“Thanks for taking the time!”
2. Robbie S.
“We had Robbie house/pet sit our 2 cats and 3 chickens for three weeks while we were away. It involved letting the chickens out each morning, checking their food and water and putting them up before dark. Our cats needed their feeders checked and attention and love. He also watered the house plants, took out the trash/recycling and took in mail. He was very consciousness and took excellent care of our animals and home. I would highly recommend him as a house/pet sitter.”

About: I have had dogs all my life, and have worked on and off in the pet care world for a decade. I share my home with Bug, my heeler mix, and a plethora of freshwater fish. I would love to share my home with your dogs too! I am currently working from home and going to school remotely. I would like to be able to make pet care a significant portion of my work. I can come to you or you can bring your pups to me. My house has a large back yard with high fences and dog doors for easy access.
4. Jessica C.
“Jessica is a hero! She happened to be available with relatively short notice to walk Lucy for four days in a row when my previous dog-walker fell through. She was on time everyday, receptive to receiving instructions I’d forgotten to include beforehand and she’s very sweet and attentive with Lucy. Her reports, pictures and videos after each walk were delightful to receive. Thanks, Jessica!”

About: I grew up with dogs both large and small with different temperaments. I also have had my own for the last 6 years. Her name is Maya and she's a bull terrier mix. She was a rescue with a bit of a troubled past. I've gone through the process of training classes with Maya and over time she's adjusted to home life and now she thrives! I'm very kind and patient with dogs and understand body language and how to redirect them when needed. I'm also experienced at loose leash walking techniques if that's an important part of your dog's routine! Right now, I'm in between jobs so my schedule is pretty flexible. I'm able to schedule first thing in the morning or later in the evening in most cases. Right now, I'm just offering walks and pop-in visits. I really focus on being patient and making a gradual friendly introduction with any dog I meet. Once I build trust then we can focus on the walk or potty break! From there, I'm focused on keeping the dog safe and maintaining firm control on the walk and keeping a high level of situational awareness.
6. Asami M.
About: I'm a lifelong animal lover and dedicated dog walker! My journey began 19 years ago as a volunteer walker at the local humane society. Since then, I've worked in a variety of rescues, kennels and doggy daycares, looking after dogs and cats of all ages, sizes and energy levels. As an owner of a special-needs dog myself, I specialize in shy, fearful or reactive dogs and practice fear-free, positive reinforcement training techniques. If you're pup has behavioral issues, send me a message to set up a free 30 minute meet-and-greet to address their special needs! I understand the importance of trust when it comes to your beloved pets. Rest assured, I prioritize the physical and emotional wellness of your furry family member above all else. I am currently working as a freelance artist, which allows flexibility in my schedule. I am available on an as needed basis, 7 days a week. I'm dedicated to providing a happy, comforting and enriching experience for your pets while you are away. I'll ensure that the environment is secure and free from hazards, and conductive to the health of your pets. Additionally, I prioritize building a strong bond of trust with owners through clear communication and consistency. By maintaining a calm and loving atmosphere, I aim to minimize stress for your pets and create a sense of security so they can feel happy and at ease while you are away.

9. Raya S.
“Raya's the first person I turn to when I need someone to look after my 9 year-old chihuahua-beagle mix. She is very reliable and great with pets. My dog can be very anxious around strangers but she loved Raya right away! I can't think of anyone I would trust more with my pet.”
10. Sue L.
“Sue is great with Louie and good about checking in when needed. Super reliable and sends me cute pics”
11. Brian W.
“Great walker! Friendly, professional and took great care of the pup.”
12. Amanda V.
“Amanda is one of the few people I trust to watch my do, Jazzy. She is attentive, active and gives Jazzy all the love she needs while I am away! Jazzy has had issues eating while I am away, but it has never been an issue when Amanda watches her (which is a sure sign that Jazzy trusts her and feels comfortable with her too). Highest recommendation!”
13. Kathy ..
“Kathy is a very responsible and loving caregiver. My Charlie (cat) is very timid and sweet. Kathy has always been patient and consistent with him. I can rely on her to watch Charlie when I’m gone for days.”

About: I have had pets since I was a kid and never stopped having them much to the contrary of what the sane choice would be. I also occasionally foster for the organization One Tail at a Time and for the Humane Society when I have the bandwidth to take on the task. (I do not foster if I am boarding and vice versa) Your dogs are my dogs when they stay with me and are treated like my own. So hopefully they love a good face mask and a Netflix binge. I live 10 minutes from the airport which makes for very easy pick up and drop off. I have a fully fenced large yard, with lots of trees for shade and dogs are never left outside alone. It's also full of squirrels that live in the trees and will likely blow your dogs mind. My street also dead ends into a park that is great for dog walks. I also have a pool that is currently covered until the weather warms up. The cover is strong enough for me to walk across it with ease so your pets are safe, my dog actually sunbathes on it. I will send you all the photos and videos your heart desires, and at least one of each per day unless you're like hey, it's vacation I don't want to cry over how much I miss my dog so please don't remind me. In which case I'll send all their cuteness to you at the end of their visit. I only take 2 dogs (or one family) at a time, so your dog is getting all the attention it deserves and are not overwhelmed by a pack of random dogs. I take small breeds (and have two small old dogs of my own). I do accept mid size dogs if their temperament is manageable and if they are adorable (which spoiler alert, they are) I do not accept aggressive dogs or dogs that have attacked anyone. Dog walks in my neighborhood always mean crossing paths with other dogs because of the park, so safety is the priority. I currently work from home, so I am able to be with your dog all day and take them out multiple times if need be. Drop off times are from 8am to 8pm, if you need to arrange something outside of that I am flexible. Safety & your trust is the most important, as a dog mom I 1000% know the overwhelming concern that comes with leaving your dog with a stranger. You will get at least one photo and video per day, so you know your dudes are doing well. I only take dogs that are up to date on vaccinations and on flea treatment. The yard is fully fenced with brand new fence as of April that sits 7 feet high on one side and 6 on the other and is locked at all times. If your dog is outside, so am I.
15. Vanessa B.
“I am very glad I found Vanessa to take my dog, Tina, on a daily walk while I was out of town. She gave Tina variety on her walks and always had a nice Rover card report about what had happened on the walk. She handled Tina well and Tina looked forward to her daily walk. I would definitely use Vanessa again if the need arises.”
16. Hayley H.
“Hayley is great with our dog Atlas. She was prompt and provided excellent communication. I will definitely book her again to walk and check in on our dog!”
17. Amity W.
“Amity is a pet lover who always wants to rescue and provide pats, scratches, and comfort to every animal she sees. Our pets love her and you can tell they love when she is around!”

19. Ashe C.
“Ashe noticed Izzie’s areas of challenge immediately and taught me a technique to train her. I practiced with Izzie on a walk later that day, and she knew the technique on the second try.”

About: I love puppies and working with "difficult" dog breeds like huskies and german shepherds. I was raised in a husky family and am comfortable with the intrinsic thought patterns of these dogs. I'm not a heavy-handed handler, and I know how to help these dogs have a great time inside of safe-for-them constraints. Elder care is a familiar place. In short, if you're wondering if you'll be able to find a sitter that can handle your dog, it's me. My partner and I work from home, making day walks, feeding, and dog sitting easy to schedule. We are both dog lovers and would be so happy to spend some time with your furry friend. Right now, we don't have a dog of our own and are looking forward to spending some time with your pup. I work from home and am available for dog walks throughout the day Monday - Friday and for sitting on the weekends. (Weeknight availability is variable but possible. Reach out if that's what you need!) I am comfortable with whatever your boundaries are with your pet. Are they crate-trained? Do you have a fenced yard? Any behavior things that you're working on? Do they need long walks? Runs? I'm a runner and would be happy to take your pup on a jog around the neighborhood. Let me know how I can seamlessly drop into you and your pup's routines.
