to senior dogs, I have taken care of all of them. I am starting my masters of social work online which allows me to take care of your pets and still work on school. Starting in September I start my internship which is 13 hours a week which leaves me plenty of time to give your pets the time and energy they deserve. I always make sure water bowls are full, dogs are taken outside regularly (or change out the litter box for cats when seen fit) and food is administered per owners request. I make sure I pay attention to owners wants and needs to their pets and want to make sure your pet doesn’t fall out of regular scheduling while you are gone.
About: I treat every dog like my own, belly rubs included! I make sure your dog feels safe, happy, and loved while you’re away. I also keep you updated with plenty of pics and videos, so you never feel too far. Caring for pets is the heartbeat of my day! I structure my schedule around the needs of the dogs I watch—whether it’s morning walks, mealtime routines, playtime, or winding down with evening cuddles. I make sure each pup gets plenty of one-on-one attention, exercise, and love throughout the day. Pet care isn’t just something I fit in—it is my routine. Their happiness and well-being are my top priorities, every single day. With open availability, I’m able to fully dedicate my time and attention to the dogs I care for-including weekends! Whether I’m hosting pets in my home or caring for them in theirs, I create a calm, safe, and loving environment tailored to their needs. In my home, pets get full access to cozy lounging spots, safe indoor and outdoor spaces, and lots of play and attention throughout the day. I keep their routine consistent—meals, walks, medications, and even favorite toys or sleeping spots. When I’m in a client’s home, I treat it with the utmost respect and care while making sure their pets feel comfortable and secure in their familiar space. I follow all instructions closely, provide regular updates, and make sure every tail keeps wagging until you’re back home.
About: Hi, I’m Annette! I’m a reliable, attentive dog sitter based in Incline Village with a flexible schedule and a calm, grounded approach to care. My goal is to ensure your dog feels safe, comfortable, and well-attended to, whether through neighborhood walks, quality time at home, or overnight companionship. I focus on providing a peaceful and structured environment for the pets in my care. Because of this, I am a great fit for dogs who enjoy a relaxed pace and steady routine, though I may not be the best match for those requiring highly intensive outdoor exercise or off-leash adventure outings. Being based in Incline Village with a flexible consulting schedule means I can get to most local neighborhoods quickly for drop-ins or walks This allows me to be highly responsive to your pet’s needs, whether that’s a last-minute drop-in or staying at your home to keep your pet company during the day. Since I set my own hours, your pet’s routine becomes my priority. I believe pets are family members who deserve the same respect and care as any other resident. In a client’s home, my priority is maintaining the 'status quo' to minimize stress. I start by learning your pet’s specific cues, favorite hiding spots, and unique quirks. Whether it’s following a precise feeding ritual or ensuring the exact level of evening companionship they are used to, I treat your home and your pet with the utmost integrity. I am naturally observant and communicative, so you’ll receive regular updates and photos that capture your pet’s true comfort level.
