About: I’ve been taking care of animals since I was 10 years old. Starting with walking my neighbors dog. Once I was able to drive I would do overnights with the families dog, that I babysat for. Small dogs, big dogs and even cats. Your little fur baby will be in great hands! I’m currently working full time. I can walk/ drop in Monday -Friday mornings at 7am and I’m available after work at 5:30pm for evening for walks/drop ins. The weekends are more flexible with time for walks and drop ins. I will be needing to pet sit at the location since I cannot have pets in my current house. I have only done pet sitting at the clients houses for the last 16 years. About: I’m a small-breed dog mom to two friendly Shih Tzus. I’ve trained both of them from puppyhood, so I’m experienced in teaching calm behavior, basic obedience, and creating a well-structured environment for small dogs. I’m happy to reinforce good manners. I have a fenced backyard and a fenced small-breed dog park within walking distance, and we go there every other day for playtime and socializing. Leonard and Taylor are both gentle, well-behaved, and great companions for visiting pups. My home is calm, clean, and ideal for small-breed dogs who enjoy a safe and friendly environment. I’m available full time for boarding on weekends and holidays. On weekdays, my two Shih Tzus—Leonard (born April 2024) and Taylor (born March 2025)—stay home from about 10am to 6pm. They are used to a calm routine and do very well together. If your dog is comfortable being without a human for part of the day, weekday boarding can also work. I live in a house with a fenced backyard and a fenced small-breed dog park within walking distance. We go there every other day for playtime and sniff walks. Both Leonard and Taylor are friendly, gentle Shih Tzus who make great company for visiting small dogs. My home is clean, safe, and perfect for small breeds. I’m currently unemployed and a new first time mommy just trying to make ends meet. I am available 24/7 and I am okay with last minute bookings! When caring for pets in their own home, I make sure they stay on their usual routine so they feel safe and comfortable while you’re away. I’ll provide fresh food and water, clean up after them, and give them the love and attention they’re used to. For dogs, that means plenty of walks, playtime, and belly rubs to keep them happy and exercised. For cats, that could be play with their favorite toys, brushing, or just quiet company for more independent kitties. About: I have been caring for pets my entire life, but only for 18 years professionally. I have worked as a dog trainer, dog groomer, a veterinary assistant and a boarding clinic employee. Currently, I teach Puppy classes, Obedience 101, and Rally at the Truckee Meadows Dog Training Club, I am an emergency foster for bottle puppies/kittens for the Humane Society, and I am home almost all the time. I have many years of experience with dogs, cats, and livestock animals. I am also capable of caring for birds, fish, and reptiles. I have 3 dogs and 2 cats who are so very loved and spoiled. I let my own dogs out every 2-4 hours and take them on 2 walks a day while its cooler outside. I do training routine practices with them at least once a day because they are active in classes at the local dog club. I can care for dogs at your home or they are welcome to come to mine! At this time, I am flexible with what works best for you.
