Catherine and her house were perfect for our pups. We had never boarded before and she assuaged all concerns with great communication and clarity. She was prompt to reply, seemed to be opened to all our requests that were above and beyond the expectations I initially had, and our dogs came home after 8 nights in the same condition that they were in when they arrived at her house. Ok maybe a little more tired, but thats normal when you "vacation" with friends! There were a couple other canine boarders and her 2 dogs plus kitty, as well, and no one got crazy or hurt. Don't ever bring your doggies to a kennel while Catherine is available! Thank you !!
Shaunean and Jody are awesome! They are very detail-oriented and took such great care of Honey. I could tell when I picked her up that she was comfortable and happy staying with them. She usually has anxiety and doesn’t eat well when she’s away from home, but this time she ate normally, which I’m so grateful for. I really appreciate the thoughtful care and attention they gave her. Would definitely recommend!!
Amazing to work with!!! Messaged back really quickly and was a smooth process from the start with the meet and greet al the way to pick up!!! Aliki and Lee have made our pup feel right at home! I’m always nervous about dropping her off at a new place, and Aliki was wonderful to talk to! She answered all my questions, we did a daycare to make sure everyone was a good fit, and now my dog boarded with her too, and honestly, looked sad to go home! Aliki and Lee make their rover pups feel like part of the family, and we truly appreciate them!
