About: Hi! :) I’ve been a Steamboat local for 14 years! I have grown up with dogs (had 2 labs) who have both passed. Although I am unable to get another dog right now, I absolutely love dogs (the bigger the better!) and love being around them. I have experience with dog, cat, and house sitting. Longest stay has been 1 week, but definitely open to longer. Have sat in Hayden and Clark and steamboat. We’ll always make time for your pets! We live in Hayden so house/pet sitting in steamboat would be ideal so we can spend more time with them. We would prefer to stay in clients place if possible, No yard at our house but we would take them on walks. It would be both my boyfriend and I!

About: First, I live in Craig, but willing to try to make pickups work in Steamboat, meeting halfway or we travel for the gym often, so please don't hesitate to reach out to discuss. We have a large yard that is great for active dogs. There is always an adult in the house to watch/care for your pup, my mother in law lives with us, Mark is home often and we have 2 kids, ages 10 and 12. I enjoy being around dogs, and feel comfortable dealing with some simple behavior issues. I am very specific with my dog and willing to be as specific with yours if needed. I am active and can give walks daily. Please don't hesitate to let me know if any special needs and I'll do my best to be accommodating. I am active lifestyle and so going on walks and waking up early are part of my normal process. I am willing to work with any situation as best I can. I maintain control of situations and always attentive to behaviors or signs of fear or aggression to make sure it is addressed before any issues arise. I used to train horses when I was younger so the patience and consistency is something I've grown up with towards animals.

She came with a clipboard and info sheet to the home tour and checked in regularly throughout my trip. One kitty was sick and she cleaned that up and keep me posted as to the situation, and after we got home she checked in to see how he was doing. I'm definitely booking Kayleen again the next time we travel!”

About: Since I’m unable to have a pet of my own, pet sitting is something I truly enjoy! I’ve taken care of dogs since I was a kid. I am very familiar with animal husbandry, as I grew up caring for livestock along with our family animals too. I currently work a very flexible schedule, especially in the summer time. I can take multiple breaks in my day to best accommodate your pets needs I am unable to offer pet sitting in my home at this time. I always treat your home as I would mine, and leave it better than I found it.

About: I have always had family pets. Growing up we had an Australian Shepherd for 18 years so I know how to handle both young and old dogs. I currently have a mini Aussie, Olive, who is 4 so I am used to energy as well. We have also always had cats in my family and have recently welcomed a new kitten, Gnocchi. I have lovingly cared for my own pets and others including for families I previously nannied for. I hope I can be a good fit for you and your furry family! I currently work full-time Tuesday-Saturday. I can take walk breaks if needed during the day and can do mornings/evenings. On my days off I am available for all day care. I have a kitten and mini aussie who love their space but are willing to share it with the right friend. I prefer to come to you but can make an exception for the right fit after safe introductions. I'm easy going and understand the intricacies of each individual animal so am willing to make any accommodations you would like!

About: I have been caring for pups since childhood and have a true passion for animals. Dog sitting was my first means of income as a child with my neighbors (and parents) allowing me to care for their dogs into my home while also growing up with a number of dogs, cats, birds, reptiles and rodents. My love for animals has only grown and for the first time in my life I have no pets of my own. For that reason, Rover is the perfect opportunity for me to spend time where my heart is and surround myself with what I love while also helping others. I have a great deal of experience training puppies as well as handling dogs with behavioral issues. Look forward to hearing from you! I am available to provide frequent care every day of the week. About: I grew up with a lot of dogs and cats. I have always loved playing with them and taking them on walks. I have spent time at a dog rescue walking dogs and cleaning their kennels. Right now I am working part time as a gardener. I have Monday and Friday and the weekend available. I will also have evenings after 4 available. I have a nice apartment, that has a court yard for your dog to run around in. I have two very friendly cats as well.

About: I have been taking care of dogs and other animals for almost 20 years. I showed dogs in 4-H when I was younger where I trained my dog in obedience, agility and confirmation classes. I have experience with small and large dogs. I am currently very flexible with my schedule. I can take of pets most of the week. My schedule may change so to match my husbands work schedule but should be available at least three days a week. I can do at home visits as many reasonable times I need to. For walking I can take them around the neighborhood or to the dogs favorite park.

About: I’ve taken care of Horses, dogs, cats, chickens & fish. I’ve worked on a Morgan Horse ranch of 50+ Horses. I’ve raised a lot of kittens, a few puppies, & had some chickens. About: Greetings! Caring for animals is second nature to me. I grew up in Southern Minnesota on a hobby ranch that nurtured my deep love for animals. As I got older, I found myself in similar situations- constantly surrounded by animals of all kinds and more often than not, finding myself more at peace when surrounded by them. From cities and slopes in CO to the vast landscapes and ranches in WY, I've always worked with and looked after animals of all kinds. Your critters are in good hands with me! Besides my love for animals, I am trustworthy and genuine. I served as a Mental Health Child Counselor, Preschool Teacher, Autism Specialist, and Career Nanny for over 10 years. I own two nanny and babysitting agencies where i work from home. My passions in life include teaching mindfulness and meditation, traveling, and seeing live music. Pet Care fits into my life very easily and fluidly because I work from home, build my own schedule, and can adapt to the needs of each day.
