About: My three dogs live with my parents in another country, forcedly. I bathed them myself, cut them and gave them injections if treatment was necessary. The older dog gave birth to puppies, and I raised them. I treat dogs like family members. I temporarily have free time due to moving. There is time for proper care and attention for your pet. Additionally, additional care, hygiene, etc. can be discussed. My daughter is 16 years old, she also loves dogs, she will be able to walk your pet, and will also teach some commands at your request. If the owner wishes, your pet can be given a bath.
“Paula is amazing! She has such a kind, gentle presence. My little pug loved her instantly, and was sad to see her go. This is a top notch animal lover, highly recommend!!”

“Justine was great! My pups are usually pretty skiddish but they got comfortable with her pretty quickly which put me at ease. She was very patient with my high anxiety pup and had no problem walking with her. I'm looking forward to booking her again!”

About: I have taken care of many animals my entire life, I have had over 5 of my own. I want to gain more knowledge of the different needs of every animal to enhance my chances of becoming a better Vet! About: I'm a lifelong animal lover who grew up with a small menagerie of pets. I also took care of my neighbors' dogs when they traveled. When I was 13, I started volunteering at my local animal shelter, where I learned how to handle cats and dogs with different levels of socialization. As an adult, I adopted a dog with severe separation anxiety and later managed his other health issues as a senior. I also rescued a feral kitten from the street and then foster failed with another kitten. So if your pet is a rescue and/or nervous around strangers, I will be sure to treat them with extra patience and care. I have a fairly flexible schedule at the moment, so I'm available for both one-time and recurring care for your pets. I would love to make their care part of my routine! It is important that your pet feels safe and like their routine is minimally interrupted while in my care. While I may be a new face, I will be sure to stick to your instructions regarding their routine.

About: I’ve always had pets of my own and have been caring for animals for family, friends, and neighbors for as long as I can remember. I’m experienced with kittens, adult pets, and senior or medically complex animals, including providing around-the-clock hospice care for my own beloved cat after his ataxia diagnosis. I currently share my home with Leon, my one-year-old cat, and Chicken, my 26+ year-old African Grey parrot—both rescues (Chicken was found abandoned and taken in) and very loved. I love caring for pets—cats, dogs, and birds of all types and sizes—and I’m happy to welcome other small animals too, just let me know! I treat every pet with patience, attention, and affection, and I’m happy to provide updates and photos for peace of mind. I work from home and my schedule is flexible. My goal is always to schedule any services based on the needs of you and your pet(s). I will always follow any instructions on how you prefer your pet to be cared for. Otherwise, I will always care for them in the safest and healthiest way available. The same way I care for my own pets. Leon is an indoor kitty with unlimited access to fresh air and sunshine from his lounging cots attached to our large windows. He loves his wet food, and his meals are on a “flexible” schedule, and no all day grazing. He receives lots of playtime with his humans and more independently. Of course, he gets brushed, not always with a happy purr, but he gets as much as he will tolerate.

About: Hello! My name is Lauren. I'm a longtime dog lover from a small mountain town. Dogs have always been a part of my life so I know firsthand how important they are. I grew up with dogs being a beloved part of the family, from when they were puppies to seniors. I have been a part of training and end of life care. I have been a dog walker in LA for several years and look forward to meeting many more dogs in the years to come! About: Hi! I’m Ryanne, a neuroscience & pre-med student at American University, currently home for the summer with a fully flexible schedule, meaning your pets get my undivided time and attention! I’ve been pet sitting since high school, so I bring years of hands-on experience caring for dogs, cats, and even koi fish for neighbors and family friends. I currently have two small dogs of my own (a cocker spaniel and a shih tzu mix), so I truly understand how much your fur babies mean to you. I’m known for my calm, nurturing energy, which helps anxious or shy pets feel safe and comfortable quickly. As a future healthcare professional working toward my CCMA license, I approach every pet’s care with the same attention to detail and compassion I bring to my studies. Whether it’s a drop-in visit, dog walk, or house sit, I treat every pet like my own! I am currently home from college and completing a self-paced CCMA course, which allows me a very flexible daily schedule! I typically start my day around 8:00 AM, making me available for early morning feedings and play sessions. Because my studies are online and flexible, I can easily drop by throughout the day or evening to ensure your pet has consistent company and care. Whether you need a standard routine or specific visit times, I can easily integrate your pet’s needs into my daily workflow. When caring for pets in a client's home, I prioritize safety and maintaining their established routine to minimize stress. I am very detail-oriented with instructions regarding feeding, medication, and home security. I make sure all doors and windows are secure during every visit and provide regular photo updates so you can see your pet is happy and safe. My goal is to treat your home with the utmost respect while giving your pet the same attentive, loving care I would give my own.
About: I’ve raised two puppies—a Shar Pei and a Chihuahua—so I understand firsthand that every dog has their own personality, temperament, and unique needs. Caring for dogs with such different dispositions has taught me the importance of patience, attentiveness, and following care instructions closely. Whether your pup needs extra playtime, a gentle approach, or a very specific routine, I’m committed to providing personalized care that helps them feel safe and comfortable. I treat every dog as if they were my own—with love, patience, and respect. I work remotely so I am available for most of the day and night. I am very flexible and will make sure your pup gets what they need while you are away. I care for every pet based on their individual routine and comfort level, whether they’re in my home or their own. In a client’s home, I focus on keeping their normal schedule as consistent as possible: feeding times, walks, potty breaks, playtime, and any special instructions, so they feel safe and comfortable in their familiar environment. I also make sure they get plenty of attention, affection, and patience, especially if they need time to warm up.
Glenwood dog parents share their Rover experiences
Ryan is wonderful! Before and during his visits, he was great about communication. He offered to have a meet-n-greet, before we booked, and he truly understands the needs of senior pets. We will definitely be working with Ryan for both of our pets, as long as he's in the biz!

Michelle was the best thing for rookie, she made sure to help him feel comfortable and confident around other dogs as he has gotten so much better with reactivity. She updated me on how he was progressing and made me feel comfortable leaving him in her care :) 10/10 would recommend !!
April was great to work with. She made everything easy, kept us updated with regular messages and photos, and clearly took great care of our dog. I felt completely comfortable knowing everything was handled, and it was obvious she’s both professional and genuinely cares. Would absolutely book her again.

Very impressed! My Doberman Pharoah is not easy to walk because he has very high energy. Tizoc had my dog healing during their walk as they returned. He had him totally under control. Beyond happy with Tizoc’s services. Will definitely be using him again! Highly recommend for larger High energy dog breeds.

I couldn’t be more thankful to have found Tamar as our new dog walker! It was my first time using Rover, as my pup Lainey is quite shy at first, and takes a bit of time to warm up to new people. However, Tamar immediately put her at ease with her patience and kindness. By the end of their first walk, Lainey had found a new best friend. It’s so rare for Laines to get comfy so quickly! We had fantastic communication from the start, which put me at ease as well. Tamar is a reliable, friendly, thoughtful, and overall fantastic person to have taking care of any pet! I’m so glad Lainey is so happy when they’re hanging out, and I have someone trustworthy I can turn to when I need extra help.

Ryan was an excellent dog sitter! He was kind, friendly, and very attentive to my dog’s needs. From the beginning, he was easy to communicate with and made me feel comfortable leaving my pet in his care. Ryan clearly enjoys working with animals and treated my dog with patience and care. I really appreciated his reliability and positive attitude. It gave me peace of mind knowing my dog was in good hands. I would definitely recommend Ryan to anyone looking for a trustworthy and friendly dog sitter.

All my reactive dog parents can understand how truly impossible it can feel at times to find someone who is comfortable handling an anxious and sometimes explosive dog. And because of this, I only let a few close family members handle my dog. But that wasn’t an option when I got sick…so thank god for Mandy! We did a meet and greet at our local park and they took the time to get to know Ludo, his triggers and temperament, and was incredibly respectful of our positive reinforcement training. They truly have a gift for animals and I cannot thank them enough for taking good care of my guy. So if you have a reactive dog and need someone you can trust to show up with compassion, patience, and professionalism…choose Mandy!
