About: Thank you for visiting my profile. I've been around dogs for most of my life and know that pets are and important part of the family. It's my priority to make you comfortable about trusting me with your pet(s). I'm caring, dependable, energetic, and look forward to taking care of your family member! I keep my availability up to date on the calendar. I'm available for short or extended visits and walks in the evenings and on weekends. No breed preferences. I'm open to taking walks or going for a run on nearby trails or sidewalks depending on your dog's ability and/or energy level.
“Gabrielle took great care of my two cats while I was away for a week!! She was always on time with her drop in visits, followed all of my instructions closely, sent lots of great pictures, and went above and beyond by spending time playing with them and giving them treats. Even my very shy cat seemed to really love her. Will definitely book her again in the future!!”

“If you only want the best for your pet, Ami is it. Everything from start to finish with her has been nothing short of outstanding. She is reliable, compassionate, and her energy is so calming. My dog Luna had just been diagnosed with kidney disease, and I was overwhelmed. Ami came over to administer subQ fluids, which have been a struggle for me to do on my own because it was so stressful for my dog. Ami taught me things the vet never mentioned, so that the experience was less stressful for Luna, such as warming the bag of fluids, the position to hold my dog in and how to distract her with treats. She even recommended needles that are thinner, and I was amazed my dog didn’t even react when she poked her! She is also working with me on a specialty diet specifically for CKD which is already helping with her nausea and appetite. I am so relieved to have found Ami - she is an invaluable resource, and true animal whisperer. And our kitties approve too, they absolutely love her! Thanks again Ami!!!”

About: I’ve been caring for pets for years, both professionally and personally. My daughter and I share a deep bond with our rescue cat Luna, and together we’ve learned how to build trust, respect routines, and honor each animal’s personality. I bring that same dedication to every pet I meet, offering not just care, but companionship, safety, and a sense of home while you’re away. I work part-time, but I’m never alone in caring for pets, my daughter, who studies online, helps me throughout the day. While I’m at work, she watches over our furry friends, making sure they feel safe, entertained, and never alone. Together, we create a warm environment where your pet is always part of the family. I take care of pets in their own home, where they feel most comfortable. I follow your pet’s routine carefully. Feeding, walks, playtime, and rest. My daughter helps me when needed, so your pet will always have company and attention. We treat every animal with love, patience, and respect, making sure they feel safe and happy while you’re away.
“Last minute request due to sister coming into town to run the Marine Corps Marathon. So appreciative of Samantha being available! Great communicator and Winnie seems very comfortable with her. Will continue to use.”

About: I've had dogs since I was born and have always been taking care of them. I specifically have experience with senior pets and puppies, I've helped potty train quite a few puppies. I'm a full time student, so I mostly do pet care in the afternoons. My availability can change based on certain things like exams, but I will always update in a timely manner. I would never expect something of you that I can't do myself! I understand that all pets are different and will always do what's best for them individually. If some need more time getting used to me I don't mind working with this.

Friends, family, and neighbors have trusted me to walk, feed, and care for their pets, and I always treat every dog like they’re my own. I prioritize keeping their routine consistent so they feel safe, happy, and well cared for while you’re away. I also have volunteered in the past with being a temporary foster for shelter/rescue dogs. I also have volunteered with driving dogs in rescues to their medical appointments. I’m reliable, communicative, and respectful of your home and your pet’s needs. Whether your dog needs a long walk, extra attention, or more specialized care, I’m here to help. In your home, I’m respectful of your space and maintain a calm, clean environment. On walks, I stay attentive, avoid unsafe situations, and ensure your dog is always secure. I’m also happy to provide updates so you feel at ease while you’re away.
“Kiley was absolutely wonderful to my sweet pup. She provided play time and a potty break in the middle of the day when I was at work. And even managed to befriend my cat who hides from everyone. Her time and attention given to my pup was greatly appreciated by both the humans and the dog who was much happier being at home than at doggy daycare.”

“Zach was great! He attended to every detail that we discussed. Our two cats were very happy, I could tell by all of the pictures that he sent. One of our cats is very shy and I told him that he may not see her. I was wrong. He sent us two pictures of her poking her head out and the third picture was her enjoying some pets and scratches. Our other cat had a great time playing and also getting pets and scratches. I’m a happy kitty mom! We will definitely book with Zach again😊”

Gainesville dog parents share their Rover experiences
Isabella took wonderful care of our Lab and Pomeranian. She was reliable, caring, and kept us updated while we were away. She was also able to help us on short notice, which we were incredibly grateful for. It gave us great peace of mind knowing our dogs were in such good hands. We would definitely book with her again! 🐾

Addy was perfect! She was available last minute over the Christmas holiday, thank goodness. She took great care of our large lab and small corgi. They looked very happy in their check-in pictures. Addy followed our instructions to a T, was on time, and communicated very well. We look forward to using her services in the future. I highly recommend her!

Nicole is amazing! With the government shutdown and all the issues with flights, our flight got canceled so we’re had to stay away for another night. Panicking I reached out to Nicole and she quickly reached back. She was able to stop by the house and check in on our parrot to make sure she has food and water for tomorrow. Thank you so much Nicole!!!!

I am very happy with my first time using Rover! Tiffanie communicated with us very well, I loved getting the updates and pictures. And she was very helpful when we needed to make a change to our reservation. Our pups seemed calm and happy when we got back home. Thank you for caring for our pups!

Alice has been an amazing dog sitter for Zorro, consistently reliable and caring during her drop-in visits. Zorro clearly feels comfortable with her and is always happy and well-cared for when I return. I appreciate her attention to detail and the updates she provides after each visit.
