“We boarded 2 pooches with Dana and her family. We were hesitant because one of our dogs has a stress seizure disorder which can be serious. Yet- we needed to have her somewhere while we went out of town. Dana graciously offered a Meet and greet and I was very pleased on how both dogs responded. We decided to give it a go and I am pleased to announce both dogs had a great time and we didn't have any problems. No seizures and 2 happy pups! From the meet and greet where Katie listened to all the things that make Wrigley, Wrigley, to sharing what we could expect for him while in her care, to the drop off where they helped ease the goodbye (Wrigs has short-term separation anxiety), to the photos and texts during his stay, to the pickup where Wrigley clearly demonstrated that he was settled and comfortable (it took him a minute for him to even realize I was calling his name b/c he was engaging with Katie), we couldn't have asked for more. They adapted to Wrigley's needs and welcomed him right in. Wrigley came home happy (and wiped out) from his 4 day playdate, and we know where we'll try and send him whenever we need to know that he's getting the same kind of care and love we give him at home. Katherine truly went above and beyond while looking after our dog. A fantastic Rover who is communicative, clearly very knowledgeable about animals, and cares for those in her care like they were her own pets. She was very attentive to our dog’s needs, giving us frequent updates and frankly doing much more than we would ever ask to make sure he was as happy and comfortable as possible. We cannot recommend her highly enough!
I don’t think there could’ve been a better first rover experience. Tiffany and her family have been an absolute gem to our family. They confirmed booking and messaged me right away, and every step along the way. I was provided many updates and photos of my pups having an absolute blast with their entire family. My dogs loved playing with their kids, and will definitely miss them 😭 I usually have family watch my dogs, but I will say I almost prefer them 🤣 (don’t tell my family 🫣) I will absolutely be rebooking for any other times of need!
Priscila did a great job taking care of my kitten, Sasha, who is less than four months old, for 10 days. She followed my care instructions closely and took the responsibility of caring for Sasha very seriously. She kept me updated regularly with photos and messages, which gave me great peace of mind. She even maintained a daily log of everything she did for Sasha, showing how attentive and organized she is. She and her family are very kind, and her children are sweet and respectful toward animals. I felt confident that Sasha was well cared for, and I would happily book with Priscila again.
Mark and Jennifer are the ideal dog sitters! we left our 2 black labs with them for one week and it was like leaving them with entrusted family members - they really go above and beyond to ensure our boys are cared for and loved, just as we do. What an awesome family - thanks so much again!
