About: I have been taking care of dogs almost every week on the weekends along with sitting for my neighborhood dogs, cats, birds and guinea pigs while they are on vacation or away from their home. I am comfortable feeding dogs, interacting with them and I love to give lots of love. I am familiar with giving medication’s to dogs if needed. About: I’ve owned and cared for dogs since I was 8. Growing up I wanted to be a dog veterinarian, but changed paths to be an early learning teacher after I graduated. About: As a kid, my family had a couple of dogs and several kitties. All of my adult life I've been owned by cats and loved by dogs. All of my pets have passed away, so If you have a pet you love, I will love it, too! I am a retired widow with plenty of available time to care for your furry loved ones. About: I have worked at an animal hospital for 5 years total where I learned how to train dogs from Kathy Sadao who used to train the wales to relinquish the bombs for the Navy. I have owned large and XL breed dogs my whole life as well. I will treat your dog like a human child as they will be allowed on my furniture, my bed, and probably my kids beds as well. I am a stay at home mom, but all my kids now go to school so your fur babies will have all my attention most of the time during the week. I have a fenced yard, very safe neighborhood, loving high energetic family, big house, 10 acres, and I have worked at an animal hospital in the past I can tell if something is wrong with your dog. I usually take them out every half hour just for exercise or fun as well as potty breaks (which is a good way to break bad marking habits for ones training). If it's a nice day usually we are outside all day playing and walking teaching the ones who are still in need of guided assistance. Which actually makes things way easier on me. Unless of course it's just to hot to be out side. Rainy days are our lazy days or indoor activity days. Lots of cuddles and loves. My personal fur babies are not kenneled but I do have kennels for ones who prefer it. It's whatever makes them happiest. Or feel the safest. I'm a pretty good judge of character when it comes to fur babies. We read one another very well. Which in turn makes us more comfy with one another. I don't think I've ever had a bad experience with one ever.i know when to back off or come in for loves. Mutal respect is the best policy I feel.
