The peace of mind was amazing when seeing Sterno in so many adorable pics, as well as how kind Diahann's granddaughter treated my baby as they played fetch in a wonderful video I received early on in his stay. Sterno is very active and playful, and I couldn't have requested a better sitter for him!! Diahann truly cares like it's her own dog. There are cameras, a huge yard, and Sterno was very calm during pickup, which showcased how comfortable he had been. I am adding that Diahann was very responsive to a suggested video meet, and proceeded to give a wonderful tour of her Dog-friendly and dog-safe home before Sterno's drop off date. “Noelle was absolutely fantastic! We have never had our dogs stay away from our house, so it was a bit nerve wracking for them to stay away for four nights while we were out of town. But Noelle made the process so easy and enjoyable! She made our pups feel at home from the moment we did a meet and greet. She took them for walks, played games with them and let them have plenty of space to hang out. When we came home, you could really tell that the dogs had a wonderful experience. Katherine truly went above and beyond while looking after our dog. A fantastic Rover who is communicative, clearly very knowledgeable about animals, and cares for those in her care like they were her own pets. She was very attentive to our dog’s needs, giving us frequent updates and frankly doing much more than we would ever ask to make sure he was as happy and comfortable as possible. We cannot recommend her highly enough!
I don’t think there could’ve been a better first rover experience. Tiffany and her family have been an absolute gem to our family. They confirmed booking and messaged me right away, and every step along the way. I was provided many updates and photos of my pups having an absolute blast with their entire family. My dogs loved playing with their kids, and will definitely miss them 😭 I usually have family watch my dogs, but I will say I almost prefer them 🤣 (don’t tell my family 🫣) I will absolutely be rebooking for any other times of need!

So thankful to have found Priscila in such a short notice. She allowed for a meet up before booking with her, which was great! Our mixed Chihuahua sometimes prefers to not be around kids he doesn’t know but he felt right at home when we had our meet and greet! He got to meet her husband & her daughters and did great! She provided pictures and videos of our fur baby on the daily. Knowing someone was with him and taking the time to walk him often and play with him had us on ease on our trip. Litzey and her wife were AMAZING with our pup, Bella. I would absolutely use Litzey again in the future anytime we need to board.
