About: I'm a dog lover and am opening my home to host dogs after many great experiences using rover for my dogs. I will provide a safe environment for your dogs and will give daily updates and pictures. Looking forward to making new furry friends and accommodating their needs with personalized care. I live with my wife who loves animals and has worked in veterinary clinics and zoos. I will be home while hosting your dog and can provide attentive and personalized care. I will send pictures and updates every day your pup is with me. I have a fenced yard that gets a lot of shade. I like to walk and have access to trails from home. Dogs live longer and behave better by getting walks every day and I will provide activity and stimulation.
“Rachel and Dylan are awesome! They respond quickly. They take great care of our fur babies! I can tell they actually enjoy our dogs and I feel like my dogs are happier when we get home compared to others in the past! We will definitely try to book them when we need our next Rover!!!”
About: Hi, I'm Shaylin. I'm a recent grad in the USC area with a flexible schedule and genuine love for dogs — I've pet sat through Rover before and I'm back on the platform for dog walking through mid-May. I'll show up on time, send you photos and updates, and treat your dog like I'd want mine treated — patient on leash, attentive, and happy to match their pace whether that's a sniff-walk or a real workout. I'm traveling internationally starting May 18, so I'm best for clients who need walks in the next few weeks or who are open to a great walker for a defined window. If that works for you, I'd love to meet your pup. I am available to house sit and am happy to stay in your home at night if that makes your animal the most comfortable. I can drop in or go out for a walk throughout the day -- very flexible schedule. I would love to meet you and your animal before the stay if I am house sitting, or dropping in. I am happy to meet your pet the day of for walks. I understand that every animal and home is unique - I would love to be acquainted with your preferences.

About: Teacher with a 7 year old puppy (she will always be my baby) I grew up with animals (dogs, cats, goats, chickens, geese, etc) so I have always had a love and caring nature for all animals. I had 8 dogs growing up and often dog sat instead of baby sit like most girls did as teenagers. Annie is my pup. She is my first dog on my own and she is my baby girl. She goes with me everywhere. She is wonderful dog with kids and with other animals. She just wants to be everyone’s friend! Currently, I work at a school 7-3:45. Free during the evening, weekends and all school breaks. Currently, I am working for the school district. 7-4. I am happy to support you and to love and play with your pup as needed. I will follow your directions to a T. I will keep your fur baby protected, loved and happy. I can come alone or bring my Annie as a fur companion for visits. Annie will be with me for house sitting.
About: Animals bring me peace and joy and I just can't help but want to be around them to support them. I have raised dogs and other animals throughout my life. I have had cats, fish, hamsters, and even hermit crabs. Animals are always full of life and hope. I have two dogs now. A mother and daughter. It really shows me how deep animals can feel. I love them. Pet sitting is my priority. I spend 24/7 at home unless I am at the park or running errands. I can devote ample time to pet care. I have a fenced yard and two small dogs. They go for walks, trips to the park, as well as off road fun. Like hiking, kayaking, and trail walks.

“Whitney clearly enjoys being with animals. Our initial meeting was easy in conversation, and I feel my pup, Ellie, is in good hands for her walks with Whitney. I am thankful I found Whitney through River!”

About: I am a veterinary nurse with 4 years of experience and worked in vet med for 10+ years. I am skilled in giving medications, CPR, animal behavior and basic animal care. I am currently working full time so drops ins/walks would be the best for my schedule. I will never rush a drop in and provide excellent care. I treat every pet like my own. I am very serious about quality animal care and it is important to me that you feel safe leaving your most precious part of your family in my hands.

About: Hi! I’m a lifelong dog lover with over 5 years of experience as a veterinary technician, along with hands-on experience volunteering at animal shelters. I also grew up helping my mom run her dog boarding business, so caring for dogs has always been a big part of my life. Right now, I’m taking a break from vet tech work, which gives me more time to focus on what I truly love—spending time with dogs! I share my home with two wonderful pups who are the loves of my life. Whether it’s playtime, walks, or just providing loving care and attention, I’m here to make sure your dog feels safe, happy, and right at home. Every dog is special, and I treat each one like family. I can’t wait to meet your furry friend! I’m taking a break from the vet hospital and am available almost any day. My schedule is very flexible. Let me know what works best for you. Your fluffy friend is safe with me. If you are boarding I have a large house with a big backyard and plenty of toys. I’m always willing to do a meet and greet ahead of time.

About: I have taken care of my dog since he was a puppy and my brothers do for about 4 years. I also work at a doggy day care and am around all sorts of dogs and understand body language. I work mostly on the weekends. I am most available to spend the most time with your pet during the week. I have school but no more than 2 hours a day. I provide attentive and reliable pet care either in my home or in the client’s home, depending on their preference. I follow each pet’s routine closely, including feeding schedules, exercise, playtime, and any specific care instructions. I make sure pets feel comfortable, safe, and well-cared for by giving them plenty of attention and maintaining a clean environment. If caring for pets in a client’s home, I respect their space, keep everything tidy, and ensure the pet experiences minimal disruption to their normal routine. I am also comfortable administering medications if needed and monitoring pets for any changes in behavior or health. My goal is to provide a stress-free experience for both the pet and the owner.
About: What sets me apart is reliability, patience, and a calm approach with every dog I care for. Being retired, I have the time and flexibility to give pets consistent attention instead of rushing through visits. I focus on keeping pets comfortable by sticking to their normal routine and taking the time to understand their personality and needs. I’m especially good with dogs that benefit from a steady, relaxed presence, including senior dogs or those that may be a little anxious. I also make communication a priority. Pet owners receive regular updates so they always know their dog is safe and well cared for. I limit the number of pets I take so each one gets the attention they deserve. My goal is simple—dependable care you can trust and a positive experience for your dog every time. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine. I enjoy being active and spending time with dogs, so walks, visits, and check-ins are something I look forward to each day. Being retired allows me to stay flexible and dependable for pet owners who need regular or last-minute help. I focus on keeping each pet comfortable by following their normal routine as closely as possible. Every dog is different, so I take the time to understand their feeding schedule, exercise needs, and personality. In a client’s home, I make sure your pet feels safe and relaxed in their own environment. I provide walks, feeding, fresh water, playtime, and plenty of attention. I also keep things clean and organized, and I’m respectful of your home.
About: I love to take care of any type of dog. Big, small, they’re all my favorites. I have always had a love for dogs since i was a little girl. My first dog was a great dane/pit mix, her name was Charlie. Charlie was a rescue pup. My mom and i rescued her and she was a very expensive one to get healthy again. Charlie had parvo and lots of other things, but she is now doing better than ever and here we are 11 years later :). Seeing charlie grow into the beautiful dog she is today has grown my love for dogs. I then got another dog, Lulu, Lulu is a miniature Australian shepard and is almost two years old. Friends, family and neighbors have me feed, play, walk, and hike with their dogs because it is something i’ve always loved to do! I also have two cats, one is 16 years old and the other is 7 years old. Pet care is something I always make sure to fit in my schedule. I work part time so i have a lot of time to fit in walks, play time, and some hikes. I have a fenced yard and have tons of treats, toys and another doggo to keep your fur baby some company while you’re away :)
