She had experience with dogs, she has no dogs, she takes one client at a time plus dogs are allowed on the bed. PERFECT 👌 Yulia knew how hard it was for me to leave Taco. His first time. She sent photos right away! She let me know how he was feeling and how he did throughout the day and night. We had awesome communication during his stay plus photos and videos. They truly helped me. He went on long walks and received a lot of loving from both Julia and her husband. Mr. Taco also learned a new trick!! She taught him to lay down! “I would give a ten star review if I could. Fantastic family, so caring and compassionate towards animals, especially my old dog, Lady. She has never been left with a sitter before. When I checked around too many places offered to keep her in a crate but she has never been crated before so we did not want that. With this family she had the run of the house and yard and slept on their bed at night which she does at home. My only fear was that at the end of her stay she would not want to leave. But she was glad to come home and during my trip I had peace of mind and no worries that she was in good hands. Highly recommend this family to take care of your dog. I will when I travel again!”

About: Hi! I am a dog mom myself, so my husband and I will work together to take great care of your pooch! I have a Golden Retriever, Toby. He’s high energy and loves to play so sometimes comes in hot with others. Please let me know if there have been any issues with that with your dog. I had a little one for 14 years so comfortable with all sizes of dogs- I love them all. My schedule is pretty flexible and I will definitely try to accommodate your timing needs. I am home most of the day Tues-Fri. My husband is home on weekends and can be WFH flexible on Mondays for dog care as needed. Our golden, Toby, always gets a walk in the morning and plays throughout the day. Access to the fenced backyard is available all day. I have a fenced front and back yard. Dogs have access to the backyard all day when we’re home, and will be encouraged to go potty before we leave to go anywhere. No unsupervised front yard time, but if we’re doing stuff, they can hang out. We can crate other dogs, but Toby does not get crated, so happy to cover the crate to reduce fomo!

About: I’ve had a love for animals for as long as I can remember. As a little kid, I would spend hours at my aunt’s house playing with her dogs — my mom would even have to come call me so I’d finally go home! Growing up, I had many different types of pets, but the one thing I always dreamed of having was a dog of my own. I begged my parents for years, and when I finally got my first dog at 13 years old, he instantly became my whole world. About: I'm a lifelong animal lover who grew up with a small menagerie of pets. I also took care of my neighbors' dogs when they traveled. When I was 13, I started volunteering at my local animal shelter, where I learned how to handle cats and dogs with different levels of socialization. As an adult, I adopted a dog with severe separation anxiety and later managed his other health issues as a senior. I also rescued a feral kitten from the street and then foster failed with another kitten. So if your pet is a rescue and/or nervous around strangers, I will be sure to treat them with extra patience and care. If you are not ok with that, please confirm with me if I am boarding any other pets. Not spayed pets are ok and I make sure there is nothing to worry about. I live in a peaceful neighborhood with a lot of greenery to take dogs on walks. I have no strict rules around my house. I don't mind having your pet on my furniture or have it sleep with me (unless you're not ok with that). I never ever lock pets in the bathroom or cage, or even in the darkness alone. I always leave a small light on. Also, if it is hot/cold outside, I make sure to keep comfortable temperature inside. Kitties love my portable heaters! Also, I have a Sony camera which I use to take pretty pictures of the little ones (if interested, let me know).

I am very active so I do take a lot of walks with your dogs and can also bring them to the park if you’d like! I have a 3 bedroom apartment and your pets are free to roam in all areas. On walks, they will be on a leash at all times and I typically walk away from other people/pets so that there is no potential problem.

I’m experienced with kittens, adult pets, and senior or medically complex animals, including providing around-the-clock hospice care for my own beloved cat after his ataxia diagnosis. I currently share my home with Leon, my one-year-old cat, and Chicken, my 26+ year-old African Grey parrot—both rescues (Chicken was found abandoned and taken in) and very loved. Leon is an indoor kitty with unlimited access to fresh air and sunshine from his lounging cots attached to our large windows. He loves his wet food, and his meals are on a “flexible” schedule, and no all day grazing. He receives lots of playtime with his humans and more independently. Of course, he gets brushed, not always with a happy purr, but he gets as much as he will tolerate.
About: My three dogs live with my parents in another country, forcedly. I bathed them myself, cut them and gave them injections if treatment was necessary. The older dog gave birth to puppies, and I raised them. I treat dogs like family members. I temporarily have free time due to moving. There is time for proper care and attention for your pet. About: I'm a lifelong animal lover who grew up with a small menagerie of pets. I also took care of my neighbors' dogs when they traveled. When I was 13, I started volunteering at my local animal shelter, where I learned how to handle cats and dogs with different levels of socialization. As an adult, I adopted a dog with severe separation anxiety and later managed his other health issues as a senior. I also rescued a feral kitten from the street and then foster failed with another kitten. About: Hi! I am a dog mom myself, so my husband and I will work together to take great care of your pooch! I have a Golden Retriever, Toby. He’s high energy and loves to play so sometimes comes in hot with others. Please let me know if there have been any issues with that with your dog. I had a little one for 14 years so comfortable with all sizes of dogs- I love them all. My schedule is pretty flexible and I will definitely try to accommodate your timing needs. I am home most of the day Tues-Fri. My husband is home on weekends and can be WFH flexible on Mondays for dog care as needed. Our golden, Toby, always gets a walk in the morning and plays throughout the day. Access to the fenced backyard is available all day. I have a fenced front and back yard. Dogs have access to the backyard all day when we’re home, and will be encouraged to go potty before we leave to go anywhere. No unsupervised front yard time, but if we’re doing stuff, they can hang out. We can crate other dogs, but Toby does not get crated, so happy to cover the crate to reduce fomo!
