Every pet is unique, so we like to know as much as possible to provide the best care. Before watching your pet, we’d love to know their daily routine, feeding schedule, and any medical needs, including medications or special diets. It’s also important for us to understand their temperament—are they shy or social? Do they have any quirks, fears, or triggers we should be aware of? For dogs, we’d like to know their energy level, walking preferences, and any training cues they’re used to. For cats, we’d love to know their favorite toys, spots to nap, and especially their go-to hiding spots, so we always know where to find them if they need some space. Any details you provide help us ensure your pet feels comfortable, safe, and happy while you’re away!

Every pet is different, so we tailor our care to match their personality, age, and energy levels! A typical day starts with making sure they’re fed, have fresh water, and get plenty of attention. For energetic dogs, we’ll go on walks, play fetch, or have fun indoor playtime if the weather isn’t ideal. Cats might enjoy interactive toys, feather wands, or just some cozy lap time. We also have experience caring for both senior dogs and puppies—whether that means providing extra patience and gentle care for older pets or keeping up with a puppy’s high energy and training needs. Our goal is to keep their routine as normal as possible and make sure they feel safe, happy, and loved while you’re away!
