About: I’ve had all sorts of animals my entire life from lizards to horses. I’ve watched friends, family, and strangers pets along with occasionally some kiddos. I’m always available for questions so feel free to reach out anytime! My work schedule stays pretty consistent and I make sure my calendar on here is always up to date. Right now I work Wednesdays through Sundays 7-5. If you have any questions please let me know! I have a fenced yard, with a 2 1/2 year old mix who loves to play. Also in the house is a 3 y/o mini ausie who likes to stay in her own space inside the master bedroom. As well as a cat who has his own bedroom. All trash and food items stay in cupboards and off the counters. Bathroom doors are kept closed but a large water dispenser is available for thirsty fur babies.

About: I’ve had lots of pets growing up, a variety of different dogs big and small, and some cats as well. I currently have two dogs and often pet sit for family and friends, and I also work at a doggy daycare! Although I do have more experience with dogs, I love all animals and can absolutely take care of any animals and needs they may have. I currently work a full time job as a dog daycare attendant, and my days off include Mondays and Tuesdays. My hours vary, but usually range from 7am-3pm or 2:30-8:30pm. My shifts are often shorter but expect at last two days where I work 8 hours. If I’m staying for over a week, I could even possibly bring your dog to work with me given you would want that and they are friendly! I have a decent sized yard with a fence and make sure to keep water bowls full with how hot it has been. I take my doggos for walks or even car rides when its not too hot outside, and I would definitely do the same for your doggos! Any specific care requests, like maybe your doggo has to be tucked in, or need to watch their food be “prepared” in order for them to eat it, I will do so with pleasure! Oh and of course, lots of love and play time, given thats what they want!

About: I’ve been pet sitting for years, starting back in my teens, and I’m comfortable caring for a wide range of animals including dogs and cats. I have experience with both puppies and senior pets, including those who need extra attention like medication administration (including insulin) and more structured care routines. When boarding a dog in my home, I do my best to accommodate their normal routine and make them feel as comfortable as possible, like they’re at home. I have a fenced-in yard, and my own puppy enjoys plenty of outdoor playtime, so dogs who are active will get lots of safe exercise and enrichment. If a dog is more of a relaxed, homebody type, I’m just as happy to keep things calm with indoor time, rest, and companionship. I adjust to each dog’s personality and energy level. For any care—whether boarding, drop-ins, or walks—I follow the owner’s instructions closely, including feeding schedules, routines, and any special needs or medications, to make sure each pet is cared for consistently and safely.

About: I strive to treat everyone's furbabies with the highest level of care as if they're my own. I've cared for every age of dog and cat for...really my whole life. I can administer medications and keep an eye on and assist more "special needs" furbabies if needed. I am a Biology major and try to learn as much as I can to care for animals the best I possibly can. I am currently working on animal first aid but I do know human FA so I can spot an emergency and care for minor wounds. I am currently working as needed at my job but, even then, my days are really open. I do have medical appointments here and there so sometimes I just need to leave the house for those but I try to return to the house expeditiously because I dont want the animals to be alone for too long. I understand not leaving dogs (especially) for too long between potty breaks so I can work around that but I try to stay at the house for 95+ percent of the time I am sitting. I purposely work around the animal's schedule so that they can be as comfortable and cared for as possible. I try to get as much information from the owner as possible so that I can make the time as similar to when the owner is around. I know changes can be stressful so avoiding any as much as possible is the best. I am known to be a cuddler but if they want their space I can definitely give it. I can give outside time to the best of my abilities and can transport in my own car with great safety if needed (e.g. if they love lake play, etc.). For younger animals, I can give regular care and make sure the space stays clean and cared for as best as possible. I understand that they need more supervision and help. I also try my best to keep an eye on outdoor heavy animals and shy animals to make sure theyre doing alright during my stay as well.

About: I have years of experience taking care of both dogs and cats. I was the main person to take care of both a cat and dog growing up starting when I was ten. I currently have two dogs, but I also love cats! My wife is a veterinarian, so I am around a lot of animals and am prepared in case of an emergency (hopefully there aren't any). Being a teacher, I have summers off and am looking for dogs to walk or check in on during the day or cats to check in on. I am currently not available to stay overnight as I also have a baby at home. I am a compassionate and caring person, which is the first thing that your dog or cat will notice about me. I will check in on them and spend time with them to make sure everything is going great when you are gone!

About: I have been around dogs my whole life! I absolutely love walking, playing and giving dogs all the love and care they deserve. From taking care of my own dog to helping friends and family out with theirs, I am here to help when you need it! I am currently off from work on Mondays giving me lots of time then to walk/check on your pups anywhere in the valley then! At times, life got a little too busy for me to continue with this enjoyable “work”, but now I am able to re-cultivate this passion once again. From walking your dog, to taking them on adventures and hikes, to overnight stays, I am available for your precious pet’s need. I have a Chihuahua mix of my own that I rescued in 2020, and he is such a sweetheart and a major lover of cuddling. During my downtime, I can be found reading, hiking, cleaning, or doing yoga. For a small additional fee, I would love to help you with any other needs you may have, such as house work, organizing, cleaning, or light yardwork. I strive to meet all the needs and desires of your fur bab. From walks, to hikes, to overnight stays, I aim to make myself available! I work in an office setting M-Th 8a-5p, but I typically have flexibility with many breaks and a long lunch. I work from home on Fridays. About twice a month, I am on-call on the weekends (8a-8p), and will provide more details if that overlaps with your booking. I live in Rifle, so I offer drop-in visits and dog walking from Glenwood Springs to Parachute. For overnight stays, I will travel from Aspen to Grand Junction. I have a fenced yard for potty breaks, and a doggy door that leads to my little yard. My dog doesn’t use the doggy door, so I am happy to keep it closed if that is your preference. I love to go on walks with dogs, and will walk them for whatever amount of time they are used to or suits their energy level. I have a sweet, small dog that is friendly to all animals he meets. He will play with your pet, or give your pet space, he is happy either way.

About: Ever since I can remember, I’ve been surrounded by animals. Growing up with three large dogs and two cats gave me a strong foundation in animal care and a lifelong love for pets. Over the years, I have volunteered more than 130 hours with animal shelters and rescue organizations, gaining hands-on experience with a wide variety of tasks including walking, bathing, administering medications, transporting animals to and from veterinary appointments, and fostering dogs in need in my home. I’m also a full-time dog mom and currently work part-time from home, which allows me to maintain a flexible schedule and provide attentive care. I love spending time outdoors, whether that’s long neighborhood walks, hiking local trails, or simply enjoying fresh air with a happy pup by my side. I understand that pets are family, and I treat every animal in my care with the same love, patience, and attention that I give my own. First thing in the morning I let my pups outback into the fenced in yard. I then feed them breakfast around 7:30am. We love to go to the park or for walks, we do this every day. Some days we will head up to a lake or reservoir for some swimming. We have dinner in the evening and potentially another walk. When caring for a pet in your home, I like to do a meet and greet with the dog first if that is a possibility. When being in your home I can provide the dog with treats and a slow introduction to gain their trust. Once this has been completed, then I will go about their daily routine per your request.
