“Julie and Barry are an amazing team ... quickly tuning into Tashi's personality and habits. When we came to pick him up, he was so relaxed and comfortable that he greeted us at the door as if we were visitors to his home, with Barry beside him. Clearly he was treated as family.”

4. Johanna W.
“When my boyfriend picked Gizmo up he said he just seemed like he wanted to stay with Joanna. This is a big deal because he’s super attached to us and we were anxious about leaving him with someone new. Joanna posted a video of him during the day so I knew what he was up to and didn’t have to worry at all. Her house is set up for dogs to be comfortable with a lovely sunroom and nice big yard. Joanna had a good energy that I trusted to take good care of my special boy. I will def be using her again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️”
5. Mark B.
“Mark was awesome, I had a last minute change and he was able to help me and Buddy out. Great communication and follow up. Buddy had a great time. Clean home, friendly and easy to get to - close to the airport if you're flying. I will definitely use Mark when traveling in the Portland area again.”

“Alex you are a life saver again, thank you for taking Fumi for me today you are wonderful as always. So good that she had another little dog to play with. I'm going to book you next weekend I just don't know what day yet. I get to take my new Paddle Board out and it would be best if Fumi didn't go until I know how it's going to operate with just me.”

“Glory's stay with Brooke was great! They were friendly, communicative, easy to work with, and showed a lot of patience and grace with my puppy's energetic personality. My dog came home exhausted, which is exactly what you want with a 6-month old puppy. Thanks!”
16. Anastasia M.
“Jeanette is a fantastic person! She has three fur babies of her own that she cherishes and loves with everything she has and more. I would have no qualms about leaving any pets (or humans) with her as a care taker. She goes above and beyond to make sure everyone and everything is more than cared for and treated with love and cuddles.”
17. Adnan M.
“Adnan was great with my puppy, Dolly! She spent the full day with him and his dogs, and everyone got along swimmingly. I was able to receive updates and photos throughout the day as well! Looking forward to this being Dolly’s weekly daycare.”

About: Animal lover to an extreme. I have experience caring for multiple animals at a time and am able to keep everyone happy by being vigilant on stress indicators. I have helped deliver several kittens and pups and am comfortable stepping in if needed. I am a Medical Assistant and feel that has helped in situations. I have retrieved several loose dogs and have been able to reunite them with their owners or taken to non kill shelter. Open availability currently, got burnt out on 8 years of healthcare and am looking for a change in pace. Open to negotiations and extra duties. I will care for your pet as if it were my own. I have a rescue dog who has trust issues and am very vigilant about indicators of stress and have always been able to remove my own dog from stressful situations before escalating. Our pets will be kept separate for single time clients, repeat clients will be introduced slowly. After I feel that your pet is comfortable and feels safe I will have dogs meet at parks/ fields with the help of my fiancé and will proceed accordingly. Not all pets get along and that’s okay, we aren’t going to force that and are able to isolate our animals to the second floor if need be.

“Tyler has been amazingly these last two weeks. As a nurse I work long hours and she was so accommodating to my schedule and I really appreciate it. Gia came home tired almost every day and mama needed that after her shifts haha!”

About: I have had pets since I was a kid and never stopped having them much to the contrary of what the sane choice would be. I also occasionally foster for the organization One Tail at a Time and for the Humane Society when I have the bandwidth to take on the task. (I do not foster if I am boarding and vice versa) Your dogs are my dogs when they stay with me and are treated like my own. So hopefully they love a good face mask and a Netflix binge. I live 10 minutes from the airport which makes for very easy pick up and drop off. I have a fully fenced large yard, with lots of trees for shade and dogs are never left outside alone. It's also full of squirrels that live in the trees and will likely blow your dogs mind. My street also dead ends into a park that is great for dog walks. I also have a pool that is currently covered until the weather warms up. The cover is strong enough for me to walk across it with ease so your pets are safe, my dog actually sunbathes on it. I will send you all the photos and videos your heart desires, and at least one of each per day unless you're like hey, it's vacation I don't want to cry over how much I miss my dog so please don't remind me. In which case I'll send all their cuteness to you at the end of their visit. I only take 2 dogs (or one family) at a time, so your dog is getting all the attention it deserves and are not overwhelmed by a pack of random dogs. I take small breeds (and have two small old dogs of my own). I do accept mid size dogs if their temperament is manageable and if they are adorable (which spoiler alert, they are) I do not accept aggressive dogs or dogs that have attacked anyone. Dog walks in my neighborhood always mean crossing paths with other dogs because of the park, so safety is the priority. I currently work from home, so I am able to be with your dog all day and take them out multiple times if need be. Drop off times are from 8am to 8pm, if you need to arrange something outside of that I am flexible. Safety & your trust is the most important, as a dog mom I 1000% know the overwhelming concern that comes with leaving your dog with a stranger. You will get at least one photo and video per day, so you know your dudes are doing well. I only take dogs that are up to date on vaccinations and on flea treatment. The yard is fully fenced with brand new fence as of April that sits 7 feet high on one side and 6 on the other and is locked at all times. If your dog is outside, so am I.
