About: From hamsters and lizards, to cats and dogs, I have been a devoted pet parent (and aunt) my whole life. I absolutely adore my Shiba Inu and treat her like the princess she is. I would be honored by the opportunity to walk or hang out with your dog and provide anything they might need. I have experience with training as well as pet-sitting and checking in on dogs of friends and family. I am currently a freelancer and work from home. I can be available with short notice mornings, afternoons, and sometimes evenings. Just let me know and we can work something out (: I live in a home with a fully fenced yard. My dog loves to play out back and on the front lawn. There's plenty of room indoors as well.

About: My name is Andrea, I am 39 years old and I work full time at home. I have a 15 year old daughter and we previously had 3 pets, who have since died of old age. I have taken in many animals over the years and love for them like my own. The positive thing about working from home is that the dogs are rarely alone. I can assure you that your dogs with be very well cared for while you are away! :) About this sitter: Along with pet sitting in my home, I would also be happy to care for your pets in your home as well. About my yard I live in a nice walking friendly neighborhood and will take your pets on lots of nice walks. I am home all day working from my computer, and will bring your pets out every few hours and play with them throughout the day. I work from home and am there with them all day. I am very active so I do take a lot of walks with your dogs and can also bring them to the park if you’d like! I have a 3 bedroom apartment and your pets are free to roam in all areas. On walks, they will be on a leash at all times and I typically walk away from other people/pets so that there is no potential problem.

About: I’ve always shared my home with dogs, whether living with roommates and family who had pets or stepping in to pet-sit for friends. Even without having a dog of my own, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for the unique bond they share with us 'two-legged animals.' I love their capacity for unconditional trust and pure affection—they really are the best companions. Whether I’m matching their high energy or enjoying a quiet moment of calm, I find so much joy in their presence Currently I am on sabbatical from my job and have time to spend with pets. I like taking dogs out for walks at the park, or just around the neighborhood. Unless some other life responsibility comes up, I am open to spend as much time as I would like with the fuzzy butts! I live in a small 8 unit apartment building in a very walkable neighborhood. I live very close to Griffith park and love to visit there with dogs. My apartment is a 2/2 and there are no limits to if a pet is on the furniture with me. I love to snuggle if they like to.

I am able to administer oral medications, trim nails, provide baths if needed to keep your pup clean, and provide daily exercise through walks and play. I also apply my knowledge in Obedience training to encourage good behavior through positive reinforcement so that your pup maintains good habits or picks up good habits during their stay. I also accept boardings and daycares in small groups of dogs to ensure your pup gets more individual attention while also being able to socialize with other dogs! I am home full time to provide your pup with the attention they deserve. I begin my days very early with a trip to the gym at 5am. Upon my return, I walk the pups in my care to get their paws moving and get their day started. All pups in my care are fed according to the schedule provided by the pet parent. My wife and I work on this together to ensure that your pup is never alone and receives consistent exercise. My children are also very gentle with Dogs and take responsibility in the care of their own dog. We treat your pup as they are part of the family. Our home is consistently kept clean to provide a great environment for your pup. We have a fenced in yard which is cleaned everyday and sprayed with OdoBan to prevent the smell of pet waste and maintain a fresh smell. All cleaning supplies are used after pups go inside for bed, and left overnight to dry so the pups start the new day with a clean yard. Our home has AC and heating so that all pups and humans are comfortable year round. Each pet parent is updated with 3 photos and 1 video per day for boarding (1 photo and 1 video for daycare). If a pet parent needs to call, messaging me first and informing me of a time I can best reach you or letting me know you need to discuss something via phone call would be the most efficient route. Messaging for quick responses will also be perfect.

About: I've taken care of neighbors' pets since I was a kid, and was always asked back! Growing up, my family was graced with Hannah, a lurcher greyhound rescue. I've also cared for my sister's turtle Monkey while she was living with me, and love visiting the pets of my friends and relatives. (Shout-out to Monkey, Sophie, Abby, Hari, Kiwi, and Starbuck!) I recently finished immunotherapy and am no longer allergic to cats! I'm happy to announce I can now accept cat bookings. I'm working part-time with a theater company, and my schedule with them is very flexible! I can easily build my schedule around the needs of you and your pets. A pet's safety and well-being are my primary concerns. I want to make sure they're eating healthy, getting plenty of exercise and stimulation, and are happy whenever I'm around. I keep a pet's individual behavioral patterns in mind while outside on walks, and do everything I can to make sure there are no incidents between pets and other people. I am attentive to any irregularities in appearance or behavior that may indicate an issue, and am quick to alert the owner or reach out to a vet.

I work remotely from home and can play in between calls and take your pet on walks frequently. They’ll have lots of toys to play with and comfy places to sleep throughout my home. I had dogs growing up and my very own husky for 10 years. I supervise play time and I leash train on walks. Water bowls are always full and I have learned how to safely deal with aggressive dogs. Communication is key, so just learning what your dog’s likes, dislikes, triggers, etc. are will set them up for success!
