Availability
I am available most days from 8am to 10pm for drop-in visits and/or walking. I do other work from home but it is flexible. My goal is for your pet to feel safe, comfortable and loved when you can’t be there yourself.

I have recently completed a 6 -hour Pet First Aid and CPR course through DuPage Animal Services. The security of your pet and your home are very important to me. I double check locked doors and closed garages and stay aware of my surroundings for my own sake as well as your pet’s. I avoid other dogs while walking a dog in my care because those interactions can be so unpredictable.

I like to hear about a dog’s general personality and how they have reacted in different situations. Much like children, they are each unique and may behave differently for different people.
A typical day
I always allow dogs I walk to spend a little time explore-smelling. I call it “picking up their messages”. I try to vary the routes, and usually end up talking to them a lot!

I am a life-long animal lover with years of trusted experience caring for repeat clients and their four-legged family members. I am reliable, safety conscious of both your pet and your home and usually develop a special bond with animals in my care. I currently have a very smart, funny and lovable doodle named Rory.
