About: Hi! I’m a lifelong dog lover who truly believes dogs are family. Our pup is treated like one of our kids, and I promise yours will be loved and cared for the exact same way while in my home. We have three kids (ages 3, 6, and 9) who are kind, gentle, and used to being around dogs. They love helping with playtime and giving extra affection, and interactions are always supervised to ensure everyone stays safe and happy. We also have a huge fenced backyard perfect for safe playtime, exploring, and burning off energy. Inside, your dog will find plenty of toys, treats, and cozy spots — and yes, dogs are absolutely welcome on the furniture! Comfort and happiness are a top priority here. Whether your dog loves to play, relax, or stick close for companionship, I tailor care to their needs and routines. My goal is for every dog to feel safe, loved, and right at home from the moment they arrive. I can’t wait to meet your pup and treat them like part of our family! 🐶💕 I’m a stay-at-home mom with three children, which allows me to be home the majority of the day. My schedule is very consistent and predictable. My 9-year-old daughter and 6-year-old son attend school Tuesday through Friday, and my 3-year-old son attends preschool on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. I’m generally home throughout the day and only step out briefly for school drop-offs and pick-ups. Because of this, dogs in my care receive lots of supervision, companionship, and potty breaks, and they are rarely left alone for extended periods of time. Your dog’s safety, comfort, and happiness are always my top priorities. I provide a calm, loving, and closely supervised home environment where dogs are treated like family. I’m happy to take dogs on walks and to dog parks (with owner permission). Dogs are fed according to your instructions and have free access to our large, fully fenced backyard, where they can safely play, explore, and relax for as long as they’d like throughout the day. Inside the home, dogs receive lots of love, cuddles, playtime, and positive attention, along with treats (with approval). Interactions with children are always supervised to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for everyone. I follow routines closely, respect individual needs, and keep a watchful eye to make sure every dog feels secure, happy, and right at home.

About: I have been caring for pets for a majority of my life and have loved every minute of it! I currently have 2 dogs of my own, a red heeler/Aussie shepherd mix and a Rhodesian ridgeback mix. They are full of energy, so I'm used to lots of playing and stimulation to tire them out. I work from home and have a very flexible schedule. This allows me to swing by whenever you need me to let your pets out, feed them, take them for walks, play with them, etc. The biggest thing I keep in mind when caring for my pets and other's is doing everything with love. I know leaving your pet in someone else's care can be worrisome sometimes, but I'm here to relieve you of any and all worries and give your furry friends the love and care you're looking for. I'll be sure to spam you with pet pics to give you peace of mind and let you enjoy your time away.
About: Keelie and I have grown up caring for a wide range of pets. We've also taken care of pets for close friends and family while watching their homes during vacations. Animals have always been a big part of our lives, and we’ve considered every pet a member of our family. We’re excited to extend that same love and care to your furry, scaly, and even finned family members, treating them like our own! We both work during the week and our schedules sometimes vary. Keelie also is a part time student, so hanging around your animals while she studies always makes her day. Apart from our jobs we’re more than willing to work with our clients to make sure your pets get the care they need. When we care for pets in your home, our top priority is their safety and comfort. We make sure to follow all your instructions, from feeding routines to medication schedules, so your pets feel at ease. With both of us being shift supervisors at our jobs, we understand the importance of responsibility and reliability. We’ll respect your home, keep it clean and secure, and make sure your pets are always safe—whether that’s keeping doors locked or ensuring they stay inside. You can trust us to treat your pets like our own and provide them with the care they deserve while you’re away.
“Rachel has been the most amazing dog sitter for my sweet boy. She cares for him as if he was her own! Genuinely trust and love having her. She is very accommodating and if she ever needs anything she asks! Highly recommend.”

About: Hi there! I'm Miranda. It's nice to meet you. I've had more than a 30 years of caring for cats and dogs. I am a registered veterinary technician, and have worked off and on in a clinic setting since 2006. I grew up with cats, and got my first dog when I was 24. I've had many dogs and cats since then, a few with special needs. Meet and greets are required prior to me caring for your pet, just to make sure all of us are a good fit. I want your pets to be comfortable with me. Also, if your dog is trained, I like to stick with your commands. In addition to cats and dogs, I can also care for rats, mice, hamsters, gerbils, rabbits, snakes (sorry rats), reptiles, and even your spiders. Rabbits I am uncomfortable giving them medication, but I can do everything else for them. I can also help with cleaning a birds cage and feeding. I'm able to give medications to cats and dogs, can walk your Bearded Dragon or cat on a harness (not too far, tho.) I can also do subcutaneous fluid as well as intramuscular injections to snakes. I prefer to house sit for a max of 10 days as I like to spend time with my family and pets. I can be flexible, so please ask. I do not accept newly adopted pets as they want to get to know their new family and home prior to them going on trips. I will be able to spend quality time with your pets, and your pet will get lots of love and exercise such as play time and lots of walks. We have a large fenced yard. Most of the lawn edging has been removed for the safety of our own pets and other dogs that come hang out. Our dogs go out to the bathroom every 2 to 4 hours, sometimes up to 5 hours. They get to go play in the yard yard and also get to wander around the house. There are gates in certain areas that we don't want them to be in, such as the room with the litter box, my reading room and the kitchen. They're not allowed in the bedrooms unless they are supervised and/or it's bedtime. At night, both of our poodles go to their "huts" which are in our bedroom. This way we'll be able to hear them if they have to go potty. Sometimes one of them will sneak on the bed and decide to sleep there. The dogs have multiple water fountains to drink out of, and a ton of toys. They are allowed to be on the furniture because they are our family members. The kitty has free roam of the entire house except for where doors are closed. When I'm at client's homes, I play with their pets, give lots of good scratches and pets, give them medications if needed, make sure their litter boxes and other areas are clean, as well as clean up any messes. If I stay at someone's home I make sure to leave it exactly how they had it before I came over. I'm respectful of people's property and I love being around their fur babies.
“Gregg and Megan took great care of Brooklyn! Tbey were also very flexible with me when my schedule changed. Both Brooklyn and I were so happy. Will definitely be using them again!”

About: I'm looking to board fun and energetic dogs. I have a large backyard and a very respectful and energetic spayed female. My ideal situation is to find dogs that are respectful and love to interact with other dogs. Weve had Tina since she was just a puppy. She's able to walk off leash and does very well with dogs around her size. Our home is safe, we have several crates and a gate. Our backyard is large and we just got a new fence to help keep the pups in. Our neighborhood is very quiet and safe as well. You'd feel comfortable arriving and leaving. We monitor play and potty breaks and also have a camera in the backyard. Open, just let me know and I will try to make it happen. Overnight works and just to stop by in the day as well. All care will be done by me. All walks, supervision, feeds, and so on. I will be the only point of contact. My backyard is large and has a newly installed fence. I have several crates in our home to house your pet if requested. Tina enjoys running around and doesn't play with her mouth. She loves to run in circles with other dogs and doesn't not have a history of aggression. She is spayed as well.

About: I’ve been walking for Wag! for about 6 years now, I’ve completed over 300 walks and hold a 4.9 rating on that platform. My pet care journey began at Paws in Norwalk, CT where I volunteered to clean cat kennels, feed the cats, and keep them company. Soon after I fostered for Evergreen Animal Protection League and had the pleasure of caring for a yorkie mix named Lucy. Lucy inspired me to adopt my own pet and now I am the proud pet parent of a rescue basenji named Benji. I am also a professional pet/ house sitter through Trusted House sitters and Wag! In my personal life, I am a undergrad student, have had a career in management-specifically training and scheduling and a lover of nature. I am currently unemployed and always available for pet care. I begin a new house sitting venture at the end of this month. I will be back in November! I follow directions well, and provide much love for my pets depending on their unique needs. I provide pet parents the assurance they need to know their pet is happy healthy and safe.

If your schedule changes, it’s best to let your sitter know through the app as early as possible. Many sitters can adjust pick-up and drop-off times when needed.
Think of doggy day care as your dog’s fun, supervised play date that happens to fit into your workday. Day care through Rover takes place in a real home. This offers a calmer and more personalized environment for your pup.
A typical day can include companionship, one-on-one attention, and same day pick-up and drop-off. Many sitters can also offer structured routines and exercise throughout the day. For recurring, weekly day care, sitters will include photo updates so you can see your dog in their element.
Here are tips for finding the ideal day care fit for your dog:
- For some small dogs: In-home day care can be the perfect fit. Look for sitters whose "can host" section only lists dogs weighing 0–7 kilograms and/or 7–18 kilograms. During your Meet & Greet, ask about play areas based on dog size and energy level.
- For high-energy dogs: The ideal doggy day care can offer scheduled breaks and outdoor spaces or activities. You can also find sitters who host multiple dogs to satisfy your pup’s socializing needs.
- For dogs who prefer human-only companionship: Use the filters "Doesn't own a dog" and "Only accepts one pet at a time" to find the right care.
Play groups can be an option when you book with a day care sitter through Rover. Many sitters do host a small number of dogs at the same time. Smaller dog packs are generally safer, more fun, and ideal for dogs who enjoy playtime but also want to relax throughout the day. When looking for your dog’s pack, check the sitter’s profile to see if they "Accept multiple clients" or have their own dogs. Then during the Meet & Greet, you can see whether your dog is a good fit for their social circle!
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in CO ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
