About: We lost our cocker spaniel of 13 years about 2 years ago so I love to take care of dogs now that we don’t have a dog to pamper. We care for one dog at a time unless two dogs are siblings or good friends then that’s OK. I love to walk around Lake Ellyn Park nearby or just snuggle on the couch and chill with them. I realize how important your baby is to you and will give them love, companionship and special care. We love having a dog around. I’m retired and an empty nester so I am flexible and around all the time. I love to walk around Lake Ellyn Park and Glenbard West HS just down my street. We also like to sit on the front porch in the shade (gated) and watch the world go by. It’s a dead end street; so it’s very relaxed & chill. We are a few blocks from Main Street and town. We love hanging out in the back yard or the porch with our dog guests and take frequent walks.

I am a quick learner with great attentinon to detail, aiming to keep all pets happy and healthy! I am currently on a gap year prior to grad school and have very open availability for the summer months. I am available on both weekdays and weekends. Safety is of the utmost importance. Edgar and his kids did such a great job taking care of my cat Jake that even though he’s so shy with people he started to feel comfortable and safe with them within a few days.
